Domino's Pizza Beverwijk in Centrum

Poor service and lack of responsibility My 10-year-old son came to pick up two pizzas. Due to a torn bag, one pizza fell outside. When he politely reported this, he was met with complete indifference. The Ketchap manager insisted it wasn't his problem and refused to offer any solution. They didn't even consider providing a new plastic bag. This involved a 10-year-old child. A little humanity and responsibility could have resolved this immediately. For the price of one pizza, they've now chosen poor service and a negative experience that will remain public. That doesn't seem like something a manager should be proud of. Furthermore, the pizza we ultimately took home was inedible. This could have been resolved easily and politely. Very disappointing.

I've had several occasions where I wanted to eat pizza at work, so I ordered it an hour in advance with the correct pickup time. Then I arrived, and the pizza wasn't ready yet. The final score: it would take another 15 minutes. I explained the situation, but they didn't show any understanding; they just asked for it, unfortunately. They didn't consider sending a message or calling necessary, as you should be able to wait. I'm pretty much done with it.

They are closed but they will take your money

The website simply says "open," so I order my pizza and have to wait for hours. Then I call to ask where my pizza is, and I just can't reach them. I assume my pizza or my order isn't going through, because that's what happened, but they could have let me know. Otherwise, just put "closed" on your website.

Wouldn't order from here they don't deliver your food and then claim they do

Always running out of everything, never delivering anything normal. The worst Domino's ever. They don't call ahead if they don't have something, they make their own choice. They don't have any drinks anymore, so I have to eat without drinks, but I ordered them! Sad, sad, sad, and QLS doesn't offer a solution either.

Super fast delivery and delicious pizza! I am super satisfied with Domino's Beverwijk. The delivery was really fast and my pizza arrived nice and warm. Everything tasted delicious - just the way you want it! Definitely recommended. 👍🍕

Little to no chicken in the pizza. You're mostly just eating dough! Such a shame.

We ordered 2 pizzas including a vegetarian chicken. We get a chicken pizza so no veggie. I explained that I had to go to work straight away and that I couldn't wait for a new one. The only solution is to have the 2nd pizza delivered. So he didn't want to cooperate with that. So you make a mistake and can't come up with a solution? Kids really wanted a pizza... it's not that difficult to come up with a solution. You are a manager, you should be able to manage.

Very tasty pizza, but the interior space is small, you can't really sit there, but that doesn't matter much. I ate the pizza at the bus stop

Nice little Dominos branch. Friendly employees, good pizzas. Can always be ordered in combination with great discount codes, a lot for little.

We paid 50 euros for 3 pizzas. And then it arrives and the base is as thin as a tortilla. And I think it is also a tortilla that is finished quickly and sloppily. We certainly won't order again

I ordered four pizza. It arrived very cold and dry. As if the pizza is 2 days old. I called Domino's pizza to explain what happened. The manager was so rude that he wouldn't even listen to my complain . It's a shame cause normally everywhere else is the pizza perfect. But in Beverwijk it's very very bad Including the service.

service if there was I would put - 1 I order 4 to 5 times a week and spend almost over 100 euros. I order through the app, I always pay with cash, suddenly one day they call me after I had ordered and I was waiting, they tell me that we don't accept cash and I canceled the order even though I was paying with cash all this time and secondly when they bring the order and I give them 20 or 50 euros they don't have change to return and so they are forced to go back to the store to get change and the pizzas arrive cold.

Ordered but made a mistake in the order and called about it. They say that's fine, we'll arrange it, but then they don't arrange anything. I received the food and it was cold, I called and they said there was nothing they could do about it. How bad can your service and food be? I have now paid 13 euros for cold food that they don't want to do anything about, I can now order again and I have thrown away 13 euros. Money doesn't grow on people's backs.

I ordered meat lovers pizza for 25 euros, I would like to add a lot of meat please, there was very little meat on it and the meat on it was burnt completely black..... Very bad, I don't like it here anymore, I have pizza service for 20 euros had a lot of meat on it and no burnt meat, I think this is very poor service from dominos to the customer, also misleading advertising, meat lovers hardly put anything on it! And still burned completely black!

Very small pizza for that much money is also cut into 6 pieces instead of 8

The pizza is great, never regret ordering from dominos! Though every time we ordered here as a group one of the pizzas was either forgotten, or was mistaken for a different order. In the end we always have a great time with great food, but it'd be better if we didn't have to go back up to the counter to get our order properly made for us :)

It's a shame they forgot the frosting!! And this is actually delicious with frosting!
