Shortyz in Wijk 00 Borne

It says it's open until 9pm, if you arrive at 8pm they're closed

Yesterday I ordered some bittergarnituur (a type of Dutch snack) from Shortyz for a company get-together. Delicious snacks, everyone was happy. Delivery was also very fast. In short, very satisfied!

The food is generally fine, but as many others have reported, the delivery is terrible. After 45 minutes, I called to ask how long it would take, and they said, "It had just left the door." Great! After 20 minutes, I called again. "Hmm, I don't know, it says here that it's already been delivered." Well, not to us. The order was canceled. We had selected pay later, so we didn't lose any money, but they just said it wouldn't work or that we had to pick it up. No apologies, nothing. We won't be trying that again.

Worst doner box and doner dish I've ever had. I ate three bites and then threw them away. Absolutely disgusting. 11 euros for a small doner box and disgusting.

Whenever I order from here it takes EXTREMELY long to get there.

I order and have to wait 2 hours.

A few years ago, it was excellent, but in recent years, the service and food quality have really plummeted. Almost every time, the order was delivered incompletely or far too late, it wasn't completely warm, or the fries were soggy. Last time, we got a small portion of fries where you get a full one elsewhere. None of us were satisfied after eating the fries. I don't want to post this, but it's gone wrong so often that I hope they'll use this review to improve the quality.

Some items on the Shortyz menu were unavailable. As a result, several members of our group of six had to order something else. The taste was average for a fast-food restaurant. Shortyz and Levi are apparently part of the same company; instead of ordering ice cream/shakes from the Shortyz menu, we could have chosen the more expensive Ben & Jerry's ice cream from the Levi menu available at the register.

Soggy fries. No flavor. Gray/green cheese soufflé? Didn't seem right to me, and it didn't taste good either. The guy on the phone said that was normal... We won't be ordering from them again.

Bad tent. Something is regularly missing and in terms of hygiene they are really lacking! Hamburgers soggy, fries over-fried. Never again, there are much better restaurants in Borne.

Pizza delivered cold. The rest of the food was fine...

I got very sick from kipdoner kapsalon. I was in the hospital for 3 days with salmonella poisoning. I ate chicken once that week, so I'm sure it must be that! And forewarned counts for 2.

If you get so many reviews about you being late, you should change that, it's already 1 hour late here

Food ordered was not very tasty. Furthermore, incomplete order, after which other things were delivered after 20 minutes. Bad service.

It was always fine, but tonight I got cold lasagna and potatoes. No more lettuce for a while, but now no more sandwiches and herb butter either. Besides being cold, the food was also not tasty, much less bolognese sauce on the lasagna and spiciness on the potatoes. What a disappointment for almost €30.00. Not for me anymore.

I am still waiting for my order which I placed at 5:15 PM. Opted for ASAP delivery. The earliest possible time was 6:00 PM. Called again after 1 hour. Yes it was ready and was now delivered. This was 25 minutes ago... and it's still not here. Never order again.

Food is quite tasty, but the service is not that good. Just ordered a pizza and 2 sandwiches with some potatoes. You will receive a free can of coke as a thank you for not ordering via home delivery. Fine! Today the food didn't come. That has happened before. It was supposed to be there at 5:40 PM, but I called back at 6:00 PM. They said it was on its way. Well, it's just around the corner so that's great! Well, not so... it came 25 minutes later. The delivery person said he came directly from the store, so they are just lying. My children are waiting at the door for nothing. Then just say honestly that you forgot it and bring it back asap. Don't lie! To top it all off, I am now sitting on the toilet with a severe stomach ache. So the hygiene is not good either! You cannot submit a complaint. I have called before and nothing was done about it. Do what you want with this, but from now on we will order elsewhere.

Poor delivery, not keeping appointments on time and poor communication and customer service!

Worthless rotten company After having waited an hour for our food yesterday, my husband called and was kept on the phone so we said we wanted our money back and they will never see us there again. Worthless company!!!!! !!!

The delivery is dramatic. Had to wait almost two hours for our food on Saturday evening. The time before was also an hour and a half. Did they just forget the order? This was the last time for us

Ordered spareribs after driving 1.5 hours to pick them up, waiting 10 minutes for someone to help me, and then being told sorry madam, the spareribs are gone and I was too busy to call you. But you can order something else, yes, duhhhh, I believe so. The Chinese was tasty and ready in no time.

After waiting more than an hour and a half for 2 dishes, you finally get your food. Sundea instead of the ordered milkshake. Call twice where you are having dinner and you get a lady on the phone who sounds like she doesn't care and she is happy when the shift is over. No, we will not order here again.

