Domino's Pizza Enschede West in Wijk 03 Twekkelerveld - T.H.T.

The food is often covered in a soggy layer of oil, but it tastes very good, and there's plenty of choice. The service is excellent. Recently, the order was wrong, but this was resolved immediately, and the staff helped me figure out a possible solution.

It was absolutely terrible, cold pizza, almost 2/3 hours for my 7-year-old niece, she didn't like it at first bite. Delicious, really disappointing 🥱👎 ordered a few times, it was always too late, never ordering from there again, waste of money, and with 21 euros you can eat hot food for 2 days, so just cook at home or get a few tasty pizzas from the supermarket!!

I've now ordered from Domino's Pizza Enschede West six times, and five times I've received cold or lukewarm pizzas. They're certainly not hot as they should be. I always tell them in the comments that I'm getting cold pizzas, and that I'm not happy with that (to put it bluntly), yet they do it every time. At Domino's Pizza Enschede Boulevard 1945, I've only received one slightly colder pizza in 20 orders, but that was because it was somewhere around minus degrees outside. When I pointed this out, they immediately brought me a new one. It's great when I get a 30% discount coupon, but when you add deals in the app with 50% discounts, I can't add my coupon, so a 30% coupon is useless. It's because the delivery driver says "enjoy your meal" 6 out of 10 times before leaving that's the reason for the 2 stars, and I always wish them continued service. But they also cycle past my house 2 or 4 times (4 or 6 times) as if they don't use Google Maps to find their locations, which is also quite annoying. That's probably why my pizza is getting colder. But enough said, I think, otherwise I could write more things I disagree with.

Dined in today. Staff were helpful and spoke English. But dirty place. Major issue: I ate surrounded by mosquitoes. Checked the kitchen, found mosquitoes swimming in a tomato sauce jar. Reported it to the manager, but he said it's up to higher management. Clearly, hygiene and customer safety aren't a priority here. Also, I was overcharged, but the manager fixed it quickly.

Ordered 6 pizzas today at noon. They were ready in 1 hour, and I got 5. Is it so hard to count to 6?? It takes way too long and it's horribly wrong! Don't skimp on staff, Domino's Twekkelerveld!

Delicious pizza, that's what counts. And of course great service. The atmosphere? Does that count for a pick-up point? It's neat and tidy, clean too. And friendly service. The pizzas? Indescribably delicious and always of the same consistent quality without a burnt bottom. Never! Highly recommended 😃

Two hours after placing the order, at 10:35 PM I received information that the order had been canceled. Ridiculous. EDIT: I didn't get my money back

Ordered delivery via call. After 40 minutes it turned out that delivery via call is possible only for cash

Nice staff and fast delivery, also well organized in the store, order regularly as a regular customer, but sometimes it's a pity that certain products are out of stock while they are in stock on the website, otherwise top food and service!

We arrived at 10:47 PM and it's closed! Do something about the time information! Not fun!

We have been waiting for our pizzas for two and a half hours. We tried appealing to the staff which was quite uneventful as they kept saying its on its way, although the app showed that the pizzas where delivered. After two hours the staff finally heard us and called the pizzeria themselves and concluded a "miscommunication issue". After another 40 minutes the pizzas have arrived. It was indeed a busy day, but the unhelpfulness from the staff and the waiting made the whole expirience a mess, as we had partaken in a run earlier.

Food is good and prices are when there are offers. You can eat there but the space for that is small

In the website was possible to order for pick up the pizza at 23:45 so I did order. Later I couldn't pick up my pizza because they say they close at 23:00. I'm waiting for they come back money. Also you can change the time here because more customers can have a problem.

Ik bestelde pizza en aardappelen. pizaa kwam goed zoals op het menu. aardappelen in een doos kwamen met 20 aardappelen, jammer 3,99 euro voor niets... Ze hingen nog steeds op toen ik belde om te klagen.

Essen war Top und dank einer Rabattaktion Gans die 2 Pizza gratis. Ansonsten wäre es recht teuer gewesen. Personal war sehr nett und das Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Love that they have delicious Pizza for 5€. Nice restaurant food is quite rare in the Netherlands and unaffordable.

Pizza's zijn prima, personeel is vriendelijk. Er is de mogelijkheid om ter plekke te eten, maar het heeft geen ambiance van een restaurant. Meer voor bezorging en of ophalen

Pizza from Domino's is my go-to when high. The Domino's in the Enschede centre, however, seems to put more toppings on its pizza than its west. So if you like meat as I do, choose city center. Other than that, they are identical and delicious.

Helaas 2 pizza besteld, 1 was goed maar anders van 12 euro zeer weinig bacon en kip op, voor mij een teleurstelling zat nog geen 50 gram op

Op de site staat tot 12 uur open maar als je daar om 11 uur komt zeggen ze je dat het dicht is dus echt slecht geregelt

4 pizza's besteld waarvan 2 met Veggie chicken. Ik werd gebeld dat de veggie chicken helaas op was, kan gebeuren. Of we er dan wat anders op wilden. Ik gaf aan dat hier, net als op de andere twee, dan wel de veggie pepperoni op mocht. Kwam in orde! Bij thuiskomst miste deze helaas alsnog. Toch wel erg zonde!!

Vaak tevreden over dominos gj vanheekstraat. Enkel zat er ditmaal een stuk plastic in mijn pizza tonijn
