New York Pizza in Bloemendaal

I waited another half hour and then got a call saying the pizzas had been delivered to the wrong address. I could have gotten new ones, but it might take a long time due to busy times or a refund. Now I just have to wait and see if I actually get my money back.

I really don't like the pizzas, it's a terrible habit. What's also appalling is that they're still delivering door-to-door advertising, even though it's not allowed. Everyone follows this rule, except New York Pizza...

I live nearby and always pick up my orders. The pizzas are delicious and prepared quickly. The staff is friendly, and they have good specials (like a free second pizza). No complaints or special requests – just good!

Chicken Parmesan pizza (30cm). Arrived hot. Delivery was on time. Reasonable/good.

I always order my pizzas here. Last time they didn’t delivered on time, a nice girl called me telling me that they had a problem with the delivery and it would be late. Then when the delivery came in they gave me some extra stuff with it. I found this act very wonderful, I wasn’t expecting anything, they were super nice.

Food was ordered around 22:00, supposed to be delivered until 23:05, shown in the screenshot! It’s now around 12:00 and not here yet! Shop also is not answering the calls!

Ordered pizzas yesterday but arrived much too late. These fighters have heated the pizzas. Respect. Will definitely come back

The vegan pizza is great, even better if the first one isn't getting cold while you're waiting for the second one that they forgot to make 😁. There was also some trouble with the discount but the manager was messing around on his laptop but didn't come to speak to us so we left satisfied. Update: ordered the vegan california twice. After waiting 15 minutes I got the veggie with cheese, so I had to wait another 15 minutes for the right one. I mentioned it twice when ordering. Always a hassle here.

Ordered online and picked up, it was a mess I stood there for half an hour and then left with a cold pizza. Pizza was also sparsely topped.... Last time for me at New York pizza Gouda

The pizza itself was quite tasty, but I've definitely had tastier pizzas. First of all, the pizza arrived 15 minutes late, then only 1 pizza was delivered and then it took them another 45 minutes to make and deliver the 2nd pizza. They did get a free cookie as compensation. It's fine here, but if you have the opportunity to order somewhere else, I would definitely do so.

Pizza taste was very disappointing. In Italy you would not be allowed/could not sell this.

I did not receive the order because the courier left it 500 m from my house and sent me a photo that I am publishing here. And then they refused to refund me.

It happens again and again that the comment is not read. I do not ask for cherry tomatoes and I indicate what time I will be present. The pizza still arrives too early. I haven't even gotten to the location yet. Fortunately it didn't matter much this time, but it keeps happening like this until things go wrong.

Ordered today €44.77 WAS NOT EATABLE!! The bottom was a lot of fat and the edge was normally nice and airy and now it was a lump of dough This happened with 3 pizzas Was a waste of my money again

Spent 30 euros on 2 'pizzas' and garlic bread. I don't think it's food, greasy, tasteless, it really has nothing to do with pizza. Expensive with a discount, truly a mockery.

Pizza delivered late due to a delivery person who was at the wrong address, asked to top it with crème fresh instead of tomato sauce, but apparently that didn't work. We ordered a tuna and chicken legs pizza. It was cold and chewy. The boxes were almost folded in half. Called immediately. You are immediately asked, have you eaten it? I said yes otherwise I don't know if it's cold. My girlfriend started having cramps. Employee said yes but we are closing in 4 minutes. I can't do anything for you. The protocol states that once you have eaten it, there is nothing more we can do. Next time I said, please don't eat it cold and don't fold the pizza in half. Employee sighs. Indicates that we will still have the order delivered again. The delivery had come. The second time was even worse. The top was attached to the lid. The pizza was now even bare. It also gave me cramps. Drama.

2 days ago I visited when it was almost closing time. Nice employee was very friendly 👌 🙂 and hard working 💪 I paid 8 euros for 2 XXL slices and it was tasty 😋

Because the orders were always late, my girlfriend and I decided to order and pick it up ourselves. What we saw was a young lady, without gloves, rolling out the pizza dough with fake long nails and nail polish. It's years that I order my pizza from NY Pizza but I'm afraid I will stop ordering. The quality is getting very bad (tomato sauce always very sour, less toppings and pizza way too over cooked) and the price, for the quality of the product, way too expensive!

