If there is zero, they get it. 1- delivery: received email that food is delivered while an hour later, still notjing 2- staff on phone: we call to see what is wrong, staff couldnt know where the order is nor call the delivery person 3- delivery comes 90mn later, when faced with the fact that they lied by clicking their location and order as delivered, they couldnt explain why they are doing that 4- we ordered extra chicken and extra veggies and paid fpr the extras, puzza came almost empty with 2 or 3 thin paprika slices 5- sauce had so much fake garlic you better have a vomit bucket ready. 6- main office Domino's do not take complaints, adk to deal with branch: yeah right, the same liars on the phone and bike? Never again, a cup of tea and a cheese sandwich is safer at home, even if i am dead tired after work

Pizza half-burned, they asked me to exchange it, and said, "Just bring it over..." You're wasting all my time picking up the burnt pizza.

When I picked up my order, it was complete chaos. The pizza makers were struggling to get pizza after pizza ready for the oven. In the middle of the storm stood one guy—a kind of captain—who had to do everything simultaneously: boxing pizzas, sorting orders, calling to the kitchen, and managing everything all at the same time. That guy was seriously giving 300%. Respect for that. But the rest? The delivery drivers stood there as if they were waiting for the bus. It was clear: this captain couldn't handle it all alone. Pretty sad to see. The pizzas themselves? Delicious as always. Only the organization could use some sharpening, or give that hero an extra pair of hands.

Quality is fine but slowest service on earth, not uncommon to wait 40 minutes for a single takeout milkshake. Employees are working as hard as humanly possible, but this place is too small and understaffed for how many orders they get.

Making a mistake is possible. Forgetting a pizza? Sloppy, but it can happen. Charging delivery costs for the subsequent delivery? I didn't think so. Moreover, the pizza was made at the same time as the first delivery and was now cold, complete with half-dried cheese.

What a nasty and racist company! Because they can't pronounce my name they leave my order and don't call it out... wow really good! Last time I order from you. For all others who don't have a standard Dutch name good luck getting your food in the store hope your name isn't too difficult otherwise you'll wait 20 minutes longer for nothing for your pizza..... unless you ask for your oizza because otherwise it would still be there. And before anyone from Dominos says but that's not said at all... I was literally standing at the cash register with my wife when it was said and those same pizza boxes were eventually given to me...

A Domino's as you expect, in a nice place, faster service

Waited half an hour for food, eventually they couldn't find my order, they are more busy with each other and drinking beer than with the orders, they let the young delivery people work hard and the older ones are busy with each other

Getting a cold pizza after a very long wait, according to the delivery guy it was there for way too long. Trying to call and not answering!! Outrageous!!!

Very good service. The live tracking works very accurately. The staff is super friendly and cheerful. That makes you happy as a customer anyway. And of course the pizzas are delicious.

Unfortunately, pizza was baked too long, strangely enough it was tastier a day later from the refrigerator. Always happy with the fun promotions.

Friendly staff, neat place. You can see for yourself how the pizzas are made. Pizzas are really delicious. Located near the station. You can park in the parking garage or quickly at the kiss and ride. Handy if you have to pick someone up from the train.

Fast delivery (25 minutes), delicious pizza so everything was great. Would order here again.

Great food, but poor service and delivery at busy times, you cannot assume that it will be delivered within the agreed time. Shame.

You save pizza points when you order, and if you have enough points you get a free pizza! Unfortunately, you cannot do anything with this via the app or website, because you do not reach the minimum amount to spend. So I decided to call and order by phone. Strangely enough, the lady on the phone says that this does not work that way for them, but that it belongs to Dominos Pizzas Netherlands and not to a separate branch. In short: very misleading about saving points. So you save for hot air. I was a Dominos customer until today... This goes too far for me in terms of the lack of customer friendliness.

Strangely late...!!!! Ordered at 7:00 PM, it only arrives at 7:48 PM..! Without notice to the contrary, just almost 50 minutes late. Box permeated with grease, lukewarm.!!!! Just not a bad experience with dominoes.!! Just order again from the New Yorker 10 x Better...👌👍

Delicious pizzas and great customer service.

