Good service, friendly staff, food is always fast👍

This is the last time I'll be ordering from Domino's for a while, unless I choose a different pizza. As you can see, I didn't change anything on the Chicken Supreme. The ingredients that should have been on it aren't. The chicken is very limited, just one or two pieces. Such a shame. I paid €13, but more than half the ingredients were missing.

After waiting exactly 2 hours and 5 minutes, I received two completely burnt pizzas. After calling, the manager refused to speak to me because she was about to leave. They offered me a new pizza for next time. With great difficulty, they finally brought a new one. Very poor service.

After waiting for an hour and a half, the plastic on my pizza came loose and was bent by the delivery driver.

Half the pizzas were burnt. My Sunday dinner wouldn't be possible with those pizzas. Half of them were thrown in the green bin.

Don't shoot at all, every time I miss my train again because it takes them 40 to make 1 small pizza, I'm sure it's not the only one I pay for sauce

Really too bad that my order was not told that it would take more than 40 minutes. Not ready before my train arrived. Very unfortunate. Bad tent without attention for their customers.

The food itself is always good but the waiting times are not normal. Place an order earlier on the advice of an employee there at 4:30 PM for 6:00 PM so that I can pick it up, then wait another 20 minutes in that store, worthless, not the first time, almost always the pizzas themselves are good, the day is a plus point, but the times are really not. If we have to be on time, we always drive to Joure, a few extra minutes' drive, but always get your pizza on time.

apparently they don't learn from the reviews. ordered for the first and last time today. give a time and then you have to wait 1.5 hours in the store, how super boring.

Thanks to the guy with glasses who made the delivery, there was a communication error but he took care to resolve it even with very windy and cold weather.

After an hour and a half, still no pizza. I called. Apparently, it was very busy and short-staffed. Too bad. I won't order from here again. This is the second time it's taken too long.

Ordered but not delivered 1 hour later

Ordered a pizza via the app before 7:15 PM, half an hour later still nothing. Got my money back, but I won't order from here again.

Unfortunately, our first order was not a resounding success. The food was delivered 20 minutes later than estimated time. Total delivery time was 1 hour. (The delivery staff did politely apologize for the delay). The food was cold, the fries and potato slices were no longer crispy, as mentioned, cold and dull. There are plus points. The taste of food was good and the portions were more than sufficient. We are not going to shoot Domino's immediately and will definitely order again. But the service will certainly have to be better to convince us as customers. That first impression will have to be erased and then hopefully some stars will be added to the review soon.

Pizzas are always tasty but always ready too late for pickup 😭 It is better to select an earlier time and then arrive a little later than that time

Food was comparable to the quality that the average domino's has to offer. Located next to Heerenveen station, it is an ideal intermediate point for the average traveler to grab a bite.

I will return the pizza this afternoon, it was a family pizza with barely any toppings on it and was only delivered after 2.43 minutes and was no longer warm. After many years of being a customer, you have now lost a family and it is finished

Placed order at 4:30 pm for collection at 6:00 pm. It was busy...? ...Yes?.... We finally received our order at 7:06 PM

Ordered pizzas via website and received time for collection. Extra waiting time of 40 minutes when picking up! So first back home. Bad service!

Ordered pizzas an hour in advance, but still had to be made when picked up (!). While waiting, I was particularly struck by the large number of cobwebs....

Ordered 2 pizzas: chicken supreme and spicy chicken meatlover. Would have been nice if the pizzas actually had chicken on them. In addition, the pizza tastes like burnt dough. A bit of a shame because so far the pizzas have often been excellent. Maybe I'll order somewhere else again.

No more Domino's for me. Ordered 2x tonno with extra chili peppers and salami last Monday. Almost no tuna to be found and fork over €40 for 2 pizzas. A little extra and I can dine at Van der Valk for that amount!

You cannot order anything if you have an allergy to one of the ingredients used.

The pizza Extravaganzza long was really delicious. Haven't had such a tasty pizza in a long time. I have been a regular customer at Domino's for years and I always will be.

Fraudulent advertisement that is not true.. They put the word “starting” ( vanaf ) , so that you will be deceived by the price.. The delivery time was fast, but the taste is average.

Having a 'pizza' delivered for the first time, wet lukewarm dough where you only taste the nasty sweet sauce is not pizza. The fact that the trash can just didn't spit it out is a bit of an exaggeration, but it comes close. No more Domino's, dammit. I myself am an eater of (almost) everything, which says something about the poor quality if even I don't like it.

How bad this company has become!!!. I ordered it to be ready at xx:45. When I get there at xx:45 they are still busy with the pizza. Well okay, go ahead. After the oven time, which of course they cannot do anything about, it is ready. It is then put in a box and set aside. But still didn't get it. After more than 6 pizzas that went into the oven later than mine, I finally got my pizza. Somehow not cold but certainly not nice and warm!! And this is the umpteenth time already

Terrible establishment. For the price of pizza you can eat in the center in a restaurant.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is mediocre, if you want to eat there during dinner time you will feel a tense atmosphere. Service varies every day & depends on crowds. Delivery is a bit 50/50. It's getting better, but occasionally they slip and it takes longer. Food sometimes goes wrong with delivering it hot, or completing the wishes/adjustments.

If you order digitally, you can sometimes wait half an hour after your pick-up/delivery time before it is ready. Takes far too long due to lack of staff and poor management. Food is tasty.

