Very unhygienic, all employees were smoking at the same time without washing their hands. Waited 30 minutes.

Roos is amazing. The food was inedible, but thanks to Roos's presence, it was still pleasant to be here. It is a shame, though, that that 1.90 meter tall man with blond hair and a beer belly feels the need to play Pippi Longstocking Hardstyle.

Waited 20 minutes for chicken wings and a milkshake. Service is very slow. Not recommended if you need to catch the train, even if you have to wait another half hour.

Truly the best Domino's location in the Netherlands I have been to so far! This branch at Emmen station is highly recommended. The pizzas are delicious, super fresh, and perfectly prepared. Additionally, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Top-notch service!

Tasty pizza guy behind the counter, unfortunately not so much… if the hygiene in the kitchen is as bad as his hair, I would call the hygiene inspection service. There was just as much oil on the pizza as in his hair.

Yes, the food was good and hot. But it took almost an hour before a few friends and I got our food. The Picnic bench they have is a bit weird because it's just about falling apart and is a bit flimsy. The waiting took a long time because they were busy with other orders (apart from the delivery orders). I ordered at 5:11 PM and then we got the food around 6:00 PM.

Yesterday, we ordered two large pizzas at 9:20 PM. After an hour, the order in the app was still showing as 'being prepared'. Therefore, we called to ask if everything had gone well. The employee told us that the pizzas only needed to go into the oven and would then be delivered immediately. Ultimately, the pizzas were only delivered two hours after ordering, around 11:30 PM. Fortunately, the pizzas were very tasty, but we are very disappointed with the delivery time and the communication. We had been out all day and had hoped to have a quiet pizza before going to bed. Unfortunately, this caused the evening to turn out very differently than planned. Hopefully, the delivery time and communication can be improved in the future.

Placed an order, the seller tried to push margaritas on everyone. Couldn't get a refund, and I had to wait 4 days for a refund. I don't recommend it. Instead of informing them that there are no mushrooms, they're treating people like idiots.

I accidentally dropped my Thick Shake on the floor. After offering to clean it up myself, there was still a very helpful employee who went ahead and cleaned it up. Love to Domino's

Pizza delivered incorrectly and late

Whenever we want to eat Domino's Pizza, we always order from here. We usually have it delivered. The pizzas are delicious and nice and hot. The delivery drivers are always very friendly. And should something ever go wrong (which we have only experienced once), it is resolved very properly. If you want to pick up your pizza, there is ample parking available. All in all, we highly recommend it.

I had a really bad pickup experience…🥲 When I arrived, the pizza wasn’t ready because the person making it was in the bathroom. After he came out, he only quickly rinsed his hands and started preparing the pizza while wearing rings and accessories. It didn’t feel very hygienic to me😭 After eating the pizza, I felt nauseous for the whole day, even though I hadn’t eaten anything else. Overall, a very disappointing experience!

Unmotivated staff; I had to ask to be let past them, even though they stared at me outside while smoking. Once, never again. The pizza was okay, but I don't know how they could have messed that up.

My pizza was completely raw and the person making it was listening to music

Ordered the food at 19:03 and the food is arrived at 8:45 and literally they were saying that the food is arrived when I called them second time. Never seen a fast food brand delivery this slow. I felt like they were bringing it on a turtle or something!

The pizza was okay, but that's always a matter of taste. We wanted to eat there, but that's not recommended. There were two small bistro tables outside with a total of five chairs. Inside, there were a few counter tables along the wall, each with three bar stools in front of them. It was quite loud, and you felt rather out of place. You order at an electronic terminal.

I ordered an extra-large pizza (35cm) for a real hunger. The ingredients were only from a small children's pizza: almost no sauce, almost no cheese, 7 pieces of ham and salami, and way too large crusts. It's been better here! I called the store manager, who said this is a new policy from the regional manager, and he's just enforcing it. The pizzas at Domino's have become very expensive for what you get with this policy.

2 stars because the pizza itself is delicious. The only downside is that you can no longer pay with cash. What a waste! Cash is and remains legal tender! You must accept cash! Furthermore, the staff is surly and unfriendly.

I was at Domino's on Saturday night and we had a pizza with BBQ bacon and chicken, but we didn't get any BBQ sauce on our pizza. There was a man who dropped one of those pizza balls and didn't pick it up. He put it away and just kept going. If you're in a scooter or wheelchair, you can't easily get in. Greetings.

