A very disappointing experience at Pizza Deal I recently ordered a chicken burger from Pizza Deal by phone and, to my great surprise, discovered a long white hair in my bun. I immediately called the store to report the problem and was told to return the bun, hoping for a professional and customer-friendly solution. To my surprise, I received a completely unacceptable response from the owner. Instead of an apology or an offer of a new burger, they shoved money in my hand and told me to leave the premises/that I was no longer welcome. To my surprise, I took the money, which wasn't right either, but that's not the point. I was confronted with the comment: "I'm bald, it's not my hair." This was not only unprofessional but also completely disinterested in providing good service. Instead of prioritizing customer satisfaction, I was brushed off with an inappropriate comment and a complete lack of respect. I expected a grown man to take responsibility and at least apologize, but instead, my complaint was laughed off. This experience was absolutely disappointing, and I don't plan on ordering from them again. This is no way to treat customers. In fact, there were customers there as well; respect is truly lacking.

I ordered food online and was told it would be ready at 6:00 PM. I still had to wait 35 minutes because the chicken shawarma was gone and they were making fresh chicken shawarma. In the end, I got chicken breast instead of chicken shawarma without any explanation or apology, and they also forgot to put extra toppings on the pizza. The pizza was good, though.

Excellent, nothing bad to say. Had a Moroccan breakfast, super tasty. Friendly staff, clean and tidy. Will definitely be back for breakfast, excellent. Second visit... 2 eggs instead of the 3 listed on the menu and didn't get the tea... There are areas for improvement this time.

It's a nice place, and the decor looks decent. The staff is friendly and happy to help with anything. I could have asked about certain Moroccan dishes like besaman, the traditional Moroccan tea, and soup. For me, that really adds to the atmosphere. The food was also excellent! I recently tried breakfast, and that was also great!

Wow, breakfast was a wonderful way to experience Moroccan culture. Friendly staff who immerse you in their culture. The atmosphere is great. In short, it's a must-try!

Very long wait for cold pizza and then you pay extra for sauces and tip the delivery people. Then you call them and tell them that your order is not complete, they promise to come back and they never come at all. Very bad service!! Never again. Then I call and the gentleman pretends I don't exist

Waiting a very long time for your food and then getting the wrong thing. Flavors were good but organizationally still a mess. And ps. Those chairs are really uncomfortable when you wait almost an hour for your food

Haven't received anything after an hour. Called about pizza deal. Order coming now. Hours later. No order yet. Got on my bike to a pizza deal. When you get there, your entire order is not yet prepared. Yes, we are busy, was the message. Well, if you keep going like this, you will soon have nothing left to do. Quality has also become a lot worse over time. Too bad. Never order here again.

Ordered here for the 2x time but not anymore after this time. Last week we waited 2.5 hours for the food. Just ordered again, it arrived within 1 hour, which is fine, but we had the wrong food, called about it and they would bring the right food, so we had to wait 1.5 hours for it.

Didn't order a pizza but a shawarma dish and a chicken burger. Chicken burger is legendary in Almere. Shawarma dish was also great, neatly packed with all the trimmings. Garlic sauce could be a little thinner.

Wat een gore kale kapsalon. 3 sliertjes sla verder niks qua groente. Vlees was ook zo goed als niks. Dikke laag kaas en een berg patat. Totaal niet in verhouding. 3 kwartier te laat bezorgd.

Helaas meerdere keren moeten meemaken dat bestelling incorrect laten leveren en niet het juiste willen sturen na gebeld te hebben. Na dit vaker dan 4 keer te hebben meegemaakt, bestel ik hier simpelweg nooit meer. Jammer.

Gewoon een hele goede pizza, heel genereus met de toppings ook. Erg lekker.

Beste burgers die ik heb gegeten in Almere. Veel beter als mcdonalds.

Minpunten: Meeste tafels vies, zwerf kat die de resten van de grond opruimt, weinig salade in kapsalon, slappe friet. Wanneer niet aan het koken ruikt de ingang naar urine. Aardig wat punten om te verbeteren zou ik zeggen. Pluspunten: Vlees was goed gekruid.

De ambachtelijke pizza was een waar genoegen. Alle ingrediënten waren vers en met zorg bereid.

Een van de beste pizza's in Almere. Pizza goed belegd zekkerr niet gierig !! Thx 👍

Zeer weinig eten voor de prijs. Eenvoudig pita broodje en hartstikke duur. Als je spareribs besteld krijg je een paar botten en het vlees lijkt wel uit de supermarkt te komen(döner) hier ga ik niet weer heen!
