Ordered a pizza at 6 p.m., called at 7 p.m. to find out where it was and was told at 7 p.m. that it had just come out of the oven and was delivered at five past eight, lukewarm. This is very bad

Got a meat lover pizza and a margarita pizza. Ironically there were no meat on the meatlover pizza . It had only jalapenos. The margarita (35cms) was too dry, middle part was thin like a wafer and the other parts were undercooked .

Price has gone up but quality has dropped significantly. There is hardly any properly topped cheese on the regular pizzas and if you consciously pay for an EXTRA CHEESE upgrade, they will still arrive with a pizza that is not properly topped. Very little cheese. There is absolutely NO difference. Employees say this is normal. But it is not normal because in the past you could really see a difference! Back then you really got a lot of cheese on your pizza. So save those pennies. Really a shame and a waste of my money. Super disappointed.

Orders had been cancelled. No reason given. Then at least give us a call. Ordered via Uber eats. There was only a message that my money would be back in my account in a few days.

I always order from it and without fail they always delay. The lady who operates phone is never gives right updates. They have not heard of customer service at all.

Today we opted for the new product, Mac and cheese. The price-quantity ratio is a complete miss. €4.00 for 4 bites of macaroni and melted cheese. Tastes great, but the quantity is absolutely disproportionate to the price.

Ordered pizzas for the 5th time now, they were called way too late and I was told "yes ma'am, it's Friday evening and it's busy, I can't do anything about it myself, apologies" I am now very done with this place, never always on time. I have an appointment today at 8:00 PM, so I ordered pizzas at 6:00 PM to be delivered at 7:00 PM. I'm really done with this.

Ordered pizzas tonight, it arrived much too late and the correct pizzas were not delivered. After a phone call, 2 new good pizzas were delivered very quickly with a nice extra. Thanks for the good service!

If you order via Uber eats to take advantage of a discount and they are still open for at least half an hour on Thuisbezorgd and their own website. If they cancel your order without a good reason because they don't earn enough from it, I think.... Tried twice, too sad for words not to want to deliver that order.

Ordered food from Domino's Almere Muziekwijk several times, but having a warm and complete meal delivered is a lot to ask for. Unfortunately, things often go wrong and we cannot eat together. And the order will be delivered later, but cold. We no longer order food from domino's Muziekwijk. We also called the branch to report our complaint. But the service/customer friendliness is also lacking on the telephone. Normally recording with a name is not an option and letting us finish talking is also too much to ask. There are many areas for improvement at the Muziekwijk branch!… Not recommended to order food.

Recently ordered pizza here. The place looked clean and the staff was friendly. My order was taken by a young man with a bun. Very helpful, I would definitely come back.

Last experience, delivering cold pizzas for an hour and twenty minutes. In the meantime, I called twice and was told twice that it would be delivered within five minutes. I have ordered 2pizzas today, one vegan pizza it has all hair in it.. yuckkk . Very very bad taste and bad service.

The umpteenth time things go wrong. Today we waited an hour and a half for pizza from ordering time, 45 minutes after we received notification that it was on its way, still no delivery man! Called twice to hear that the delivery person is on his way and that we have to call back after 15 minutes. The delivery person finally arrives and yes, the food is lukewarm and can be put back in the oven at home to be warmed up. I am not aware of such poor service from Domino's and certainly not from the Muziekwijk branch. They have messed up the last 3 orders and understanding from their side is really minimal.

Gluten-free pizza has not turned out to be gluten-free after all. Severe allergic reaction results.

Ordered 4 pizzas on December 5, but still no pizzas after more than 1.5. When we receive the pizzas, they are not what I ordered. Immediately calling 5 times all 5 times they just hang up. I just want my money back, sent it to head office but I still can't get my money back.

The place was busy, and rightfully so. The pizzas were delicious, and the staff was friendly.

Ordered today at 5:00 PM, it is now 7:00 PM and still not delivered. I just called to ask what was going on. This was done 7 times between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Pushed away 6 times and taken up once and hung up immediately.

Ik vind domino,s pizza hartstikke goed. Het eten is erg lekker. Je word snel geholpen. Ik werk zelf ook bij domino's muziekwijk. Ik vind het een goede winkel.

