Musti in Wijk 10 Maria Gewanden en Terschuren

After much hesitation, I'd like to post a review here, particularly due to the staff's reaction last weekend. On December 27th, I placed an order online through the Musti website for pickup at the location, but unfortunately, I'd already paid €34 online. When I arrived, it turned out to be closed? Even though several online sites stated it would be open?! I tried contacting them several times and even visited the store in person, but to no avail. Then, last weekend, we drove by and suddenly saw a whole bunch of people emptying the entire store (the store had gone bankrupt). I confronted the staff about the fact that the money for the order we never received had not yet been refunded. The employee's reaction was OUTRAGEOUS!! A truly terrible experience, the likes of which I've never experienced before!

Ordered a pizza, but after 1.5 hours, no one showed up. I couldn't reach anyone on the phone.

Never showed up, couldn't be reached by phone. Luckily, I hadn't already paid online, otherwise I would have lost my money. So be careful, people!

As always, super fast delivery, great quality pizzas, and a super friendly delivery driver. Highly recommended.

Bad service, and hypocrites, you order a 2-person platter with 3 types of meat for €35, you also pay an extra €2.50 for more meat, and you get a small shawarma box delivered with half your order, when you call they say Oh yes, chef's mistake, put on your next order that this went wrong then you get double, double... As if I will ever order from here again, in the future I will wait 30 minutes longer and pay €5 more in delivery costs at another business that does treat customers decently, I am able to report this myself, this is really stealing from the consumer

Really awful, waited for hours and the food was cold and absolutely disgusting. Just disgusting, inedible 🤮🤮🤮
