I order 2 pizzas, they arrive with a pizza even thinner than a piece of paper, you call up and get half an employee on the line who isn't helpful at all, and still charges €18 per pizza.

Ordered food on April 7th at 10:45 PM, confirmed by the branch, and simply received nothing... waited 1 hour... received no cancellation, nothing!!! Called the very next day to say we wanted our money back... still haven't received anything back to this day... worthless service and we were left hungry.

Had a very upsetting experience with the lady who was preparing the pizza. We wanted to share the milkshake we ordered between the children and when we asked for an empty cup she said that they dont keep those in the store(while the milkshake we bought was in the cup). Secondly, no tissue papers were given with the pizza so we asked politely and she gave us paper roll from the kitchen. Her attitude and behavior was definitely not a hospitable one.Seems like she is not happy working there and it is reflecting on the service.

Ordered a 40cm pizza, took one bite, and only had cheese and salami in my mouth. The grease was dripping off. I called and told them I thought it was terrible, and they said, "We roll the pizza so far out that it reaches 40cm, so you pay for sauce. It's really bad. New York pizza from now on!"

Ordered pizzas through the app. After 40 minutes, still no pizza. I called and was told I'd set it to pickup. My mistake. I asked the girl, "Are they still warm?" and how long had they been out of the oven? 20 minutes and they were lukewarm. Instead of offering any service, I was asked to pick up my lukewarm pizzas, which were cold by the time we got home. My wife told me in the store that it's not normal and a small effort to make two new pizzas if you're even remotely service-minded. But the manager said there's nothing they can do about it. It's like, "You're to blame, tough luck." And the girl just laughed. Worthless place, better go to NYP.

Today I ordered four pizzas through the Uber app! I saw it was taking a while, so I called the store number in question, which was in the app and was supposed to be where my pizza was coming from! The result was over an hour of waiting, and in the end, no pizza because the store doesn't deliver to my area. I didn't even choose the store; the app itself decided where the pizza would come from! In other words, I was upset, without a pizza, and without money, because it won't be deposited into my account until who knows when... Regardless of what happened, I just want to apologize to the guy who answered the phone, as he had nothing to do with what happened! But I bet this has happened more than once, and the manager knows, and he's the one who has to resolve these types of situations. In other words, it's poorly managed. If something goes wrong in a store, it's the manager's fault, and he's obligated to spot the flaws!

I waited two and a half hours for my cold food, apparently they only have one delivery driver. If you offer your customers that kind of service, you might as well close down.

Ordered half an hour ago. Nothing delivered, and now they're closed. Here I am, sitting here without food even though I paid.

Got two couch potato pizzas. There were maybe four pieces of sausage on the sausage roll pizza. The apple pie pizza also had almost no apple. Normally, the food here is always very good.

I took pizza here three times and all three failed. The pizza is burnt, very dry and the dough is like breadcrumbs, I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Bad business wanted to have pizza delivered, it didn't work, they didn't have a pin machine, very bad, luckily we also have New York Pizza in Vaartbroek

I don't order from dominos tongelre anymore because it always goes wrong. Ordered and paid for extra things and never got them. Got the wrong pizza. Takes a very long time. So now I tried dominos vaartbroek. And it goes wrong again. Wrong sauce on 1 pizza. And got a completely wrong pizza. This was the last chance. No more dominos for me.

Order at 7.45 pm for food, the app says it will arrive at 8.45/9.15 pm, we call at 9.30 pm, they say yes, it is only being made now and not a sorry or discount or anything

Normally my number 1 for pizzas. Only last time I had to wait for delivery, I saw via the app that they had been ready for a long time. And when I got them they weren't really warm anymore. Disappointing to be honest

Weer dik tevreden! Vroeger altijd bij Domino's Ehv een pizza besteld maar gestopt nadat ik niet meer tevreden was. Bestelde altijd extra groente en dat werd steeds minder. Stukjes 'extra' groente op 1 hand te tellen. Nu weer eens geprobeerd..... topresultaat! Super veel groente, erg lekker en exact volgens gewenste tijd geleverd. Ga zo door!

de pizza was uitstekend lekker toen ik de doos open deed zat er een leuk berichtje der met een hartje ik vond het best wel leuk om te zien heb dat nog nooit gehad ik vind de pizza`s ook altijd heerlijk om te eten ik bestel ze ook heel vaak maar ik was ook heel verbaasd de gratis extra thick shake ik ben benieuwd wie het aan mij heeft gegeven die gratis thickshake die der bij zat ik was zo verbaasd en het heeft heerlijk gesmaakt :D

Snelle bezorging door vriendelijk personeel. Meerdere malen besteld bij deze vestiging en het eten is altijd netjes verpakt en zeer smakelijk.

Goed belegde pizza, snelle bezorging & leuk met de hand geschreven berichtje in de doos.
