Domino's Pizza in Oud-Gestel

Ordered 2 pizza after 1 hour we called she said she couldn't find it and that we should call thuisbezorgd. We couldn't find that number so we called back. And she could find it after 1 hour of searching. She only said " oh wait i found it" and then she hung up very rude. Didn't even offer something we waited 2 hours for 2 pizza's.

Always satisfied with this location, with a friendly store manager and delivery staff

Absolutely outrageous. The cashier was also extremely unhelpful. I'm going to file a complaint.

You should think twice before ordering Dominos pizza. This evening I’ve ordered 2 big family size pizzas (40 cm) to enjoy the ending of working week with my family. Pizza was delivered on time. But when we started eating we mentioned that both of them were burnt and overdone, please see pictures attached. It tasted very bad and disappointed every member of my family.

Bad service and staff just have airpods in and have no respect

After waiting two hours, I still hadn't received my pizza. After calling three times, I was told the system had already shown the pizza, but they told me it was busy and I'd have to wait another hour. Absolutely ridiculous.

Pizza ordered at 19:15 and receive t o pick it up at 19:37. Then they complain because i don't pick up... they called 5 times in 3 minutes and they hang up the phone on me when i talk. I got cold pizza... already everyone knows Dominos quality... ah yes, the box are warm... thank you!! i will come back and recommend your place for the worse service and nasty people!!

Such a rude staff. Ordered a pizza and it was showing 1 hour time. After 1 hour when I called, they told it will take some more time. After 2.5 hours, in the app it showed that order is delivered. When I called, they told they have to wait for the delivery person to make sure what happened. When I called again they told that driver ring door bell and called on phone, but both of these I didn’t receive. And instead of saying that we will deliver your order, they just told that they wont make it and refund the money. When I told I dont want money, I just need my order, they told that okay they wont give the money. And what about waiting time 2.5 hours? Shameless and such a rude staff !!!! Keep that money and consider it as a tip from my side :)

Could be better when it comes to hygiene. Food depends on who makes it. It's often super tasty to indicate in advance what you want to eat and how you want to eat it.

I give the atmosphere a four because I never eat there myself. But there's plenty of room for that, so it's fine.

Great place! The pizza I ordered got made fast and was delicious. The restaurant was pretty empty, but most people order for home.

Ordered at 6:38 PM and received at 8:10 PM, paid 1.95 for PrioOrder. Received 2 cold pizzas. For the second time and also the last time. Bad company.

What a service this was again, I indicated not to walk to the reception because I am in the hotel, just call when you get there. That is completely ignored, and my order had been at the reception for 20 minutes while no one told me. Then you call, their phone doesn't work 3 times and when I get on the phone it's disrespectful and I'm hung up without having a nice evening or anything.

A lot of mistakes lately, they forget the sauce, you call them for it, oh, so someone has to come just for the sauce, but they make the mistake and then they also have such a big mouth, this branch has gone way downhill. From now on, order from another branch!!!

Nice ambience and sufficient place to have the Pizza right there if you are on the way home after a drinks only party with colleagues!

Really bad pizza with bad service

Order only arrived after an hour, and with the wrong order. The food had now become stone cold. The delivery person didn't really care and quickly left. When I called that we had received the wrong order and the food was cold, the lady on the phone said that it could take quite a while to bring the food and suggested that we refund the money.

We arrived quite late at Domino's to place another order... despite the late time they still helped us very friendly and nicely ❤️ xx Gaby and Tonya

Ordered via home delivery at 3:30 PM, it said it would take 20/45 before it would be delivered. It's 7:00 PM and still no food, I called the dominoes and the answer was anything but friendly. They said it could take up to 2 HOURS due to the crowds and shortage of staff. Then I asked a question about the "status" of the order and they just hung up... anything but customer friendly and poor delivery.

Specially the 2 for 1 deal is great 💪🏼

Ordered a Meltzz and waited 15 mins only to be told that some delivery guy took it and they need to make it again. If I hadn’t asked about it they wouldn’t even know it was missing. Typical dominos pizza shop nothing special to tell

Unfortunately, when calling because the order had not been delivered after an hour, the phone was simply thrown up while asking nicely. Then you call back and ask why she hangs up while you are still talking, you get a grumpy answer, you were done anyway.. Sorry, but whoever answered the phone today around 8:06 PM and 8:07 PM could do with being a bit more customer friendly!!!!! And then deliberately don't answer the phone anymore, pffff

Frankly, it was quite disappointing... Awful.

Very pleasant Domino's, always easy on the way home and plenty of parking space. There is also plenty of room to eat on site.

10 augustus 2023 Ik moest extra lang wachten. Ze hadden mijn pizza fout gemaakt en begonnen pas opnieuw een nieuwe te maken toen ik in de winkel was. Personeel was buiten drugs aan het gebruiken. De manager reageerde met "oh!" toen ik hem hierover had gesproken. 2021 - Zojuist bijna aangereden door een van jullie bezorgers op e-bike. Hij reed zo hard als hij kon en weigerde af te remmen. Ik remde gelukkig wel af. Het zou héél naar kunnen worden als hij mijn e-bike aanreed.

De Pizza was lekker. Maar die dat aan de kassa stond zou weer basis wiskunde lessen mogen volgen. Sfeer was cva. Leek wel op een gegeven moment dat ze leken te sluiten en het volk buiten wouden. Terwijl de zaak nog 3uur open zou zijn volgens hun openingsuren.

Delicious and within reasonable price.

Pizza's waren lekker maar bestel 2 dagen achter elkaar met een specifieke afhaaltijd omdat ik in Eindhoven moest werken. Allebei de keren minimaal 25 min te laat klaar waardoor ik te laat op het werk was.

War heute sehr ruhig dort. Dadurch ging es recht schnell.

Excellent, un de nos Dominos incontournable lorsqu'on vient à Eindhoven. Restaurant propre, pizzas excellentes.

Fijn dat we op het late tijdstip nog mochten zitten in de kuipstoeltjes om onze pizza’s te verorberen. Ze smaakten prima en ook de shakes waren top.

Op Koningsdag binnengelopen met een vriend en 2 pizza's afgehaald. Buiten op een bankje ter plaatse gegeten op doorreis. De Extravaganzza was heerlijk: - Tomatensaus, mozzarella, ui, paprika, pepperoni, ham, gehakt, champignons, olijven en extra mozzarella. De pizza was precies goed. Het was niet druk op dat moment. Het personeel was vriendelijk. Helemaal top!

Leckere Pizza, jedoch waren die Mitarbeiter ziemlich zurückhaltend und haben uns erst nach knapp 10 Minuten bedient.