The stuff working is very bad I come tourist in Netherlands and I asking one pizza is speak with me only Dutch and when he speaks with me English speak more aggressive and told me only pay with card no cash ok I not have a problem if the payment cash or with card I think the better speak good with the client if not respect the client can't people come another time for eating sorry i sended already for head office dominos because is more responsible about all franchise

We wanted to place an order and our brother took the phone away, he thought it was funny in his way. Well, this is mischief that every child has done and that boy is 2 years old and he was immediately scolded by the staff with terms such as 'cunt child', they also told him that they were going to call the police. This is scaring a child

What a gang! First time ordering online and it said the order had been processed. Upon arrival we stood in front of a closed door. When you call, there is only loud music playing and people shouting over the phone. There appeared to be a malfunction in the store, no call or refund. Some time later I ordered something again in the store itself, the order was incorrect and the employee felt it necessary to express her irritation by shouting that we were nagging and that there was no manager present to speak about this behavior. Order received incorrectly.

The site said they were open until 11pm. So we go in at 10:15 PM because the door is still OPEN. 2 people look at us, and call someone else to tell us that they have been bumped. Then don't post online that you are open until 11 p.m. instead of 10 p.m.

Pizza was good but the restaurant was very dirty. Tables were full of rubbish and staff were stretched out on chairs at the back of the kitchen. Also no trash bin available. I was shocked at what the staff's reaction was when an order from Thuisbezorgd arrived, which was a few kilometers away. The delivery person didn't feel like it and said he planned to cancel the order halfway through the ride and eat the pizza himself. My order was also canceled once and now I know why that happened. Pure scammers work here. 👎🏼👎🏼

A staff member sat on the worktop where the pizzas were made a few minutes later, without first cleaning the worktop. Later they first cleaned the floor with a broom and with the same broom they also cleaned the work surface where the pizzas are made. Never seen anything so dirty. After seeing this, I will never order a pizza here again.

The pizza is not tasty, the dough is dry and there is little topping, I do not recommend this pizzeria.

Yesterday evening we wanted to get a thick shake. We had gone out for dinner and we didn't like the dessert there. When we arrived at the dominoes, a hardstyle version of Pippi Longstocking was played at high volume. 3 cookies Cream shakes ordered because of the music probably didn't get through. Received 1. Ordered 2 again, now there was a hardstyle version of Mega Mindy on. In the meantime, this glasses-wearing man was hanging out with friends and colleagues and it took almost 15 minutes before we got the shakes. When we had them. There was no Cream on the cookies. Nothing more said. We just wanted to get away really quickly.

Food is great, trash everywhere (Unfortunately)!!!

Gastenomgeving is niet schoon, er zijn geen eens prullenbakken aanwezig. En als je het vergelijkt met andere vestigingen van Domino's, dan is de sfeer en gezelligheid ver te zoeken. Pizza zelf smaakte overigens wel goed.

Gister pizza besteld. 1 uur en kwartier zitten wachten en dan ook nog koude pizza. Dit was bij dominos Bargeres

Heerlijke pizza’s voor een prima prijs (bij afhalen). Vooraf gebeld en nauwelijks hoeven wachten.

Altijd lekkere pizza's en zeer vriendelijke bediening

Prima pizza voor de prijs. Het is dominos, het is wat het is.

Pizza was aan de magere kant, en erg droog. Verder erg snel geholpen. Aanbiedingen gelden soms niet bij afhalen, maar alleen als je via de app besteld en dan afhaald. Wat een beetje jammer is.

Een medium pizza besteld, krijg je 1 met een 15 cm doorsnee, dikke tegenvaller, medium verwacht ik wel wat groters

Goede pizza met snelle dienst. Pizza besteld vanaf de bioscoop, en daarna gelopen naar Domino's, en pizza was klaar bij aankomst. Er zijn zitplaatsen binnen en buiten.

Ik weet niet hoe Domino's zo goedkoop kan zijn vergeleken met andere pizzeria's, maar qua prijs / kwaliteit doen ze het zeker niet verkeerd. Hun online tracker werkt goed en ze hebben zelfs GPS waarmee je precies kunt zien waar je bestelling is. Als ze dan eens te laat zijn (want dat kan altijd gebeuren) sturen ze je vaak een voucher na voor een gratis dessert of zelfs een gratis pizza, dus ze proberen het wel altijd goed te maken.

Met slecht weer niet heel veel plek om daar (of in de buurt) beschut te zitten.

Pizzas hier zijn echt super lekker. Ik trek wel een puntje weg want ik doe normaal mijn reviews baseren op de wc en toilet papier maar die hebben ze niet. (Nou vast wel maar ik bedoel openbaar voor de klanten. Is best wel klein gebouwtje.)