Afgelopen zaterdag een bestelling geplaatst, na een uurtje toch maar even gevraagd waar het bleef...moest het nog in de oven gedaan worden en zou dan zsm worden gebracht. Na nog eens een half uur extra nog maar eens gebeld, werd niet eens opgenomen, tot 2 keer toe. En elke keer ook nog een irritant intro bericht wat al een eeuwigheid leek te duren. Toen kwam de bezorging en vertelde vriendelijk 'sorry voor de kleine vertraging ' ...idioten. HIj vertelde dat er een systeemissue was? Vertel dat dan de eerste keer dat ik bel! Geen pizza meer van deze vestiging 😡

De enige klacht die ik heb is dat jullie de pizza’s niet snijden. Niemand heeft zin om hun pizza zelf te snijden of scheuren als ze hebben hebben besteld. Doe der wat aan…

Ze bezorgen altijd snel in noorderplassen. Het is een pizza voor de snelle hap. Verwacht geen cullinaire hoogstandjes want het is domino's. Helaas ook zeer aan de prijs de laatste jaren. Bestel hier dan ook alleen maar als er acties zijn. Ze sjoemelen hier ook graag met de pizza maten icm kortingsacties acties. En die energie toeslag die jullie rekenen, zet dat lekker in de prijs. Ik vind het een stuk minder erg als ik word opgelicht en dat ik het niet door heb. ✌️

We hebben toch weer een kans gegeven eerlijk is eerlijk, zij hebben hun service verbeterd. De bestelling is snel gemaakt en bezorgd. Een tip aan hen: wees gewoon eerlijk. Als het druk is en je hebt te weinig personeel, zeg dan dat het lang kan duren, of neem de order niet aan. Dit keer was het weer ouderwets goed.

Vandaag een 'kinderfeestje' gevierd bij Dominos pizza muziekwijk. De kids hebben hun eigen pizza gemaakt, versierd en gekleurd etc. Het was allemaal simpel maar leuk opgezet en complimenten voor Lisa en haar team die de kids erg goed hebben begeleid. Alleen al voor de service zou ik mijn pizza's hier willen bestellen.

Goede kwaliteit, soms wel erg druk

Komen afspraken online niet na. 1800 besteld zelf moeten halen omdat ze aangaven dat er geen bezorger was? Pizza zelf dan maar halen anders nog later (1 extra ster voor de vier gratis cinemon broodjes). Kom ik daar in de winkel zijn ze de pizza's nog aan het maken moest ik nog 10 minuten wachten uiteindelijk 1830? Huis vol visite geen fijne situatie. Bestel 100 euro aan 🍕 om te ontzorgen niet voor de extra zorg.

Ik begrijp best dat je af en to je prijzen moet verhogen… maar een pizza van 9,95 verhogen naar 12,95??? Dat is 30,1% duurder!!! Ik ben al een paar jaar tevreden klant bij Domino’s, maar zo’n prijsverhoging is mijn loyaliteit niet waard. Erg teleurgesteld, Domino’s.

Heerlijke pizza’s. Aardige , leuke personeel werken daar. Enige feedback en wat mij tegen valt is dat ze helaas geen handschoenen gebruiken!!! Hoplijk kunnen ze hier wat mee !!

Gezellige winkel en goede pizza’s!

Over het algemeen ben ik redelijk tevreden over de pizza's. Ik ben zelf kok en heb ook vele jaren ervaring met pizza's. De tomatensaus is lekker, wachttijd is altijd kort, prima dus. Alleen er wordt er zo nu en dan veel en veel te veel kaas op gedaan. meer dan het dubbele als nodig is. Ik houd zelf van wat extra kaas... maar deze avond (26-10) was echt te.... Dan is het zo machtig, dat je de tweede helft met tegenzin aan het opeten bent. Ook bestel ik altijd dezelfde pizza en heb ik al 3x een ander bedrag moeten afrekenen, beetje vreemd.

Eerste keer dat ik bij dit filiaal iets bestelde viel behoorlijk tegen. Had mijn bestelling vanuit huis geplaatst maar moest ongeveer 30 minuten extra wachten buiten tot de pizza's klaar waren. Eenmaal thuis ontbraken er allerlei toppings waar ik wel voor betaald had, erg jammer dus! Deze week besloten om jullie een tweede kans te geven. Het eten was nu wel op tijd klaar maar de pizza's waren vrij smaakloos en erg zout. De Cinnastix waren ontzettend vet, zat ook totaal geen smaak aan. De rest van de avond heb ik met buikpijn op de bank gezeten, dit was dus echt de laatste keer dat ik iets bestel bij jullie.

Ik ben er twee keer geweest en wilde niet gelijk de eerste keer een slechte review schrijven omdat het nog een redelijk nieuwe vestiging is. Maar helaas. Bij binnenkomst kijkt het onervaren personeel je af en toe schichtig aan maar niemand zegt even dat je pizza’s al klaar zijn. Van iedereen in de keuken is er maar een die de klanten helpt en zij neemt niet de leiding naar de klanten toe. Verwarrend! Misschien moet ik van een Domino’s ook gewoon niet meer verwachten. Ik ga voortaan weer naar de concurrent.

We hadden pizza besteld met BBQ saus. Pizza was netjes bezorgd maar de BBQ saus zat er niet overheen. Gebeld, er zou een nieuwe pizza komen met BBQ saus. Die kwam inderdaad en wij hebben ervan genoten, thanks! Top service zonder problemen!
