Domino's Pizza Delft Papsouwselaan in Wijk 24 Voorhof

There was a bit of a mix-up with my order last night, but the staff was very helpful and friendly and resolved it perfectly. The food was delicious, too. I bet it must be very busy there with the bad weather!

The pizza was supposed to arrive at 6:30. Four phone calls later, and a seemingly clueless staff member struggling to take the address. The pizza arrives at 9:44 PM and it's freezing. "Yes, we're busy," he says. "No more Domino's."

Last time I saw my pizzas being prepared by the young people who work here, I suddenly found my pizza less appealing. It didn't seem very hygienic. Luckily, I got a vegetarian pizza.

Fast service and delicious pizza.

Never received the food. The delivery driver had gone to the hospital, less than 5 minutes from our house. They arrived 25 minutes late after we canceled. The delivery driver didn't arrive until almost an hour after we ordered and were promised countless times. Luckily, the money was credited to our account quickly.

Great pizzeria. Pizzas are delicious and hot. Pizza delivery drivers are friendly and on time.

Okay, Domino's pizza, a bit too little gorgonzola on the pizza, if that's what it should be. I think the new four-cheese pizza is worse than the old one. Friendly delivery person!

Burnt and no sauce. Received a positive response on the phone when I asked if sauce was indeed missing. The lady on the phone wanted to solve it, but it was a real shame when you got home. And driving back and forth is no longer really an option as far as I'm concerned. Better luck next time.

Very bad experience pizza about 2 hours late pizza doesn't look good no excuses or anything very unfortunate in the past it was at least still a bit doable

I think it is good that you are setting up a separate production line for allergies. Unfortunately, I have a gluten and lactose allergy, but this is not an option with you. I can either order a vegan pizza with vegan cheese, or a gluten-free pizza with cheese. After calling you, I heard that this was a decision from the head office, and I indicated that I would become ill with only a gluten-free option. And that due to my intolerance to gluten I can eat just fine traces of it. I hope that the head office will take this option into account and ensure that this becomes possible.

We ordered 8 pizzas, of which 6 were initially made, which meant we had to wait 10 minutes longer than we were told. When we opened the pizzas it turned out that a margaritha had been made instead of a chicken supreme. When we called, the employee said that we could get that pizza if we brought all the pizzas to prove that we did not get a chicken pizza. So we ended up paying almost an entire pizza extra and then not getting it. This is very unreasonable and we will not come back here again

Rude service over the phone after the wrong pizza was delivered

Do they have a discount menu, it can only be done via the site. This doesn't work for a meter. Staff doesn't want to help you. Disappointment#@!

Received a large pizza tonight instead of the XXL I ordered. After calling the branch, I was rude on the phone and the operator hung up the phone after talking back and forth about the pizza. When delivering the new pizza, the delivery person just barely threw the pizza inside and did a very nasty knock on the door.....

They deliver the wrong pizza when you try to reach them they answer and tell you what do you want without being able to explain the problem and they hang up. And now I have a pizza that is too small and the wrong size

Received the wrong pizza first. No attention for the guest at all in the branch itself. First forwarded to another branch by telephone. No help after that. Thank you.

I ate a salami pizza there, but it was the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. It was not salami at all! They obviously used some cheap bologna. I just wasted 10.5 euros! 💶 🤦‍♂️

What you expect from dominos... good pizza, good food

We went to Papa John's last time with 2 friends and we were curious to see how big the difference was. I think Dominos is a lot busier because the atmosphere and service were a lot less strong than at Papa John's where someone was waiting for us with a smile. Unfortunately, nothing else here, just a nod that we could order after waiting a while. But hey, you don't order pizza for the service. Unfortunately it also took a little longer, but on the other hand they also have a lot more business because scooters came and went with deliveries. The pizzas themselves are a matter of taste. I like a firmer base, which these pizzas had. On the other hand, there were slightly fewer toppings. You win some, you lose some.