Take always so long to delivery, even tho that i live not so far from them, pizza's are very mid compares to all dominos i eat before, they still eatable but person who make them is doing something wrong or put too much sos sometimes.

I've been waiting for 2.5 hours for one pizza. I called twice, and apparently, it says it's already been delivered. Very strange.

A friend and I went to Domino's Pizza near the train station in Gouda for dinner after work, but we had ordered in. The pizza was lukewarm, which we didn't mind. While we were eating, all our Domino's colleagues were throwing the pizza dough around without gloves. It was disgusting.

The pizza is delicious, made with love...THEN YOU HAVE TO WAIT 10 MINUTES FOR A SHAKE!! 20 staff members walk by and not one of them thinks, "Let me just finish that order."

Incredibly bad service! There were at least 10 staff members, more than half of whom were just chatting with each other instead of working. I ordered a milkshake and a cinnamon roll, but it took over 35 minutes to get anything. And then only the roll arrived, without the milkshake! Truly disappointing. No apology, no solution – this was simply a terrible experience. I will definitely not be returning!

Pizzas always taste good, only a course in cutting pizza would be useful for the employees. You have to pull the pizza slices off at home yourself.

Bbq pizza really had too much bbq sauce compared to the other ingredients so you couldn't taste anything The margarita pizza with extra mushroom topping was disappointing because there were really only a few small mushroom slices to be found (mushrooms on 😳). You don't expect that when you choose an extra topping. I hope next time will be better

I ordered pizza and I was waiting for nearly 2 hours. I called and they said it has gone missing and asked if I want it for the SAME prize and get reordered. We gave up and went to the place 5 minutes later and by the time we got there they haven't even started making it. We waited another 40 minutes. In the shop we ordered 4 drinks they put it on the screen on the wall said it was ready for 5 minutes and disappeared. We asked after we got our food and they just cancelled it for some reason. There was only one person who actually did something she was helpful. People were just talking on their phone and not carrying about the costumers. I also paid tip on the app when I first ordered and the just took it didn't give back. This place is absolutely awful never order ever again. They were extremely unorganized and unprofessional had at least 20 receipt and didn't know which one was done and wasn't done. Do not waste your time with this place.

When I picked it up I discovered that I had paid too much. The employee indicated that it had indeed gone wrong and that it would be refunded tomorrow, there was no cash available, now a week later nothing was in my account and I heard nothing more, the food was lukewarm and greasy. Tasteless! Not worth repeating.

As a true Italian I can tell you that it was an experience, you can see your pizza being created, and baked. The choice is really good, mine was the classic pepperoni, very good🇮🇹

I was lured with a 50% discount, but I still had to pay about the same as other times because there was already a discount and 2 discounts could be combined. I felt quite cheated

Food was supposed to be delivered no later than 6:22 PM but arrived at 6:50 PM. Pizzas were lukewarm, limp and drenched in grease. Not recommended.

Ordered 4 pizzas plus fries. This took 1 hour and 45 minutes. I have already called twice and received a different answer each time. Either it was already on its way or it still had to be fixed. We waited so long and then the order was still not complete. The fries were missing. We are not satisfied with it. Been waiting for the fries for half an hour now. Very bad.

Really a station shop but otherwise good

Bad Dominos. Live 4 minutes away. And with or without a timed order, they cannot deliver it on time. More often it's cold because they first drive around Gouda (you can see it on GPS) before they deliver to me. I even see them driving in front of my window sometimes. They also often make mistakes. Bad Dominos. Do not order. Just Say Pizza is better.

Such a shame, I ordered a pizza on my cheat day and I got a pizza that was full of oil. It looked like kitchen paper that was full of oil made the pizza really dirty. Wanted to call but they were closed.

We ordered the famous Jalapeños cheese rolls (side dishes) yesterday but extremely disappointed. They are excellent in other branches of dominos in Groningen and Maastricht. There was too much dough and hardly any jalapeños

Food was bad, grease dripping off. Cheese falls off and so do drops of fat. Fast service, but there were also figures walking around shouting all kinds of diseases through the store without saying anything. First and last time.

