They have one of the best and tastiest pizzas I know. It tastes great. Improved a lot! Just called, they forgot a Coke. Otherwise good service. Is being delivered ;)

This was my first time eating sandwiches and pizza from here, and I was very pleased. It definitely deserves 5 stars!

I have ordered here very often and was always satisfied. Unfortunately, the last 3 or 4 orders have been very disappointing. The quality of the food has clearly deteriorated. Today I called to place an order. First, I was put on hold for a long time. When I called again and said I wanted to order a durum, I was immediately told: "We do not accept orders for just one durum." I wasn't even given the chance to explain or ask a question. I find that very unprofessional and disappointing, especially as a regular customer. Therefore, I am unfortunately only giving 1 star. Consequently, I absolutely cannot recommend this establishment.

I find this truly outrageous. The wrong order was delivered, and instead of resolving it, I was blamed and spoken to in an incredibly rude manner on the phone. No apologies and no responsibility. Later, I was even called back by the owner requesting that I withdraw my complaint on Thuisbezorgd, because according to him, it was my own fault that the wrong order was delivered. The result? No refund and no food. I will never order from here again. Be careful before you spend your money here.

Yet another time the extra toppings are missing. What a shame!

Worst pizza in The Hague, you practically only eat the base and there is hardly anything on it and when you take a bite it is like taking a bite of salt.

I called to ask if it was halal, and the man said he was going to come to my house and cut off my ears. The food was also really bad; there was hair in it, and the restaurant was filthy, so don't come here!

The food used to be so good you'd eat it all, but now you open the door and it looks awful. I also placed an order, waited 45 minutes, and they forgot my pizza! I called right away, and after 17 minutes, my pizza arrived in the delivery scooter, and I threw it away immediately. I'll never hear from the old owner again. Better close your business; food doesn't smell after eating.

I've rarely had such a disappointing meal. What should have been a creamy pasta dish arrived as a lumpy, colorless penne stew in an aluminum container. The cheese sat on top like a dry, powdery blanket, without a trace of melted texture or flavor. The pasta itself was almost gray and soggy, as if it had been sitting for hours waiting to be sacrificed. Flavor? Barely there, except for a strange aftertaste reminiscent of instant powdered pasta mix. Even with a lot of effort, this wasn't "comfort food," but rather something you get as a punishment.

Got the pizza and it was delicious, the best in The Hague.

It shows it's open right now. And. Online. I ordered. I made it. This is unfair and ridiculous. If you're not working, fix it. This is how people order. They place orders and wait. I also paid for it.

The service was good nothing to complain about and I ordered a pizza from there two times the same Hawaiian pizza and was delicious. However the third time when I brought my family we all got food poisoning and I was ill for almost 2 weeks. They prepared the food in about 15 minutes and it tasted great, but left me quite ill.

Forgot 3 drinks, supposed to be delivered at 8:45 PM. Called twice more and was told they would deliver, but it's now 12:45 AM and still nothing! Disgraceful! 😉 Tell them right away that you don't deliver!

Delicious food, freshly prepared. Turkish pizzas, Italian pizzas, fries, döner... Everything is delicious, haven't had a single bad experience, and very reasonably priced.

Bad service, very rude staff. We waited two hours for the pizza even though it said 30 minutes. We had to call 4 times because the staff kept dropping the phone. They didn't bring drinks, although they took the money. The pizza was terrible, cold, dry, and not at all what we ordered.

The delivery took an hour longer than it should have. They were rude on the phone, they accused me of something I don't understand. They didn't bring the drinks I paid for, and the courier was rude too. The courier was so rude that I was afraid he would start a fight. The pizza was dry, cold, the meat wasn't fresh at all, and they put in extra ingredients. I don't recommend it under any circumstances!!!

Today at 4:30 pm ordered food via Thuiszorgd according to them food was delivered I drove to the store you are closed! Called 23 times no answer but I did pay with ideal and ee says we are open until 1:00 am so now no food and my money lost very sloppy this

It's really not normal to order 2 pizzas with jalapenos and both have no jalapenos and no vegetables in the pizza. Pay 40 euros and really can't eat. I ordered a pizza and was charged €17. Pizza sucked. Unfortunately had to throw it away. Personnel very customer unfriendly. Very unhygienic, delivery people come in to pack food or orders without washing their hands. Kitchen staff stand outside and smoke, then come straight into the kitchen without washing their hands. Lots of young people hanging around, which makes it look more like a community center than a restaurant. Definitely not recommended and is also not halaal as claimed.

I had ordered pasta at the shop and I saw that people who came after me had already finished eating, after 45 minutes I went to the staff to ask for my money back and the gentleman said it would be ready shortly. I asked for my money back again because I wanted to cancel my order, I don't feel like waiting 1 hour for a pasta that doesn't even have to be delivered... the gentleman didn't want to give my money back and I walked away. Ordered a pizza this week. Received completely the wrong pizza. Then called pizza 23 but a rather angry man on the line. He promised to make up for the next order but when I came here today to get the pizza I got nothing at all, just an angry owner who pretended he didn't know anything. I certainly won't be coming back here again.

My new favorite pizza for delivery. Great toppings, sauce and crust! It’s hard to find a place that still uses good flavorful crust and this is it! I picked the American crust and ate it all. Delivery was fast and warm. Do yourself a favor and check them out!

I have been to this restaurant a few times and I can definitely say the quality of the food and especially of the pizzas is really good and consistent. I would definitely recommend trying it out and seeing/tasting for yourself.

Great service, good price and excellent pizzas! Update August 2022: they raised their prices twice quite steeply in the past two years. It was 6 EUR (pick-up only) in 2018, then 7,50 EUR after the renovation in 2020(?) and now 9 EUR... Still good pizzas though, but probably not worth 9 EUR.

Zojuist een uur gewacht op mijn pizza, wat ik niet erg vind. Ik snap dat het druk kan zijn. Alleen was de pizza niet warm meer. Volgens de bezorger kwam hij direct vanaf de zaak naar ons toe. Ik moet de pizza nu zelf in de oven doen. Wel jammer dit.

Ik haal hier regelmatig pizza af. Prima prijs doordat ze een mooie afhaaldeal hebben. Wel een flinke prijsvergoging na de verbouwing. Aan de telefoon zeggen ze vaak 15-20 minuten. Zelf kom ik bijna altijd na 10 minuten (dan moet ik soms nog even wachten) omdat de pizza anders al een tijd boven op de oven staat.

Het eten hier is opzich prima te doen, goede kwaliteit en de pizza's zijn super! Bestel je meer als dat, dan wordt het een probleem voor de bezorgers om dit "normaal" af te leveren. Volgens de bezorger is het "normaal" dat je patat (met saus) en kapsalon, ondersteboven worden bezorgd. Dit is meerdere keren voorgevallen, en een normaal gesprek is dan niet te voeren. Sterker nog deze zaak wilt z'n eten terug, terwijl het ergens bij hun fout gaat..👋

Turkse pizza menu en kapsalon groot besteld. Kwam zeer warm aan. Heerlijk eten voor een goede prijs. Kapsalon goed gekruid. Turkse pizza was zonder vlees en drinken was vergeten bij te voegen maar na een telefoontje hebben ze drinken en een nieuwe Turkse pizza met vlees bezorgd. Top service en top eten voor een lage prijs.

Goed in Prijs en Kwaliteit , de beste en schoonste Pizzeria in Den Haag en omgeving, zeker een aanrader voor mensen die weten wat kwaliteit is en begrip hebben omdat het soms wat langer duurt dan normaal ivm met de drukte!!! Jongens ga zo door!!!!
