Domino's Pizza Heerlen Bongerd in Wijk 33 Heerlen-Centrum

Just received excellent service from employee Dunja. What a great person. Unfortunately, we had to wait 20 minutes for our pizza because we were told it was "lost." But Dunja immediately got us a new one!

Great place, always delicious food! Friendly staff, but a few weeks ago I got the wrong order and the table was incredibly dirty and sticky. Only minor drawbacks:

Ordered a pizza and dessert paying extra for fast delivery, it came 2 hours later. Half the order was missing. Never again

First, the delivery driver showed up with a Coke even though I'd ordered Fanta, assuming I'd be okay with it since the Fanta was gone. I don't think this is right; you should call the office to ask what I'd like. Second, the order was incomplete. I had 3 pizzas, 1 Cinnastix, 2 drinks, and 2 sauces. What was missing: the Cinnastix and the sauces. The delivery driver promised to go back to the office, which was fine. Third, when I opened our pizzas, there was no garlic sauce on the shawarma pizza (which it should have been), and instead of mushrooms on the creamy bacon, there were... pineapple!!!!!!! Then the delivery driver came back and told me they were out of Cinnastix, so all I got were 2 sauces. Then we could finally eat our pizzas... which, of course, were already cold by then. I've tried calling Domino's countless times, but the phone just hangs up. What a ridiculous company.

Delicious food, great atmosphere, though cramped, but clean and modern. The staff is super friendly, asking if you liked it, and overall, a really nice pizza place! 😁

Great experience. There was something not quite right with one pizza. They helped me find a solution, and it was ultimately delivered. Excellent 👍✅

I ordered drinks with my food and didn't get them with it and when I called they said the person would come back but he never came back pfff so I paid for drinks for nothing

A lukewarm pizza shuawarma without garlic sauce that arrives after 2 hours for 16 euros is not a completely fair consideration.

They need to re-educate the staff! There were four or five of them outside, yelling and acting silly. Unbelievable that something like that works there!

Clean up your workspace properly instead of arguing over someone accepting an order that takes almost half an hour to get to, or complaining among yourselves because a delivery driver arrives late and apologizes profusely. Tip: if you argue or complain about a colleague, don't do it in front of customers.

Busy location but was helped well

I ordered a pizza with dessert, from the same app I always use, thuisbezorgd, with the same address where I live, (I don't have any others) and after 1 hour, still no one shows up, I only get a call from a stranger for a few seconds who doesn't even give me time to pick up the phone and answer because it was already finished, I call and they tell me they have another delivery address and that they called me (with an unknown number) and that I didn't answer so nothing, no food or refund (24 €, something), the girl on the phone was quite sour and without the slightest professionalism, rude and without consideration for the customer, it seemed like I was talking to an arrogant high school student, now that I'm a regular customer (at least 2 times a week) rest assured that you won't see me again.

What we received by delivery after spending 7 eur in loaded fries and the after we went back to the store to complain about it. Not appetizing at all. Really rude, sarcastic and disrespectful worker attended us during our complaint. Never had problems before, new “management” of the place should be doing something about it. Sorry but not ordering Dominos again.

scammers. we paid 35€ for 2 pizzas. after 1 hour the pizzas did not arrive. we call them to ask for information about the pizzas and on the phone a very rude young man says that they called 3 times on the phone and that we did not answer. there is no call from Domino's and they have no proof that they notified us about the pizzas. then they accused us of giving false information.I asked for the employee's name and he ironically said he doesn't give it and I can't do anything but write a review. In the end i say i come in the domino to take the pizza and say to me if you come i call the police. Nice young boys. We are asking for the money back in the amount of 35€ and never again there better close it If Domino's pizza can't find professional people's for work

Nice action 1 + 1 pizza for free but was the cheese gone? On the pizzas there was an extreme amount of tomato puree really inedible and very little cheese! Really not recommended I could have thrown them in the container!

Wonderful atmosphere if you have to wait a long time. Enough tomato sauce on the tables to satisfy temporary hunger and given the conversations the employees have, I suspect that there are 6 NPCs present. The line between staff and chilling customers is also very thin, apparently everyone is allowed to walk in and out of the kitchen. Fortunately, they ask 4 times if we have ordered a salad since no one picks it up. The question I have is why would you order a salad in a pizza parlour? Fortunately, there is a female character with her long nails running through her hair at the edge of the kitchen. I have never been to Italy myself, but I can tell you, this feels quite authentic. What a scam. I always do pickups and there was never a minimum order. Now, all of a sudden, when they have a “second pizza for free” promotion, they introduce a minimum order of 20 euros. Even the biggest pizza for pickup does not cost that much. Really disgusting behaviour. I have attached screenshots showing that I recently did a pickup for just 5.99 euros. This just proves how shady this sudden change is.

