Domino's Pizza Haarlem - Gedempte Oude Gracht in Oude Stad

What started with an order as a communication problem at another branch was neatly picked up by Domino's Haarlem (filled-in old canal) and handled this well for us as a customer. A big compliment for Domino's Haarlem We are happy with you, great. Thank you. Renate van Kordelaar.

I ordered 2 pizzas, the application said the delivery time was 45-60 minutes. After that time, a message appeared saying that the order was being processed. After an hour and a half of total waiting, I lost patience and called the place. The person who answered the phone claimed that the driver was at my place and no one opened the door for him (there were 3 people in the house at the time), he also claimed that he also called my number, which I did not have any connection with... During the conversation, the person I was talking to hung up and did not answer any more calls from my number, I only got through from another number... I do not recommend this place! Scammers and that's it

Waited 2.5 hours for planned order. Cold pizza and chicken. Big mouth from delivery person and Vinmar on the phone in the branch.

Great pizza, but quality varies sometimes. Recently had cold pizzas while we live 400 meters from the branch. Sometimes certain ingredients are missing from the pizza.

To be so close to the monument it seems cheap to me

A bit of a shame that it was sauce with pizza on all 2 pizzas, there was more sauce than cheese, not very tasty, the hot dog was tasty, but otherwise we did not eat the pizzas

Waiting for 35 minutes to get a medium size tomato-cheese-mushroom with a single ticket on the queue (mine), the staff laughing and talking with eachother. The hygene on the local is below low, staff picking up things from the ground, or chaning the trash bag, scratching their heads or else while working on the pizza without washing their hands once is crazy and this should be punished. I hope manager team listens to this and change the hygene protocols or male their staff conscience about this basic fundamentals of hostelery.

The new thin hot & spicy pizza was delicious. Nice thin base. It might be nice if you add garlic oil to the base to get more flavor

Ordered pizza with extra grilled chicken. This one wasn't there. Trying to call. Phone is not on. Head office also closed. It is €1.50, I would like to see this corrected

You order pizza expecting it to be hot. However, after waiting 2 hours the pizza arrives very cold. When I call, I get a very unfriendly employee on the line who says that I am unlucky and that there is nothing they can do about it."

You don't have to look for atmosphere at Domino's. They can bake pizza. Had a nice meal in Haarlem.

Delivery time is usually okay but pizza doesn't get cut half of the time. Have to take out a knife and cut each piece myself, which is bothersome.

Ordered margarita pizza with extra ham (€1.-) and extra spinach (€1.-) Italian base. (see photo) Total €14.49 Was there within half an hour. Nice delivery person. Unfortunately, the base was undercooked and the spinach must have blown off along the way. Domino's responded and resolved the matter neatly. 5 stars for service.

The service can definitely be better here. 7:00 PM I order 2 pizzas, delivered at 9:00 PM must be delivered 9:15 PM I call the store because my order has not yet arrived. I am told that my order has already been shipped out. 9:45 PM I call again because I still haven't received my order. It is stated that they have lost the delivery person and are going to make my order again. 22:10 I finally receive my order. 1 hour 15 minutes late. An apology or compensation was not possible.

i don’t know what it is they are making in there but it has nothing to do with pizza

De pizza was lekker maar personeel was humeurig, je kon er niet chill zitten en de tafel was smerig. Ook waren er geen wc’s. Er zat ook nog eens een haar in de bbq sandwich. je kan beter bij domino’s station haarlem gaan eten.

Heerlijke pizza en voortreffelijke bediening. Ik ben tegenwoordig vaak in Haarlem dus doe ik my tegoed aan de heerlijke pizza's.

Er waren weinig zittenplekken in de fastfoord gelegenheid. De medewerkers waren ook niet erg net in hun taalgebruik. Ik heb hier vaker kanker gehoord dan op de gemiddelde vmbo. Ook waren de medewerkers echt 9. En ze wisten niet hoe dat kassasysteem werkt. Maar de 3 sterrenn komt wel echt door het accent van de kassa jongen.

Prima. Goede prijs-kwaliteit. Er ging wat mis bij het bestellen (één pizza te weinig), maar dat werd uitstekend en vlot opgelost.

Pizza economica e sufficientemente buona. Ovviamente lontana dalle gourmet Napoletane, ma migliore di tante altre provate ad Haarlem che costano anche il triplo. Per una pizza veloce o per feste è un ottima scelta. Se cercate la vera pizza optate per ristoranti gestiti da napoletani.
