Great pizza, fresh and hot. What you expect from Domino's :)

I placed an order at 5:30 PM to make sure it would arrive on time, with the desired delivery time of 6:45 PM. It ended up being 8:00 PM! And in the meantime, no call or message, nothing. It's not the first time, by the way; great service! Then, on top of that, the food was lukewarm. What a shame...

Very good the best Pizza Slalom ever 100 percent especially Pizza Salami and tuna.

For years a satisfied customer at domino's stokhorst until yesterday. Picked up a pizza shoarma and a pizza chicken kebab. The stuff was so spicy that we threw the whole lot in the container after 1 slice. At 20:00 but went to bed with a hungry stomach. And that for 29 euros! For us never again domino's.

Order placed online for 2 pizzas to be picked up, pizzas were made incorrectly twice (can happen of course), called about this and asked if they would do anything about this because of the long wait for this but nothing at all... VERY POOR SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER.

Today I’ve ordered trough the Dominos app as always and went to pick it up at Dominos Stokhorst. Arriving there around 15:00 the scooters ware all inside but the door was open. The manager Mandy said that they only open at 16:00 but why did the app show their open 12:00 ? Mandy said without hesitation: Okay sir you know what I’ll heat up the oven and make your Pizza and Cinnamon bread. While making my order she entertained me as we talked about the label pins on their caps, and before I knew it the order was ready. Mandy you are an example of how it also can be done. I can only give 5* but you deserve 6* About this, no Many did not make me half a pizza but I couldn’t wait anymore and realized after it was half way done I forgot to make a picture. Mandy your one in a million.. thank you. Oh and Dominos head office please change the opening times in the app and website please.

Especially don't go there if you want to be treated with decent hospitability

this happens to me very often. They just hang up and it takes a very long time for it to arrive. If you try to call more often, they ask “Do you have a moment?” and they leave you on the line for a very long time.

Ordered a box from Dominos today. We got our order at 11:20 PM. There were 2 small chicken pieces in it. Fries were cold and pizza looked like leftover pizza. There was no tomato sauce. It looked very dirty. We couldn't eat anything because Dominos Stokhorst is closed at the moment. Bah never again!

Ordered and order never arrived, called and that didn't work either.

Ordered three types of box but the taste was just bland, apparently they don't know any herbs for fries, potato wedges and for chicken wings at the Domino on Stokehorst in Enschede. So we won't order anything here anymore.

Ordered food and didn't receive it!!! It turned out that it had been ready there for more than half an hour. But it was still warm enough, they said 🙈 instead of sorry, we are making new ones and they will arrive asap. NEVER AGAIN DOMINOS

Ordered tonight for 78 euros. 4 pizzas and 3 side dishes. The next day I have surgery and am not allowed to eat anything after 8am. So just remember. It was supposed to be delivered at 6:30 PM and at 6:50 PM I received a notification to assess the pizza. Then just called. We were told that the delivery person had left 10 minutes ago, so 6:40 PM. That can happen fine. Still nothing at 7:15 PM. Mr. delivery man has already been on the road for 40 minutes over a 10-minute journey. Called again. Here we first got a lady who knew nothing about it and she can't do anything about it. Then we had a man on the phone who seemed very arrogant as if we felt sorry for him. He was very difficult about refunding the money and that would take a maximum of 9 working days. We will never go to/order from this Dominos location again. We have not yet received an apology for the inconvenience or anything like that from the people at dominos!

Today I went to the branch in Stockhorst. I don't have a good word to say about it. I came there to order something. When I walked in I was not greeted by any employee. Then I was ignored by all the employees for about 10 minutes. I eventually left the store because it was really disappointing. These types of people do not belong in the catering industry. I don't come here anymore. Very rude.

Delivery man comes to the door wearing a helmet, pizza is not tasty

Despite a 1.5 hour delay and a cold delivery due to scooter problems, I was impressed with Domino's Pizza's customer service. They acted quickly and politely by refunding the full amount, which improved the situation considerably. The taste of the garlic bread made the wait worth it in the end.

Abnormally misleading offer from Domino, received 2nd pizza by post for free, but according to this pizzeria Domino could only be done online, but it turns out that this is not possible! Called this branch again and was fobbed off with I don't send those offers, totally irritated tone from the employee. Hanged up. Ultimately decent and customer friendly helped with newyork pizza

Received the wrong pizza but the employee claimed it was the right pizza until he discovered that it was the wrong pizza. Don't even say sorry instead of, okay bye

Eten besteld bij dit restaurant. Na 3 uur wachten en meerdere leugens geen eten gekregen maar wel betaald. Na contact te hebben gehad met thuisbezorgd en Duncan van Domino’s stokhorst, zou ik mijn geld terug krijgen. Dit is nog steeds niet gebeurt en als ik bel wordt er niet meer opgepakt. Dus morgen maar eens even langsrijden om verhaal te halen!! 1 ster is nog teveel

Ordered food at 11:25 PM, contacted by telephone an hour later and was told that the delivery person had already left 10 minutes ago. What a crappy tent. Get a pizza that sticks 80% to the lid and almost sinks through the bottom of the mess and grease. Then I got a new one first and it was just as bad and inedible. Will they offer me compensation in the form of a free pizza? It will take more than 9 days to get the code because it is still not there Quality has deteriorated sharply.