Kom zeker 2 keer per maand bij deze dominos wanneer ik aan het werk ben. De pizza's zijn hier echt super lekker, en je hoeft nooit lang op je bestelling te wachten! Het team van deze vestiging is super gezellig en zijn altijd vriendelijk. Je merkt gewoon dat er een positieve "vibe" hangt. Voor eat in bestellingen raad ik deze Domino's zeker aan! Vandaag voor het eerst gegeten bij Domino's Pizza in Gouda. Het eten was heerlijk had een tonijn sandwich en een koude thickshake ijskoffie!! Mocht ik weer in de buurt zijn van Gouda dan kom ik zeker weer langs. Mvg AH bezorger!!

Een bestelling die kis ging, uiteindelijk zelf opgehaald. Maar de sfeer kwam chaotisch over

Ruim anderhalf uur lang gewacht op twee sandwiches..dan komen ze eindelijk zit de helft er niet op en hartstikke koud en taai. Zegt de bezorger alle fietsen stonden leeg...slim misschien torn ik belde na 5 kwartier hadden ,e even kunnen zeggen sorry het duurt iets langer. Wij hadden tijdstip ingevuld zsm maar dat is keer niet ruim.anderhalf uur. En nu nemen ze telefoon niet op al 30 min ligt hij ernaast echt nooit nooit meer.

Heel goede pizza's van hele goede kwaliteit

Lang moeten wachten op mijn eten. Pizza was al bijna koud maar ontzettend goed geholpen door de bezorger (Fabian), hij was erg vriendelijk en respectvol. Hopelijk is de rest van het personeel ook zo.

Online besteld met afhaaltijd. Bij afhalen niks klaar geen bestelling gekregen zeiden ze. Opnieuw wachten en op de pizza een berg tomatensaus. Was niet te vreten.

Fijne aktie voor afhalen, lekkere pizza's, zelf kiezen hoe je hem wil, aardig personeel.

Gewoon makkelijk en erg vlot. Smaak was prima tot goed. Gewoon om dat het kan. Afhalen zeer snel!

Het is fijn om hier een pizza te halen. Heel erg fijn personeel. Rustig personeel. Nooit iemand half horen schreeuwen. Altijd actief aan het werken, weinig hangen, maar het lijkt ook een fijne team te zijn. Duimpjes omhoog voor de personen en managers die dit team hebben neergezet. Voorbeeldige filiaal ten opzichte van vele andere filialen domino's in de randstad

Een deel van mijn bestelling was helaas niet op voorraad. Kan gebeuren natuurlijk. Ik werd netjes gebeld en er werd mij een hele toeschietelijke oplossing aangeboden :) volgens mij heette hij Ruben. Goeie service !

Hele weekend kots misselijk geweest: alleen maar overgegeven en aan de diarree gezeten. Extreem slechte kwaliteit voeding. Ik adviseer u om hier niet te eten.

Ordered twice from the one in Gouda and both times I had missing parts of the orders and had to ring after an hour of waiting for the missing items .. food was nice but not reliable

Wat je van Domino's kunt verwachten

Winkelbezoek gedaan! Netjes door het personeel geholpen, snel heel snel zijn je pizza's klaar. Pizza's goed op smaak de bodem is nog een punt om op te scoren. (Iets met snelheid bereidingstijd) Dikke prima bestel hier gerust een pizza

Heerlijke pizza’s hier afgehaald & was erg snel klaar. Wat ons tegenvalt, is dat (wie wij denken de manager is) ontzettend onaardig tegen het personeel praat. Er wordt geblèrd alsof er geen klanten staan te wachten. Als ik hier werkte, nam ik direct ontslag.

Ik vroeg om een goedkope en kleine pizza. Ik kreeg wel een kleine best wel lekkere pizza maar het koste meer dan €10,00 en dat vind ik oplichterij.
