Domino's Pizza Klazienaveen in Wijk 08 Klazienaveen

On July 17th, I ordered something around 20 for 10. I received a confirmation email that my order had gone through; this email also arrived well before closing time. I was informed with a quick phone call that the food wasn't coming and that I would get my money back. After a long wait and having called twice already, I still haven't received my money back. Bad business.

The staff is unfriendly and unkempt. Staff smoke and throw away trash, and then do not wash their hands. Lids and jars containing food are kicked across the floor and subsequently reused without being cleaned. Furthermore, the staff is very uninterested and not customer-friendly. The kitchen is also really filthy; I’m not eating my pizza anymore, yuck!!!!

Nice, clean place! The food is always tasty too, and the staff is extremely friendly. I would recommend this to everyone; I will definitely come back here again!!!!!!

After receiving lukewarm and soggy pizzas and chicken multiple times, we decided to order food from Domino’s one more time. The orders we placed from that point on were fine. However, the last time we received a Salami pizza that was completely burnt, and the crust was wafer-thin and rock-hard. We called about this, and they indicated that this was because no cheese had been ordered. But we order via the Domino’s app, so you assume that the pizza you select has the ingredients you would expect from a Salami pizza and is baked properly. After all, previous pizzas didn't look as burnt as this one. We pointed out that the pizza was inedible like that, but Domino’s is completely uncooperative and unhelpful, stating that they can't do anything further about it. Furthermore, we order well in advance and select a delivery time, but the order is almost never delivered at that time. Usually 15/30 minutes later. It's a shame, but for us, this is truly the last time we will order here.

Today, May 30th, I ordered pizzas along with 3 shakes. Shortly after placing the order, I received a call informing me that the machine for the shakes was broken. We were asked if we would prefer chicken instead of the 3 shakes, which was fine with us. After waiting for over an hour, the order finally arrived, but it turned out that the agreed-upon chicken and a can of drink were missing. We then called to report this. Subsequently, only the chicken was delivered, but the missing can of drink was not. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that the 3 shakes together were worth about €15, while the chicken offered as a replacement clearly had a lower value. Despite this, even those replacement items were initially forgotten. It is understandable that a machine might break, but forgetting multiple items from an order and then failing to fully resolve a complaint is simply poor service. A very disappointing experience and certainly not what you should expect from a delivery restaurant. I will not be ordering from here again anytime soon.

We ordered two pizzas with our colleagues, one at 5 p.m. and one at 6:30 p.m. We had to call back for both pizzas because they were more than 45 minutes late, which was very inconvenient considering our breaks. The phone service was very unfriendly; they hung up on us and hung up on us. We won't be ordering from them again!

It’s ridiculous that there are no prices listed anywhere.

You order a pizza 1.5 hours in advance so they can prepare it on time, call back 45 minutes late, and are told, "Yeah, sorry, the carnival goers ordered in between, so they had to eat first." In other words, you're just being pushed aside because they can make more money that way. They don't offer a solution, nothing, you just have to wait longer.

Ordered today and received it. I had ordered crunchy fillets 5 times, now the box is full and it was stated that it should not be spicy. The end result was very spicy and things often go wrong there, so I will never order from here again.

Pizza three hours late and even colder than my grandma's, who's been dead for ten years. Second pizza free? They're making a Hawaiian with spicy sauce. It's also pretty hard to make a pizza for those vaping teenagers. If you call three times, they lie three times that it's coming. I live a stone's throw from that shitty place. So if the delivery guy comes crawling, why does it take another hour after calling?

Waiting 3 hours for pizza is ridiculous. And if you call, you're just laughed at. No Domino's for us.

About half of the pizzas I order don't have what I ordered. And employees smoking in front of the door is just disgusting and rude.

Yet another time I've received a sandwich with absolutely nothing on it. I'd asked if I could have some extra meat and sauce this time, since there's never much on it. Very little, in fact. To my "surprise," I received another sandwich with absolutely nothing on it. Terrible. I called, but only received a coupon for the next time, which definitely won't happen. They offered to have a new sandwich delivered, but said it would take a long time because they were busy and that this one had to go back.

Until half a year ago I came here weekly and it was fine. Recently ordered 6 pizzas. Never tasted such bad quality!

Ordered via home delivery and apparently incorrectly communicated by home delivery, resulting in a different product than ordered. Dominos still received the correct product free of charge and was allowed to keep the incorrectly delivered product. Top service

I wanted to post a photo of the pizza they delivered to me, but unfortunately I don't want to. It was literally black! Ridiculously bad!

Best Pizza 🍕 that you can get for miles around is my experience. Good ingredients. And last but not least, always ready and hot on time. Not really a sit down restaurant

Placed an order at 5:10 PM to receive it at 6:00 PM…. Called at 6:40 PM where it is and it is only now going into the oven 👍🏼 hours later it arrives without any call or coupon/discount, great deal!

The base was not completely cooked, after eating the pizzas with my girlfriend, we became quite ill because of this. Contacted by telephone and no interim solution was found, and should have sent it back?? And raw dough can contain harmful bacteria such as Salmonella.

Always enjoyed ordering, unfortunately had many problems with the delivery from this branch over the past six months. Order ahead option was chosen, which always went well, but so far they have completely 'forgotten' the order once and the other 3 times it was delivered more than 30 minutes late (and only after called where the order remains..). The last time I did not receive what was ordered.

Was used to better from dominoes. Next time just emmen again

zeer irritante app. automatisch staat nieuwsbrief en sms reclame aangevinkt. Zeer vervelend. ook krijg je veel dozen en daar mag je zelf mee balanseren door de deur en bij de auto.

2x besteld 1e keer bestel je een pizza met spinazie extra ui op de pizza en extra vlees krijg je wel geteld 2 uitjes extra op de pizza en bijna geen vlees en ook geen spinazie te bekennen de 2e x was ik wat later vrij van werk want werk zelf in de horeca dus ik dacht ik ga een lekkere pizza bestellen krijg je hem binnen is de onderkant hartstikke donker en smaakt verbrand en de bovenkant ook