Ik heb hier meerdere keren in het verleden besteld, met bezorgen was het altijd vlot en netjes. Ik kon een hele tijd amper lopen en nam de bezorger de tijd om te wachten en was nog altijd vriendelijk. Eten en drinken is ook gewoon altijd goed! Sfeer kan ik niks over zeggen aangezien ik altijd heb besteld.

Pizza's zijn altijd top. Maar de loaded fries is een smerig slap prutje. Bezorging is altijd snel en netjes.

Pizza Fout, betaalde saus ontbrak. Personeel vriendelijk, daarom 2 sterren. Heb geen zin om opnieuw een klacht te melden bij domino's ne 😪

Pizza komt altijd binnen een half uur loeiheet aan, echt perfect. Daar kunnen anderen nog wat van leren..

Lekkere pizza, vriendelijk personeel

bezorging was op tijd; was vriendelijke bezorger. Pizza was helaas niet best; korts has de consistentie van karton; ingredienten niet indrukwekkend. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Voor de zoveelste keer weer de pizza's door de doos heen gehad. Deeg was niet gaar en de topping verbrand. Gewoon slecht. Als je domimo's mail hierover krijg je een half afgezaagd antwoord waar je nils aan hebt. Volgende keer weer gewoon naar de locale pizaria

Al vaker nu meegemaakt dat ik iets bestel rond half 11 en dat we vervolgens lang moeten wachten. Uiteindelijk bijna uur later komt de pizza, gewoon lauw. Ten eerste komen ze zo laat, ten tweede dan ook nog lauwe pizza? Ik bestel vaak bij Domino's, bij dit filiaal gaat het vaak goed maar vaak niet als je na 10 uur besteld.

Service altijd goed en erg vriendelijk

Pizza's en thick shake waren prima maar de chocolate lava cake was een explosie van chocoladesaus door het bakje heen. Hartstikke lekker wel maar eet een beetje moeilijk

Mega mooie pizza zaak, ben overigens ook niks anders gewend aan domino’s. De pizza’s zijn altijd goed en met een goeie VIP Kaart heb je ook nog eens een mooie korting op je pizza’s (VIP Kaarten kun je vragen aan een balie of in de omschrijving van je online bestelling)

Domino's stokhhorst heeft geen vette pizza. Smaak is goed. Het is wel echt afhaal/bezorg. Er ter plekke een pizza eten is niet zo gezellig

Las pizzas estan buenas. Variedad y precios normales. Un domino's normal, una buena opción para el domingo por la tarde. The pizzas are good. Variety and normal prices. A normal domino's, a good option for Sunday afternoon.

Smaken verschillen maar de pizza caprese was veel te scherp om de ingrediënten fatsoenlijk te kunnen proeven.

Leuk en vriendelijk personeel en een superschone keuken!

iets meer dan drie weken geleden 4 pizza's besteld en afgehaald waarvan er twee koud waren bij thuiskomst (de andere twee goed warm!) en van één van de warme pizza's de broccoli verbrand, al met al een grioet teleurstelling. Kreeg hier een respons op van Domino's met excuus en een gratis medium pizza. Nu vandaag naar de Domino's om daar te bestellen, dit moest online vertelden ze mij dus ik via de mobiel de bestelling plaatsen. Om te kijken welke pizza moet je daar op een groot menu op de deur kijken, leuk wanneer er elke 6 seconden iemand door die deur naar binnen of naar buiten komt. (misschien een idee om her en der wat menu's neer te leggen?!) Na een kleine 8 minuten was het me gelukt de bestelling in te voeren en moest enkel de promo code nog ingevuld worden, bleek dat die niet herkent werd en ik dus alle moeite voor niks gedaan had. Gelukkig was er een AH dichtbij waar ik maar een afbak pizza gehaald heb... Domino's dit is niet hoe je aan klanten binding doet...

Pizza tunna en pizza Pulledbeef besteld, snel klaar, maar mensen werken zonder handschoenen nemen het geld aan en gaan gewoon weer verder! Pizza' s waren beide aan de boven zijde totaal uitgedroogd en mogen de naam pizza niet hebben.