Nice little place, very busy, good food and friendly staff

Things have deteriorated so quickly at this location. The interior is in need of a makeover. Everything looks tired. The staff seems to have some difficulty with what to do. Lots of shouting and noise. My order went wrong and so did two customers before me. The pizzas are of course from Domino's, so you know what you get and what you don't.

Unfortunately not the best experience. Pizza looked like a reused one... everything thrown on it, very poorly or not cut at all. Staff who did not want to take the trouble to speak normally. Very unfortunate!

Wel flink misbruik gemaakt van de "inflatie". Pizza's zijn binnen een jaar tijd bijna 25% duurder geworden, misschien zelfs meer. Ik bestel voortaan wel ergens anders, want om en nabij 30 euro voor 2, 25cm pizza's is natuurlijk ronduit belachelijk.

Een medium margarita, fungi of pepperoni voor €6 is zeker een goede deal.

Couple of pizzas got their sizes mixed up, but otherwise it was great.

Lekker eten en vriendelijke service

Was lekker rustig, dus had mijn pizza snel. Aardige en vriendelijke dame die me geholpen heeft. 👍🏻

Kom al 15 jaar hier en daardoor merk je nou eenmaal verschil. Helaas is het wel consequent dat de kwaliteit minder is. Cheesybread: de smaak en kaas zijn niet meer als voorheen, ook de BBQ Saus is niet lekker meer. Ze gebruiken nu van Heinz en voorheen hun eigen “merk” en die was lekkerder. Pan pizza zoals vroeger hebben ze helaas niet meer. De margarita is ook niet meer zoals voorheen, veel droger en minder smaak. De pizza’s worden ook niet meer goed gesneden, nu moet je zelf nog na snijden. Het is jammer maar Domino’s is niet meer zoals het vroeger was.

We hebben zelf afgehaald dit keer gedaan . Bestel gong een beetje stroef nieuw personeel maar goed ... Lekker pizza 🍕 met zorg en liefde gemaakt

Overpriced pizzas but they taste good. Always consistent and mostly delivered quickly. The deliverers are at best amazing and at first super friendly.

Sinds een maand is de Kwaliteit een stuk minder geworden helaas

Lekkere pizza's. Afhalen ook mogelijk. Toen ik klaar was met werk de pizza's besteld en toen ik aankwam hoefde ik maar een paar minuten wachten tot ze klaar waren.

Sometimes you just have no clue what you'd like to have for dinner. Domino's is always there to save the day. Easy, fast and always delicious. Keep it up!

Ik weet niet of hier op gereageerd kan worden maar er word dus elke avond aangebeld door een van de bezorgers met een bestelling en het is iederekeer een andere maar dit keer domino's is er een mogelijkheid om contact te zoeken en te kijken wie deze bestellingen plaatst

Awesome pizza with amazing 5€ pizza offer for students

Lekkere pizza, wachttijd was langer dan geadverteerd omdat het te druk was voor het aanwezige personeel.

Prima pizza's en ruime keuze of je stelt zelf online even samen met de app, spontane mensen daar.

Hele lekkeren pizza's en super blij dat ze in de buurt zitten en dat ik dus nooit lang hoef te wachten op de bestellingen. AWESOME!

Klantvriendelijk en snelle service, binnen 15-20 min klaar. Als er iets mis is gegaan zijn ze gelijk bereid om te helpen.

Het is een kleine ruimte waardoor het al gauw vol met wachtende mensen staat. De pizza's zijn niet heel bijzonder en regelmatig worden bestellingen door elkaar gehaald. Personeel is wel vriendelijk, maar de service kan wel wat sneller.

Raar dat , als er maar 1 persoon tegelijk binnen mag en jij bent die ene persoon, maar wacht op online bestelde afhaalpizza's, je buiten moet wachten... In de hele 10 minuten die ik op mijn pizza's heb staan wachten is er geen andere klant in de winkel geweest... De pizza's waren overigens wel oké
