Domino's Pizza Dokkum in Dokkum

Often cold when you order, and delivery an hour later than agreed. You're not informed that the order will take longer, and then you're looked at strangely when you ask for compensation.

More than a month ago I ordered a pizza for €237. I paid online, but at the checkout it was stated that I still had to pay. After verifying, we had to call the store 4 times during the month, each time stating that the “boss” would call back. After the 4th time I asked if I could get the number, but the “boss” blocked my calls. No response even on WhatsApp. I eventually had to go higher up at the Domino’s chain. Shameful method…

I didn't realize what time it was and accidentally ordered just before closing time. Still my order was accepted - really great service! Thanks to the friendly team at Domino's.

I ordered a pizza earlier today it arrived 1 hour 15 after the estimated arrival and it was wet and slimy and the peperoni wasnt cooked with a slight pink tint i also ordered a protein thick shake and it was thin and runny and below freezing cold when i took a bite of mt pizza all the cheese and peperoni slid off onto my new born kids face thank god you my food turned up cold otherwise my son would have been in danger and i would have sued you when i went to collect the pizza i also believe i saw a chiwawa sized rat in the bathroom which was very discomforting this service was absolutely disgraceful and i will not be ordering from here again #papajohnsontop

Ordered a pan pizza, the pictures showed a good amount of meat, but in reality there was almost nothing on it, very disappointing for the price and to make matters worse there was also a long hair in the pan pizza

How nice that you can order online at home and follow everything without waiting. You can pick up your own pizza and have it deliciously fresh and warm at home. We'll be back.

We don't live near Dokkum, I searched on Google for somewhere to eat, my son wanted pizza for once, but we couldn't even eat there. We just went across the street, there we could eat inside

Ordered a pizza with drinks twice. Both times you forgot to deliver my drinks. Last night I called you that I would like my drinks. You were supposed to bring it by but unfortunately no one came by. I don't want to receive such a stupid receipt for the wrong order, but I would like my money back.

they constantly get the order wrong. it feels like almost every time something is missing or they put something i didnt order

I ordered an hour and a half in advance and only received my pizza an hour and a half later after the agreed time. This is unacceptable.

Not for the first time receiving a pizza with missing ingredients. Not a disaster in itself, but when I pay almost 20 euros for a pizza I just want to get what I ordered. So I called anyway. No new pizza could be delivered because it was busy, but I could expect my money back in my account within 3 days. Fine! Now more than a month later I still have not received my money back. I won't order anymore. If you pay that much money for a pizza, the pizza should be just as you ordered it and no flavor-determining ingredients can be missing.

Had to wait 2 hours for my pizza. This is not what I expected at dominos. If a well-known company makes your customers wait 2 hours

€30 for a dominos box funghi and a mix bucket. I think it's ridiculously expensive. 3 ini mini chicken strippers that are indistinguishable from the wedges and also don't taste like anything. The popcorn chicken contains very nasty herbs that really detract from the taste. Clicko worthy... I won't order from here again 🤢

Got a pizza here for the first time tonight at the request of a colleague of mine Ordered Pizzeria tonno and took it home after about fifteen minutes After half an hour of driving, the pizza was still very warm, which was a plus and also tasted delicious

4 pizza's besteld op zondag, om 17.30u opgehaald, precies wat we besteld hadden, lekkere en goed gevulde pizza's!

Al 2 x besteld en heb er een paar x Pulled pork en bbq swirl bij besteld maar krijg het er steeds niet bij op m’n pizza ! 😡😡😡

Waanzinnige vestiging. Bestellingen worden bij mij altijd als een rakket bezorgd zelfs op zaterdagavond.

Prima Domino's! Update: gisteren echt niet goed. Na 2 keer bellen toch een oplossing.

Zeer handig dat je online je bestelling al voor de avondeten door kunt geven. Bezorging is tot nu toe altijd op tijd geweest.

Kwam daar laatst inchecken alleen niemand die thuis was, heb er meer dan 2 uur moeten staan voordat er iemand kwam. Toen ik eenmaal ingecheckt was kon de eigenaar mijn Kamer niet meer vinden en heb ik het zelf moeten zoeken. De douche was vies en goor en het bed was niet opgemaakt. 2 sterren voor het uitzicht op de keuken.

Dit is al de 4e keer dat ik lente-ui op mijn pizza bestel en het niet krijg! Hoezo gaat dit de hele tijd fout dan?

Heerlijke pizza's, niet te duur en aardig personeel. De milkshake is ook een aanrader!!

Pizza's in verschillende groottes besteld. Alles op en top naar wens en vriendelijke service bij het afhalen. De pizza's waren nagenoeg perfect.

Lekkere pizza's en met bezorgen zijn ze super snel, als er problemen zijn lossen ze het ook snel op. maar ze kunnen de pizza's soms wel beter snijden

Is altijd snel gemaakt en warm bezorgd! Bezorgers zijn erg aardig en werken hard om ze zo snel mogelijk te bezorgen. Het eten is heerlijk maar de krokante kip kan soms wel erg slap zijn vandaar een ster minder. Ik raad hen wel aan! Zeker de pizza’s en de thick Shakes!

Pizza's zijn zoals je mag verwachten. De entree kan nog wat verbeterd worden. (Duidelijkere indeling)

Nu 2 keer besteld, beide keren heel mooi op tijd. De pizza was goed warm en lekker, en heel fijn dat bestellen zo via de website kan!

Vind het eten erg tegenvallen. Geen smaak aan, sorry.

Pizza's laten bezorgen om 21:50 Alles was super heet en de bezorger was vriendelijk en precies optijd. Een van de twee pizza's was niet goed, ui helemaal verbrand en de bestelde extra paprika was amper aanwezig. Ook was de pizza redelijk vet, smaak van de andere pizza was prima ( maar ook hier en daar een verbrand stukje topping ) Waren niet laaiend enthousiast over deze bestelling, geef het over een week nog één kans en anders bestellen we hier niet nog een keer. Update: 29-07-2021 Nieuwe bestelling geplaatst, pizza stond op tafel precies 30 minuten later! Prima in orde dit keer 😃👍 Foto 3

Op de openingsdag besteld, was voor de afgesproken tijd, en was erg lekker!

Kaaspizza medium en broodje tuna-melt besteld om 16:30 om te laten bezorgen om 18:00. Kwam exact om 18:00. Op de fiets bezorgd door vriendelijk meisje. Ook een verademing ...geen knetterende brommer.. De tuna-melt was een erg lekker broodje en de pizza was prima. Voor een 2e dag open is dat erg knap. Begreep uit de reviews dat er gisteren opstartproblemen waren. Daar was wat mij betreft vandaag niets van te merken!

Pizza morgen besteld, vandaag al bezorgt! Wat een service!

Na een lange tijd wachten contact gehad met de leidinggevende, netjes opgelost!
