It was apparent that the team's internal socializing took precedence over customer service

Ordered a delivery of 2 vegan pizzas. Both came with very little vegan cheese and very little toppings. Sauce and dough were ok. The last time I tried Dominos' vegan pizza in the Netherlands was 3 years ago and it was awful, so I thought they would improve by now, especially with all the new vegan cheeses available everywhere, but no. If Dominos aren't willing to make a good vegan pizza, it's better they just take it off the menu altogether.

The app indicated I could pick up my pizzas. So I went to Domino's to pick them up, and they said they were still making them. Pretty vague, even though the app said they were ready. I had to wait 10 minutes for my order and then went home with the pizzas. When I went to open the boxes, I saw the pizzas hadn't even been sliced, and there was no sauce on mine. From now on, you need to pay close attention and communicate well with your colleagues because this is a complete disgrace.

Rude and nasty stuff+ the kitchen is very dirty, they put the pizza meshes on the floor and after that they put the dough on it. Unsanitary and insalubrious. I had a stomach pain after eating their pizza. I complained about it to the pizza guy and he was very unprofessional.

I ordered a vegan chicken pizza order was wrong. I called the restaurant and they told me that they ran out of vegan chicken so they sent some random vegan pizza. I don’t think they can send a meatless pizza to someone ordered a pizza with meat. People assume that vegan people will be okay with anything they have in their hand. I would be totally fine if they would just cancel my order at the first place. I am super disappointed.

The food wasn't delivered correctly. The sauces weren't brought, and then only one of them was brought, and the chicken was broken on the floor. So I got another one, three for 8.50. The potatoes weren't cooked properly, and then there was the pizza. You think that's okay, but no. One pizza was good, and the second, no, not bad either. Please do something about this.

Pizza pick-up took way too long (an hour and a half)

Very bad! Fries were cardboard, other food lukewarm and/or soggy. After calling to ask where I could file a complaint, I was able to pass it on to the employee. There was also a lukewarm response and when I asked again how to file a complaint, the answer was via the website and the connection was disconnected. Never again!

Ordered pizza here, it took a very long time and called where it was. Treated rudely and they said the pizza would no longer be delivered. The pizza had already been paid for, so it was not delivered. Very bad thing this...

Ordered food and a coke. Delivery man comes to my door with a Coke Zero (I don't like that). I asked why they didn't call me and give me the choice whether I wanted a Coke Zero, another drink or just my money back. I returned the Coke Zero and the delivery person said he would pass this on. I waited a week for my money, but nothing. I called them to say that I haven't gotten my money back yet (3.15 euros for a coke). This young man told me to pass this on to his boss. Today, about 2 weeks later, I still haven't received my money and this has probably not been passed on.

During delivery they ask for a higher price than when ordering. Unfair .

Bad tent. Had to wait 10 minutes before I could order and then I also got an M pizza instead of an L. When I try to order fries I have to wait another fifteen minutes.

I wanted a pizza at 9:30 and then they said they had a problem. That wasn't true anyway, silly. At least say honestly that you don't feel like it and don't be stupid :( I was just hungry

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with Domino's Pizza today. I ordered an XL pizza of 35 cm around 9:30 PM and paid extra for fast delivery. But the courier delivered a pizza that was the wrong size; instead of the 35 cm XL pizza I got the smallest size pizza. The delivery person said he had to return the wrong pizza and would deliver a new one. Even though I agreed, I didn't feel like it anymore. It ended up taking almost 45 minutes before I decided to call because the delivery person still hadn't returned. When I called they told me they had tried calling me but no one answered. This was absolutely untrue as I had my phone in my hand for the entire 45 minutes. When I asked when I would receive my order, I was told that this was no longer possible because they were now closed. Even though I had ordered on time and they had made the mistake. Furthermore, they told me that if I wanted my money back, I would get it within 3-5 days. This is not a service! This experience was very disappointing. I had ordered on time and paid extra for fast delivery, but instead I got the wrong order and ended up being left without food. This completely ruined our evening.

I wanted a small pizza margherita and I was 6 minutes before 10:00, but he didn't want to help me, he said we are closed, and it says on the website they are open until 10:00.🤷‍♂️

Food good. Parking and accessibility are a disaster.

Never order from here, because you will end up with getting nothing. They don't even accept their mistake and they don't refund. You will pay for nothing. Never never order.

Visited Domino's and was disappointed by the lack of prices on the menu. The staff was less than friendly. When I requested a well-cooked pizza, I was told, "we don't do that here." To make matters worse, the pizza served was nearly raw. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Very delicious pizza, fresh vegetables and well baked dough, quick collect, nothing to complain, better than German domino's :)

Reasonably tasty 'pizza', however do not expect fine italian quality.

3 kwartier te laat....email gestuurd!! Niks gehoord....vaak besteld daar !! Maar ff andere pizzeria proberen!! Domino's heeft toch nog gereageerd en heeft het bedrag teruggestort 👌De bezorgster zei nog dat ze een verkeerde adres had ingevoerd en het was rotweer 🌪dat ze daarom te laat was!! Dus toch opgelost!!🍕👌*****

Al ongeveer 25 jaar besteld onze familie bij Domino's aan de Binnenwatersloot in Delft. Nadat we verhuisden naar Ypenburg woonden we te ver om te laten bezorgen. Omdat we graag bij deze Domino's wilden blijven kregen we een regeling.. Al 17 jaar bestelen we met deze regeling regelmatig bij Domino's en kregen we altijd de 2e pizza gratis omdat we het speciaal hier kwamen halen. Vanavond was deze regeling zomaar ineens niet meer geldig, toen wij bij een leidinggevende om uitleg vroegen werd er zelfs zomaar, na een onbeschofte opmerking, opgehangen. We vinden het jammer dat de klantvriendelijkheid zomaar ineens verdwenen lijkt te zijn en schrijven daarom deze review. De relatie met de klant is blijkbaar niet belangrijk meer, jammer maar helaas.

Altijd heerlijke pizza's en prima service. Vandaag verkeerde pizza gekregen (met kaas, en dat lust ik echt niet). Ik dacht het goed gedaan te hebben maar blijkbaar toch niet. Toch een heerlijke nieuwe pizza gekregen. TOP !!!!

Please get a milkshake machine.

Mijn bestelling word altijd binnen 30 minuten bezorgd. Ben daar heel erg tevreden mee! De bezorgers zijn ook vriendelijk.

Really tasty pizza! And it was fast. In the pizzeria, there is a screen on the wall showing your place in queue. Note, there is no toilet and no seats, only standing tables

Just had a great pulled beef sandwich at the table inside, with some really good potato wedges. People working away at making good food in there. Lots of deliveries going out the door too.
