Pizzeria Bella Nápoli: pizzeriabellanapoli.nl in Wijk 00 Best

The pizza was really inedible, hard and salty.

The pizza was completely cold. I live five minutes from the pizza place. The excuse was that it was due to the cold weather. Don't order.

I don't understand why the reviews are so bad. The staff is friendly and the pizzas are just fine. On Thursdays, all pizzas are €10 for pickup.

Be warned. Never buy pizza here. I ordered two calzone pizzas. There was no sauce. The pizza was undercooked, the dough was still soft, and the ingredients were raw. They're more busy chatting than caring about good quality food. When I returned the pizza, the owner was still mouthing off about how I, as a customer, should be respectful. I normally respect everyone, but not this owner. Norms, values, and quality in the Netherlands are quite different from what this owner apparently wants to live up to. Never buy from here again. Be warned. They want to make a quick buck instead of providing service and quality.

What a terrible experience. The pizza was delivered cold, an hour and a half after I ordered it, and my pasta box was dented. You call them and they literally do nothing for you because it was cold outside, and then you're told... NEVER AGAIN...

The food delivery was quick. The pasta tasted like it had been reheated; there were hard chunks in the spaghetti. I was quite disappointed.

Take away order, just not impressed with the pizza at all. No flavour and old dough

The restaurant has a very nice Italian design with nice landscapes painted on the walls, good atmosphere. We enjoyed a bread basket with seasoned butter to start, but the main courses lacked a distinct Italian identity. We would hoped for brighter, more authentic Italian flavors. Overall the food was OK when we tried pizza, lasagna and pasta. Service was friendly and attentive.

Unfortunately, I can't give it less than one star. Over 40 euros for three burnt pizzas, which are also cold. And they taste like charred dough... scandalous!! Shouldn't even be called a pizzeria.

Clearly stated no capers on either pizza, and what do you get after waiting an hour and 15 minutes? Pizzas with capers. The lady wanted to send new pizzas, but she couldn't have eaten the ones she had because she wanted them back. My 2.5-year-old is screaming with hunger. If you get a tone on the phone, well, you can get one back from me! I want my money back and will never order from them again! I wonder if the lady will be polite enough to refund my money.

Great atmosphere! Absolutely top here nothing to complain about here staff top food top atmosphere is very quiet and nice! Definitely recommended!

Delicious food and nice restaurant with good atmosphere and fast service and fresh food

Everyone stay away from Bella Napoli on the Koningin Julianaweg 17 in Best. There was a finger (or toe) nail in my daughter's food. When I called about this and sent a photo, it was dismissed and they said that they would come and pick up the pasta and bring new ones. My daughter and I had of course already eaten and drunk because of this case and I asked for the money back. My pizzas were almost cold because of the long-winded discussion, after which I asked for the full amount of €50 back. Now I apparently went too far, because she absolutely did not want to pay this money back! Really badly treated and €50 lighter! And my daughter had that nail in her mouth!!! Dirty business there…

Unexpected, super good pizza! Very sweet, naive girl in the service, empty shop, staff or owner who keep each other busy and play with their cell phones. More focused on delivery and pickup.

The food here is always good, but normally you get 2-3 small mini rolls with herb butter for free with your order, and in my case, they simply charged me €3. 😂 I personally wouldn't have done this to regular customers.

Pizza looked liked this. Was 20 minutes late and cold. Threw pizza away after first slice. Will not order again.

Super nice people and delicious Italian food! The Italian chocolate cake was perfect!

I think paying €13.50 for a frozen pizza is too much. Never again

Super happy that we found the shirt. Inside it is super clean and delicious best food ever I think!

Vriendelijke bediening.

Delicious food with a very nice atmosphere and nice staff. Highly recommended!

I ordered tagliatelle a la gorgonzola and it was delicious, the presentation was good and it didn't take long. The beautiful decoration and the pleasant and clean atmosphere.

I think they dropped the salt can from their hands, pizza is too salty to eat

Daarnaast diverse lekkere pasta. Leuke ambiance. Gratis parkerrn voor de deur. Ook afhalen en bezorgen mogelijk.

Best pizzas ever! Unfortunately, delivery is often nothing to write home about. 45 minutes promise and only after 1.5 hours pizza, which is then TOO DELICIOUS to eat. Sigh....last time I order here ;-)

Excellent pasta. Tasty and more than enough. Well delivered.

After more than an hour I called to find out where the pizzas were because the lady on the phone said half an hour... The pizzas still had to be made! Then just be honest that it will take more than an hour and a half if you want to order pizza. So bad I will never order anything again.

Echt schandalig!

Always delicious pizzas, both restaurant and takeaway

Delicious food and nice friendly people, definitely recommended!

Heel goed. Beste Italiaan in Best. Tortellini a la panna is erg lekker. Eigenlijk is het allemaal wel goed. Aanrader.

Heb afgehaald. Goede kwaliteit.

Gereserveerd.

The pizza was good, we enjoyed the interior wall paintings 😃

100% aanrader