Waited 2 hours for our food and called twice in the meantime. Finally the food arrived and several parts were missing, such as the potatoes and the salad. After calling a third time, this was finally delivered. We will never order from here again.

Ordered pizzas for delivery at 10:30. Would take an hour. (All understanding: holiday time). We called at a quarter to seven to find out where our pizza was. Could take another 20 minutes…. Then after 45 minutes we asked if our pizza was ready yet. No sir, it's going into the oven now. So I didn't think so... So canceled. No more Shortyz Borne for us. Do not keep their agreements.

Ordered 2 shawarma sandwiches.. Had to wait almost 2 hours.. Well not again for us!

Waiting two hours for an incomplete order. Zero expectation management.

Unreachable for days and order incomplete

Just had an ice cream. the ice cream was tasty, but the snack bar itself was a bit dirty...

Taste and delivery are fine. Only nowadays there is way too much cheese on pizzas. If you ask for less cheese, they don't seem to understand that either. Otherwise okay.

Lekker eten en snelle levering.

Heerlijk eten bezorging was heel snel.

Heb vandaag eten besteld, en het was zo lekker en zo snel bezorgd, hamburger was geweldig en de pizza’s ook, ik ga hier vaker bestellen!!

Ik begrijp de negatieve reviews niet. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en attent, het eten is heerlijk, de porties zijn groot en de prijzen zijn redelijk. Ik kom er al een hele tijd en heb nog nooit iets negatiefs meegemaakt. Ik kom er dan ook persoonlijk om ter plekke de bestelling door te geven en ik hoef nooit te lang te wachten.

Te hard rijden door een woonwijk

Eten was mooi op tijd bezorgd. Alleen de aardappelschijfjes waren half gaar en smakeloos, net zoals de patat. De döner was ook half rauw. Milkshake was net water met een smaakje. Halve bak eten weg moeten gooien. Zonde. Bij de kip kapsalon moesten we zoeken naar het vlees.. eigenlijk was het voornamelijk konijnenvoer. Dit is nu de 3e keer dat we hier bestellen om het toch weer een kans te geven maar helaas word de teleurstelling bij iedere bestelling groter. Voor ons was dit dus echt de laatste keer.

Bezorger kwam precies op de afgesproken tijd. Broodje kip was heerlijk, lekker warm en de medium variant was meer dan ik op kon. Top!

Eten was prima, maar in het restaurant veel lawaai van de koeling, waar mijn moeder met parkinson niet tegen kon

Afgelopen jaren kwam ik hier met regelmaat, maar de laatste tijd vind ik het allemaal wel minder worden. Een zure pizza Hawaï, muffe hamburger broodjes. Eerder was het smullen...

Lekker eten alleen duurt het wel een beetje lang voordat het eten er is

Eten is lekker, service is goed, tevreden over zowel afhalen als bezorgen!

Zeer behulpzaam. Gewonde mevrouw met bezorgauto uit eigen initiatief naar huis gebracht. Hulde!

Pizza is vaak sompig en nat, vandaag lag de halve topping naast de pizza, tijdens de bezorgrit schijnbaar verschoven.

Snelle levering en het eten smaakte heerlijk! Zeker een aanrader!

Eten was goed , persoonlijk hygiëne betreft de hedendaagse regels ( corona) zijn er niet . Met blote handen eten verpakken/ portie,s maken , geen 1,5 meter respect , een algemene handoek op de wc . Personeel loopt op slippers en trainingspakken . De rest was wel netjes en schoon op het eerste gezicht .

Lekkerste pasta van Borne gegeten hier. Aanrader!

Bij ontvangst goed ontvangen door de gastheer . Heeft ons goed vermaakt. Zaak zag er goed uit, erg schoon, en uiteraard goed eten. We komen gauw weer terug .!

Altijd goed, mocht er een foutje zijn dan wordt het direct opgelost.

Hele nette zaak. Schoon. Vlugge bediening. Je kunt er telefonisch bestellen, laten bezorgen, ophalen en daar eten. Voor in de zaak een cafetaria en achterin een shoarma etc zaak. Aardig personeel. Contant of pin betaling.

Ruim aanbod van fastfood gerechten. Over de pizza's kan ik niet oordelen. Maar de Turkse pizza's zijn niet geweldig. Ook de sidedishes als kippen vleugels vallen tegen. Daarvoor betaal je ook nog iets meer dan gemiddeld. Uitstraling en afwerking van het restaurant is echter goed. Net aan een voldoende.

Lekker en superhandig dat ze in Borne bezorgen!

Op een dinsdagavond bijna een uur moeten wachten op een incomplete bestelling. Meer dan de helft ontbrak. Telefonisch contact opgenomen en de rest werd wel nageleverd maar het was nageoeg koud.