Just at 8:05 PM, one of your delivery drivers, who was coming from the center, almost hit me on the zebra crossing on Kattensingel, near Crabethstraat. I was already halfway across the zebra crossing, a guy with an über-Dutch appearance saw me clearly, was still far enough to brake but chose to continue at full throttle. I don't see an email address, so unfortunately that's it. No advertising this....

Very slow service, 20 minutes ago I called, they said order on the way, but still didn’t came. In totaal we still waiting our order more than 1 hour. - On 22:10 came the order, and they missed also some products. The worst place, where I ordered something ever!!!

Ordered two pizzas but one pizza was delivered. Totally the wrong one. Called back and they said they would refund it in 5 days. Didn't happen. What a bad company

Order placed with delivery at 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM supplier still not present. When I called New York pizza I was told that the courier had forgotten to take the restaurant's order and that they would make a new order and deliver it as soon as possible. Very mediocre service, we were hungry for 3 hours and New York pizza didn't even think about making up for it and adding something for free, for example a can of Coca Cola. In addition, I paid for 3 garlic sauces that I did not receive :)

A good place to take your order home with you. The service is fast, a maximum of 10 minutes. Your order will be ready if you have not previously ordered it online, with free parking.

Echt lekkere pizza, vooral de bloemkool bodem. Van ander deeg krijg ik last van mijn maag, de bloemkool bodem pizza 's zijn erg lekker ook nog. Wij bestellen alleen nog maar pizza bij New York Pizza. Gouda in dit geval. Als er een keer iets is dan verlenen ze ook nog een goede service.

De lekkerste pizza's en de beste service!

Bezorging 30 min na aangegeven tijd. Pizza's niet gemaakt zoals besteld (normale bodem ipv bloemkool) en ook vergeten te snijden. Andere vestigingen van New York Pizza zijn beter dan deze.

De pizza's zijn goed. Alleen worden er wel mensen voor getrokken. Na ons kwam iemand bestellen die veel eerder weg was. Die persoon liep ook door dus ik denk een collega die vrij was. Dit vind ik een kwalijke zaak. Als dit vaker gebeurt kom ik er nooit meer.

Heerlijke pizza, ik kon eigenlijk alleen meedoen aan een actie via de site maar heb de korting toch ontvangen in de winkel zelf wat erg aardig en was

Top kwaliteit. Echt lekkere pizza

Pizza quatro formaggio besteld met extra ananas. Hier moest ik €16.50 voor betalen. Bij aankomst was de kaas helemaal hard en de ananas moest ik zoeken op de pizza. Schandalig! Ik bestel hier nooit meer een raad iedereen af!

Ik haal hier altijd graag pizza! Het personeel is vriendelijk en kan je goed helpen bij het kiezen van een pizza. De pizza’s zelf zijn altijd warm, goed belegd en dus van goede kwaliteit! Ik raad het zeker aan om hier je pizza te halen :)

We halen hier regelmatig pizza's. Deze zijn altijd heerlijk en goed belegd. Medewerkers zijn zeer servicegericht.

Moet het even kwijt... wat een goud eerlijk bezorger... fantastisch... mijn elektrichefiets stond niet op slot.. kwam de bezorger speciaal naar boven brengen. Echt toppie!

Een nieuwe ondernemer met het hart op de goede plaats. En zeker een lekkere pizza.

Na helaas veel negatieve reviews hier kan ik gelukkig wel 5 sterren geven! De cannelloni was heerlijk en de pizza van mijn vriend ook. Ook vegan pizza-opties :) bezorgd in 30 minuten. Tevreden!

Ik bestel de 2 pizza's en 2 donuts: de bezorger gaf 2 pizza's en 1 ijsje. De donuts waarop dus hebben ze er zonder overleg een ijsje bij gedaan. 1 ijsje: Dat is niet zo leuk voor mijn gezelschap en mij. Als je niet wilt overleggen en nu ook niet bereikbaar bent om het hierover te hebben stop er dan 2 ijsjes bij: immers twee pizza's twee donuts dan niet twee items vervangen door 1 item.
