Domino's Pizza Borne in Wijk 00 Borne

I just placed an order at Domino's Pizza in Borne and am extremely dissatisfied with both the service and the ordering experience. I ordered a pizza with the buy-one-get-one-free offer, but to my great dismay, I discovered I'd accidentally added only one pizza to my cart, thinking the second free pizza would be added automatically. When I contacted the store to rectify this, I was treated in a very unprofessional and rude manner. They refused to resolve the issue and offered no assistance whatsoever. It's disappointing to see a company place so little value on customer satisfaction.

I went here for a duo pizza package from Too Good To Go. Friendly welcome and he even asked me if I liked spicy, when I indicated I'd rather not he said I'll make something tasty out of it. And to be honest the pizzas tasted great! All in all a great experience! Worth repeating.

I thought it was strange that I had no light during dinner because it went out #never come back

Unbelievable 15 euros for a small cheese pizza, delivered around the corner. Fakes

Good and tasty food. Only 20 euros per person isn't necessarily accurate. I once spent 41 euros on food. A family-sized pizza with chicken and drinks.

Through some mistake, I realized I'd overpaid. I spoke to them about it; I think I overpaid. I tried to resolve it at the time. Unfortunately, that didn't work, but they said I'd get my money back within 2-3 days. As a result, a week later, I went back to speak with the manager, who told me I hadn't received it yet. As expected, no one was able to help. The response I received was that the next day would be rebooked, and I'd have to wait a few more business days. It was truly awful. The food was good, but the service was a shame—you can't give negative stars.

Too much hassle on calling, no solution

We were craving pizza, ordered pizza, got pizza and it tasted like pizza. So fine.

Personeel maakte fout met prijzen pizza’s. Personeel hierop geattendeerd. Vervolgens wordt je onbeschoft behandeld. Personeel komt niet met een passende oplossing. Kom hier niet meer terug

If you order a pizza without peppers and onions, you put it neatly in the notes, but apparently they can't read it, and if you call neatly, you just barely get a big mouth and 25 minutes late!! not to be done last time x That we order there!!

They have difficulty reading and the comment field is there for nothing and you don't have to call to complain about this, they don't take you seriously and they are not friendly, they just arrive 25 minutes late, so this was the last time I ordered food from them.

Ordered pulled pork sandwich. First of all I have to say that the taste was super tasty, hence the 2 stars. But the sandwich was dramatically poorly filled, I called the office about this and got the answer that this is normal for us, yes maybe I have done a little less now, but in general this is the standard. Said I found this disappointing for the money. The best man thanked me for the feedback and wished me a nice evening. So nothing is done with it at all! What a bad thing.

Time and time again they screw up the order. Then no sauce, then no chicken. and even after I asked them inside if I could just add normal sauce this time, there was minimal sauce on it. Being able to throw away 3 pizzas and making the kids angry. no money back and did not want to cooperate in finding a reasonable solution.

Shame to have to say... I was unable to participate in current promotions by telephone... tried to order via the site but just couldn't get through the process. Couldn't pay. Such a shame

Typical Domino Pizza service for pickup or delivery. I recommend placing the order via the app as there are various discount promotions. Domino Pizza is in the middle of Borne and easy to reach and there is enough parking space. The pizza's taste and quality are as expected.

Fast preparation and good quality

Order here a bit too often. Sometimes online coupon codes don't work well. It is best to pay locally. When ordering online. When you pick it up you will have food really quickly. Usually friendly help and if something is wrong, they fix it right away (Shortyz can still learn something from it). Criticism: those new electric scooters should not rush past so fast in pedestrian areas.

Goede pizza's, vriendelijk personeel en erg goed verzorgd. Hygiëne is belangrijk.

Toen ze vegan pizza's kregen bij Domino's was ik hier erg blij mee. Wij eten plantaardig om meerdere reden waarvan er 1 allergie is. Ik heb nu een paar keer besteld en of er zit toch vlees op de pizza of wij zitten met een allergische reactie. Eergisteren weer besteld en het is weer raak. New York Pizza en happy Italie nooit last dus het kan zeker wel. Voor ons geen Domino's pizza meer. Edit: wij hebben 2 nieuwe pizza's gekregen. Geen klachten gehad en ze waren heerlijk! Was 2 voor de prijs van 1 actie, anders veel te duur

Snelle bezorging en het was nog best heet ook! De bezorger bracht de pizza’s corona proof en hij was ook vriendelijk. (En de pizza’s hadden ook zeker gesmaakt ;) )

Prima pizza's. Bestellen gaat heel eenvoudig en je kunt precies zien wanneer het klaar is. Ik vind de pizza's iets te zout en wat prijzig. Je kunt niet erg goed voor de deur parkeren. Aardige mensen.

Als je van pizza houdt moet je hier zijn!

Tot sluitingstijd wordt je netjes geholpen.

De bezorging dik in orde, bijna altijd binnen een kwartier voor de deur. Echter moeten de bestellingen nauwkeuriger worden verwerkt. De pesto wordt vaak vergeten op de pizza en regelmatig trof ik stukjes vlees op een vleesloze pizza aan.

De pizza mixed grill chicken BBQ. Doen!

Lekkere pizza gegeten. Meeneemprijs was tweede pizza voor 1€. Top actie, maar daardoor wel volgevreten 😂