Unfortunately after many orders I notice that quality keeps dropping. Last order, pizza on Italian soil (tasted like shit cardboard) and cheesy bread (with a weird powder on top) were inedible. Not for me anymore.

After the most recent experience, it is the last time I order from here. From 5 stars to 0 stars. Franchisee shame on you with this staff!

Already received too little delivery several times. We have already called higher up and it was resolved promptly. Not this time, not enough delivered that was paid for. Never order from the Bongerd again, Landgraaf and Kerkrade are always great. Take this even further higher.

I don't know, I haven't been there at all

I live around the corner here. Why do I have to have it delivered these days and can't I just pick up? It was still possible until 2 months ago, but I don't really understand why it suddenly isn't anymore.

Just ordered via home delivery, I received a rude phone call saying that they will not deliver to me after all and that I can arrange to get my money back myself. Outrageous, I hope they choke on their greasy pizza

We saw a very attractive deal on the sign from domino's: 2 pizzas for €12 Now we were hungry and this deal came in handy.

I ordered 2 pizzas today. So that things don't go wrong, I removed onions from both and chose mushrooms instead. Went to pick up the pizzas. Came home and both have onions but also mushrooms on them. I called and said I couldn't eat it (I've had a thing for onions since I was little). They immediately had a new pizza delivered with an extra small sandwich (stix or something). Great service! (By the way, this was the first time they made a mistake)

Best delivery people ever, they should definitely get a bonus for their friendliness.

Gross pizza base and if you complain about it...well, that's just how we make them...no idea what they put in the dough, but really everywhere in the country at dominoes there are those nasty bases. It's not the siege's fault. Service is a word they don't know. Grumpy staff who don't walk a step faster than strictly necessary. I guess it's just me...maybe I've been spoiled too much at other fast food chains like McDonalds, Burger King, KFC and even Febo.

You have to wait a really long time until the pizzas are ready. They made a pizza wrong with us. That's why we had to wait even longer. But there was no apology or information. The other food was ready. We could have given this to us so that the children could start eating. But that was not the case. That's why I wouldn't come here again. Work is carried out without gloves.

Most importantly, the pizzas are tasty and of normal price. However, I find the menu at Domino's Heerlen very meager Now I don't know if these menus are the same everywhere, but I think the lack of pasta and other dishes is a negative point. For me, Domino's is more of a snack rather than a good meal.

I was there eating a pizza... That's what I wanted to do until I saw how unsanitary the staff was... Starting to sweep the floor while the kitchen is open and coughing on the worktop, no hairnet or ponytail... No, I don't eat there. This only concerns female staff

Today; 1 star after 40 minutes = going back online several times and refreshing everything, the payment button does NOT work. Called filliaal.unfortunately I cannot place the order by telephone!? Then to no pizza. A waste of my time because I did everything correctly. Friendly lady on the phone. 2 years ago; 5 stars;Great new pizza tiriaci. Tried a New Yorker last week, it was really not tasty, it gave me a stomach ache. This was surprisingly tasty and just right! Hot and fast free delivery, that's why I made this choice. My neighbor also orders often and gave the tip! Recommended

Echt een Domino pizza franchise niet echt gezellig.

Het eten was prima. Niet geweldig en niet slecht. De service was maar om 1 reden in orde en dat was de jongedame die haar best deed in de keuken om iets van een gastvrije indruk te geven (zij is waarom ik hier niet 1 ster aan geef). Echter en dat is ook meteen de reden dat ik hier maar 2 sterren voor kan geven... Voor de deur meteen overlast van jongeren die hun gemak niet kunnen houden en maar wat uit hun neus staan te vreten. In de keuken sliep zelfs iemand. Als ik hier manager was geweest hadden 3 man meteen hun spullen kunnen pakken en was ik zelf wel leveringen gaan doen en de keuken ondersteunen. Dominos, waardeer de inzet van de jongedame en straf de luiheid en chaos direct af bij de heren die 0 respect voor omstanders en collegae hadden.

Uitstekende pizza's en dito bezorgservice. Snelle en vriendelijke bezorgers, de website ziet er overzichtelijk uit en bestellen gaat vlug. Ook de app werkt erg goed. Voor Heerlen een echte aanwinst.