The domino branch in Heerenveen is located at the station. It doesn't matter that the place is anything but atmospheric, because it runs well, too well. My order is overdue. Since I haven't looked, I'm too early. They immediately arrange to have my order made ASAP. Outstanding service.

Unfortunately, there is no entrance suitable for wheelchairs. It does look clean here. You can wait inside. It's warm enough. The order was ready on time.

Ordered a pizza via home delivery at 7:50 PM. Still not delivered after 2 hours. Forgot to place order, then called and waited another 30 minutes

Ordered more often when I lived in Heerenveen. I now live at the beginning of Oudehaske, approximately 2.4 km away from the store. What is my surprise? That they don't deliver in Oudehaske. But for example in Mildam. Which is actually further in terms of distance. Where should I place my order? New York pizza did deliver in Oudehaske. Just ordered there.

Pizzas are always good here, but today I ordered 2 caprese sandwiches at work. They really aren't worth the 8 euros. So little topping that it doesn't even cover the entire sandwich.

Ik was er nog nooit geweest, wat een kleine zaakje, niet echt leuk, niet uitnodigend om te zitten wachten.

Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Ze hielpen me zelfs met mijn bestelling naar de auto te dragen, dan voel je je echt als klant gewaardeerd!

Duurde ontzettend lang, pizza ging de oven pas in toen ik kwam terwijl ik wilde afhalen. Nou daar ging mijn pauze. Geen enkele manager of persoon met leiding te zien. Personeel moet keihard werken om de drukte bij te houden.

Ze hadden mijn broodje verkeerd bereid waardoor het langer duurde voordat ik mijn eten kreeg! Ze boden me een drankje aan en waren heel vriendelijk en rustig. ✨✨

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar, deze zaak is in geen jaren schoongemaakt. Onvoorstelbaar vies, alles plakt van het vet en vuil.

Ik denk dat als de keuringsdienst hier een keer een controle doet dat het dan klaar is. Haal hier wel eens af. Medewerkers die aan hun neus zitten en dan je pizza maken. Ze zijn hartstikke vriendelijk maar fouten worden niet altijd rechtgezet. Ik: "De prijs komt niet overeen met wat ik heb op afhalen thuisbezorgd." Hij: "Mm, dat is raar. Ja ik vind het ook wel duur hoor!" Ik: "Ja maar ik bedoel, de prijs online klopt niet met wat ik nu moet betalen" Lange stilte.... Pin: *Piep* Kon gewoon het normale bedrag wat in zijn kassa stond betalen. 😂😂 Ik weet niet of het al gefixed is nu.

Ik ben eigenlijk vaste klant bij Domino's. De kwaliteit van de pizza is goed en er is ruime keuze in wat je op de pizza wilt. Ik heb nog geen slechte ervaring gehad tot nu toe en ik bestel al jaren bij Domino's. Voor de rest, zijn de bezorgers altijd vriendelijk.

Helaas al meerdere keren negatieve ervaringen met deze Domino's. Komen afspraken niet na.

Lekkere verrassende pizza gegeten, voor een kleine prijs

Doet niet mee aan acties die elders in het land wel plaatsvinden. Niks bijzonders aan die pizza's voor die dure prijs dus daarom 3 sterren.

Ik kwam voor een koffie of thee. Die verkopen ze niet.Toen maar een sandwiche genomen. Toen kwam tijdens het wachten de jongen achter de counter mij een kopje thee brengen die ze zelf drinken in hun pauze. Wat ontzettend lief!!!

Bestelling niet goed ik kom daar niet meer Medewerker hout poot stijf dat het mijn schuld is Maar dat is niet zo jammer dat ze dat niet goed oplossen

Pizza's zijn redelijk. Vaak worden sausjes vergeten.De zogenaamde " crunchy" producten zijn een slappe hap.

Bestel hier regelmatig voor thuisbezorgen en dat is prima. Grote keus in pizza's en toppings. Binnen 25 minuten bezorgd en lekker warm en heerlijk van smaak. Wat ik ook een grote plus is dat het voorgesneden is.Laatste keer miste er een pizza en die werd na bellen wel nabezorgd. Zonder excuses of een extraatje dat is wel jammer en dat kost een ster.

Ik heb een uur meoten wachten op mijn pizza terwijl het helemaan niet zo druk was

Ik snap niet dat er lui is die kan zeuren over deze pizza tent! Er is een rijke variatie aan pizza's en ze zijn altijd lekker warm en vers! En dat voor een prima prijsje. Heerlijk als je moet wachten op de bus of trein! Dit is echt mijn favoriete tent

Vorige week niet goed gebakken pizza ,ziek van ,deze week gebeld medewerkster marleen gesproken ja is niet de bedoeling ,nou weeeeer hetzelfde slappe hap, baal daar behoorlijk van ,dus ga niet meer bestellen . Helaas ze luisteren niet drukker met andere dingen jammer ,klant kwijt.

Top service. Wij vallen net buiten bezorgregio. Ijsjes vergeten mee te geven(wij wisten niet dat we zelf moesten pakken) even bellen werd toen bezorgd.2 ijsjes plus 1tje erbij voor compensatie..

+lekkere pizza's -leveren duurt soms erg lang, -houden niet altijd rekening met je allergie en de ingrediënten die je weg hebt gehaald in de bestelling, -toen ik een keer ging klagen over dat het leveren mmeer dan een 2 uur duurde, werd ik telefonisch afgesnauwd

Wat een intens goed bedrijf. Bestelde pizza en het was er binnen een kwartier wat een toppers daar.
