Domino's Pizza Best in Wijk 00 Best

Italian pizza has a 1cm thick layer of "cheese" on it. Yuck. Just inedible like that. And always ready 10-15 minutes too early. Had to get a pizza somewhere else.

I waited an hour and a half for my order, only to discover the delivery guy was already there and couldn't call because I'd given him the wrong number. No, it was the correct number. They delivered a second time, but with a different pizza because they were out of stock. Disappointing.

It was 21:33 when I placed my order and they waited until 21:48 to cancel my order leaving me hungry :(

You see the employee making my pizza in the refrigerator, and you know this is going to be terrible. I ordered it right around closing time, so I thought ahead and wanted to make sure the employees got home on time! But what came out of the oven then... pizza with more air bubbles and dough.

Ordered two pizzas for pickup at 6:30. We arrived 5 minutes early, and the pizzas were already in the box. According to the receipt, they were ready at 6:15. We were worried about that, but when we got home at 6:30, the pizzas were already cold. Not recommended!

This owner is a legend. I ordered the pizza's for 18.15 and they made mistake and delivered them too early. Once I called and complained that they were early and would be cold, the owner offered to remake the pizzas and deliver them at the right time. What a legend. Of course you cannot expect them to do this for everyone. It is probably not so busy today. But this man is a real legend for doing it at all.

We posted a review two years ago. We wanted to give it another try, but unfortunately, nothing had changed. The food arrived quickly, but of course, something was missing. They said they would bring it, but an hour and a half later, no one had seen anyone. I definitely wouldn't order anything from here!

Absolutely pathetic service. I've ordered 4 times from them, and 3 times they were unable to deliver the order. Dominos Best is, by far, the worst branch of Dominos I have ever ordered from. Do not order delivery from this branch. Edit: I spoke with the branch manager after writing this. He was supportive and apologetic. I've ordered a few more times from this branch purely because the branch manager made me feel valued. And I have to be fair, the service has improved. Delivery to Oirschot is still a bit slow, but if you accept that, then they have definitely made improvements since my original review.

Every Monday I ordered the spinach feta pizza at 6 o'clock. It hasn't been the same since 3 weeks ago, I just found out why the pizza doesn't taste the same anymore. The manager Mohammed has been fired. I think this is a terrible disaster. The pizza community is no longer the same.

Domino's has a great promotion, 1+1 free when you pick up. Ordered 2 pizzas tonight at the counter. I discovered at home that I had simply paid for 2. I immediately contacted the branch and was informed that this promotion only applies if you order it via the app, to promote the app. I gave my opinion about that and the manager completely understood. In the end I was still offered the free pizza. Then you at least understand what service is all about.

Just ordered a margharita pizza for 15 euros (yes, no joke). More than half the pizza has almost no sauce or cheese on it. Dough is thin in the middle, very dry and the little cheese on it is on the verge of burning. I called them and was told that I had to come by with the pizza and that he could deliver a new pizza in 2 hours because they were understaffed. I regularly order pizzas from dominos, but this was really the last time.

Got the wrong pizza delivered, when I call they blame me for taking a bite of it. How else would you find out that it has the wrong sauce on it and no cheese rim. Still charged extra.
