Fresco in Meerestein

Dear all, I live practically next door to the former "Fresco," but please don't order from them! The website is still active, and I think home delivery is too, but the company has been permanently closed for over a year. I don't know the reason for this. Their phone number is also inactive.

I've ordered from here many times, always late, but the food is delicious. After tonight, I won't be ordering from here again. The delivery time was 6:00 PM, and at 7:00 PM, still nothing. I tried calling, but no one answered. They didn't show up either...

Don't order!!! They're closed!! Our food never arrived. Apparently, they're closed, but the online ordering system is still open on the website. Several people fell for this. Hopefully, they'll be honest and refund everyone's money.

I ordered at 5:32 pm, the website says they are open and I also received a confirmation email, but I still haven't received any food. I called three times but no one answered and I can't go because I have a sick child. So I won't order from here again, hopefully I'll get my money back.

We called because they were over an hour late. It turned out the delivery driver couldn't find our address (a very friendly man). After opening it to finally eat, it was lukewarm and the wrong meal. After calling again, I was told it would take another half hour for the correct meal, or send a Tikki and we'd refund it. Payment was made promptly.

Poor service. I ordered. Then I called to ask for a time estimate. It was supposed to take 25 minutes, but after 50 minutes, still nothing. I called to be told they'd be there soon. Then I waited another 20 minutes and called again. Then it was almost there. Then the food wasn't hot, but lukewarm and simply inedible.

After waiting two hours for our order, it wasn't warm. The nachos and enchiladas were soggy, and the sauces I paid extra for weren't included. I tried to call them, but they couldn't be reached! I suspect they might have changed owners?! You used to be very good!

Twee uur gewacht op een paar quesidillas. Nooit meer! Geen excuses worden aangeboden en twee keer zelf moeten bellen over onze bestelling!

Sorry Fresco, you've lost a customer! The website says they're open. I placed my order. Received a confirmation email. After waiting over an hour (lately, delivery takes at least an hour, so you have to be patient), I tried calling, but no one answered. I decided to go, and it turns out Fresco is closed! WHY can I still place an order? Now I have to figure out how to get my money back. (Update: I called the next day and spoke with an English-speaking Ukrainian. Fortunately, she was helpful and I got my money back. But the overall picture of Fresco means we won't be ordering from them again.)

What a terrible disappointment. After six calls with the Chinese-English-speaking woman who simply hung up the phone during the conversation, I still hadn't received my order after over two hours. What a terrible place. Never again, and definitely not recommended. I will definitely never order from here again.

Ordered Pizza di Carne,… Unfortunately, all the carne was under the cheese and was therefore not baked, making it a greasy, weak snack... Very sad…. Fresco was always great and wonderfully enjoyable, but the new owners still have some learning to do... First the cheese, then the rest, so that the meat also becomes a bit crunchy. Service is great! Nice people and I received good help, just a shame about the mediocre food

Had a delicious tagliatelle carbonara Top

A Quesadilla shawarma, cheese, a tiny bit of meat and a tortilla is not worth 7.50. Overpriced. It was delivered quickly, but it would have been better not to come. if you want to serve food, make it beautiful.

After waiting 1.5 hours, the order was still quite disappointing. We were able to roll up the nachos and they were also chewy. I would have been better off buying the 'primeval bread' in the supermarket because it would have saved me 4 euros, 2 plain, cut rolls without any kind of herb butter or toppings. Laughed, not enjoyed

Today we ordered food. The order was placed at 18.13. At 7.15 pm we wondered what time it would arrive and we were already surprised that we had been waiting for 1 hour. Still, I called at 7:30 PM, "yes, max 5 minutes, we are short of staff." Yes? Then please let us know if it may take a little longer! At 7.45 pm I called again, pissed off. "Yes, it's being made now and then come and deliver it, max 5 minutes." It should be clearly stated that we hope it will arrive warm. They arrived around 7.55 pm, received an apology and a bottle of AA. Sorry, this doesn't make up for it if you have to wait almost 2 hours for 2 wraps and nachos. Then we ate. Very disappointing for a 2 hour wait. Nachos tasted and looked as if they had been put in the oven again (catering experience). This was certainly the first, but also the last time.

Chicken wings from Albert Heijn. First, the order was wrong. I ordered a chicken filling, but got minced meat. Furthermore, the dishes did not look at all like the pictures when delivered to home. I am especially disappointed by the Buffalo wings. These are just the frozen chicken wings from Albert Heijn from the microwave. I recognized the taste because I have eaten this before. A bit of a shame if you wait almost an hour and a half for your food. Fortunately the delivery person was friendly….

Tasty pizza, well topped. Delivery took a long time, but was indicated in advance.

Far-reaching glory Previously, Fresco was 'The pizza place of Beverwijk'. However, my last experience was very disappointing. For example, I ordered a Pepperoni pizza with mushrooms as an extra topping (paid €1 extra). When opening the pizza box I didn't find 1 mushroom. Tried several times to contact Fresco Beverwijk, but to my surprise they are completely unavailable. In short: Don't order extras here, because you get nothing.

Very tasty food and ready quickly, enchiladas and buffalo wings are highly recommended!

I think I ordered it for the sixth time and the food was good as always, although 40 minutes later than expected, but you know that can happen.

Half an hour late. Don't bother coming up to a flat, 1st floor, if your bell doesn't work and you have difficulty walking, they expect you to come pick it up yourself. Quesadillas were bad, thrown away after two bites. Dirty slapped vetted mess. Only the garlic bread was tasty.

Wat een topper verkeerd besteld als nog goed gemaakt door een andere pizza te sturen topzaak maak je niet vaak mee.

Pizza peperoni large besteld voor vrouwlief...foutje,komt een hele andere pizza. Gelijk even gebeld,sorry voor t ongemak,er komt zo snel mogelijk de juiste aan...klein kwartiertje later dingdong...uw pizza,hou de andere maar...helaas lust ik geen pizza. Prima opgelost,zeer goede service.

Voor pizza moet je hier zijn , onvervalste pizza . Snelle service goede kwaliteit en niet duur.

Eerste keer besteld. Telefonisch netjes geholpen en het eten was heerlijk! Snel bezorgd en het eten was goed warm. De bezorger keurig netjes👍🏻 Wat mij betreft een aanrader.

Goede service acceptabele prijzen en een uitgebreide menukaart. Snelle levering en zeer smakelijk.

Top restaurant. Altijd lekker en vers. Eten al jaren op regelmatige basis van Fresco. Vanavond ging er wat mis in de levering en werd al opgelost voor we gebeld hadden. In één telefoontje een oplossing gevonden, wij eten dit lekker op en genieten van iets anders dan we hadden besteld. Het smaakte heerlijk!

Lekkere pizza's voor een mooi prijsje. Goed van smaak en de porties zijn precies goed.

Paar keer hier pizza's besteld en laten bezorgen. Prima service. De pizza's waren goed heet en uitstekend. Ga hier zeker snel weer bestellen!

Bij Fresco hebben wij een shoarma pizza afgehaald , voor thuis met een glas wijn erbij. Wat een heerlijke shoarma pizza, heerlijk warm en rijk verzorgd met shoarmavlees en de crust was ook heerlijk, luchtig en goed van smaak en de pizza kwam gesneden in 6 punten en meer dan voldoende saus erbij. De beste shoarma pizza die we tot heden gegeten hebben. Er is dan ook niets van overgebleven behalve de doos ....
