Nolita Pizzashop in Oude Stad

We ordered two pizzas here: a Bonito and a Prosciutto. On the menu, both were listed for €15.50, but when paying, we were suddenly charged €16.70 per pizza. I don't think that is fair. If the prices have changed, make sure the menu is updated as well. The staff were friendly and helpful, so that is certainly not the issue. Unfortunately, the pizzas were also disappointing. The crust was very soggy in the middle, making the pizza difficult to eat and not the quality we had expected. All in all, this was not a reason for us to come back again.

Rarely have I had such a bad customer experience. My girlfriend and I ordered two pizzas. One pizza was delivered incorrectly and the other arrived cold. Unfortunately, this was not the first time something went wrong, but by now the second. This makes it seem more like a pattern than a one-off mistake. When we called to report the problem, all responsibility was immediately shifted onto Thuisbezorgd. There was absolutely no attempt to find a reasonable solution. The only options were that we come to pick up the correct pizza ourselves (even though we had paid for delivery) or order again, including new delivery costs and meeting the minimum order value again. In other words: we had to resolve the consequences of their mistake ourselves and pay for them. What made it even worse was the way we were spoken to. The employees (Julian and an Italian colleague) were not only unfriendly and completely unhelpful, but at one point they even started shouting on the phone. To top it all off, they also indicated that they had to hang up because it was busy. Mistakes happen. But when the same problems repeat themselves and customers are subsequently snapped at instead of helped, that says it all about how seriously a restaurant takes service. This is the last time for us. Absolutely not recommended.

30% of the pizza was untopped. What was topped was mediocre. The four cheeses were nowhere to be found.

I picked up two pizzas here last night because I had a long bike ride home. The employee suggested I bake the pizzas for a shorter time so I could finish baking them at home and eat them warm. He put the toppings in containers wrapped in foil, so he said my purse wouldn't get dirty. He also wanted to find a bag the pizzas would fit in, so thoughtful! I could bake the pizzas at home and generously top them with the toppings provided. The food was delicious. I'll definitely be getting pizzas from here again.

This pizza shop currently has a 3.7 rating. The pizza was good and tasted good for the price. The service was fast (takeaway), so nothing to complain about.

A top-notch experience. First, you have 2.5 hours to work up an appetite, then you can enjoy a delicious, cold pizza. A unique concept.

Unfortunately, it was a mediocre experience. This applies to both the quality of the pizzas (which didn't have everything on the menu) and the underbaked crusts. The pizzas arrived ice cold when delivered via Uber Eats, which isn't surprising when the delivery driver has to come from Haarlem Noord to pick up the pizzas and deliver them to Haarlem Zuid. The extra money I paid for fast delivery via Uber Eats was a waste of money.

An amazing place! The pizza was delicious, the atmosphere was warm, and the service was flawless. A special mention for their honesty ; I had forgotten my glasses, and they kept them safe until I came back the next day. A big thank you to the whole team for their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this place!

I've regularly had problems ordering from the pizza shop (cancellations, wrong pizzas, etc.). It's best not to order from there, but simply call the restaurant to arrange pickup.

We've always been big fans of Nolita pizzas, but the pizza place in Haarlem delivers worse quality than the one in Overveen. The crusts of both pizzas were burnt, and half the cheese and toppings on one pizza were stuck to the cardboard. This can happen occasionally, but at least check if the crust is edible before it leaves the shop.

Ordered two pizzas with my husband tonight and got a pizza that was only half covered. Called Nolitas to ask for a refund because this is unacceptable and their response was ‘well I can’t give you your money back, it’s really busy, take it up with Uber eats’. The photo is the part of the pizza I did not eat because it had nothing on it. You can fill a full dinner plate with that. Shame, because the last time I ordered a pizza here it was perfect. Standards apparently don’t apply on busy nights.

It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review as I have had great pizza there before. However the two pizzas we ordered tonight came with hardly anything on them. No cheese, low tomato sauce, hardly any vegetables on the melanzane and no mozzarella on the melanzane (which is a key feature) It seems like they either run out of ingredients, or just don’t care. Shame, as a few months prior we had a nice pizza there. When we called to complain they basically just said “well yeah those pizzas are not meant to have much on them, and we are busy” Very inconsistent. Will try other pizza shops.

I just don't get why Nolita is unable to cook the pizzas properly on a consistent basis - we've had too many orders delivered now where it's simply not been in the oven for long enough (even if it's requested beforehand). I'm not sure I'll be making any more orders at Nolita if a simple margarita pizza is beyond them.

Tasty pizza, but they make it almost impossible to order. It starts with the fact that there is a pizza bar and a pizza takeaway, so not the same. Then you have to create an account via Uber Eats, pay with PayPal (which no one in the Netherlands has), decent 'service' storage and then wait an hour and a half. Don't understand why they chose this system, for us at least a reason not to come back

The order was delayed by 20 mins from latest expected time. One of the pizzas came without meat, so it’s just plain pizza dough with cheese. Also it was cold. Wasn’t worth waiting an hour for that.
