Always great pizza, but I haven't eaten in five days. Domino's burned down.

Absolutely terrible. I placed an order at 5 p.m. and said they could deliver it at 6:30. It's now 7:50 and our order still hasn't arrived. We called them in the meantime, and they said there were two more deliveries waiting for us. Forty-five minutes later, nothing has arrived. I've never experienced this before. I wouldn't order from them if you're hungry. If you can wait three hours and have no other plans, by all means, do it.

Our granddaughter married her boyfriend here. It's on the banks of a river in a large old building, once an old olive oil mill. The mill and the building have been converted into comfortable rooms. The staff and owners are friendly and helpful.

Well, it's never quite like a real pizzeria. New York pizza was absolutely awful, this one was a bit better. Delivery was twenty minutes late. I was too lazy to cook, so I ordered it for the first and last time.

Ordered 2 pizzas with a coupon code. The order was canceled and I haven't gotten my money back yet....

We've ordered several times with vegan cheese, as Domino's is one of the few pizzerias that offers it. We've had to get our money back several times after ordering because the cheese was out of stock. Such a shame.

I ordered 1 milkshake and then he said to me that the machine wasn't working and then I said to him if he could give me one sample and then I went to the monastery and then he came to me and they said he didn't have a monastery so it wasn't good.

Three times now we’ve placed an order and had it not be delivered. Domino’s called to let us know order wouldn’t be fulfilled, employee promises us a refund to the original payment method the next day. NEVER HAPPENS. We’ve had to contact customer service several times now to get our money back! We still haven’t received our refund for an order placed on the 31st of October! My advice: Want good pizza in Heiloo? Order at Il Corso. Want something similar? Go with New York Pizza. But for the love of Italian cheesy goodness, stay away from Domino’s Heiloo!

We waited 2 hours for our order. Then I cycled there, because the phone was not answered. It appears the case is closed!!! We are waiting 2 hours for an order of 60 euros for NOTHING!!! We will follow up on Monday to get our money back. We will NEVER order from here again!

They are change price on price was in menu at when you get the bill was 40% higher....and the service is very bad....the food is worse

After declining quality, I tried again, unfortunately they were double!!! forgot cheese, which made the pizza look quite sad. There was no more cheese at all. The onion was cremated and what was the pepper doing on my pizza? Called immediately and the replacement pizza arrived an hour later. By then I wasn't hungry anymore and my husband had already finished eating.

The only review youll need if you ever consider going to the Dominos in Heiloo Food: who cares? (Pizza was good though :) ) Service: Someone give those kids a raise! I received this from dominos clearly it shows someone ate my fries and therr was a bug 🐜 inside.Am so UPSET with Dominos in HEILOO.And the manager was very rude that no one ate your fries..How can l make such a complaint if it was not true.Even the delivery person delivered it in a rush. After l called the so called rude manager she made a new order and this time it was complete clearly showing a difference…Am not buying here again

Nice employees, good food, much better than New York pizza

Previous x had to wait 1.5 hours. Okay, one thing can happen. Already ordered yesterday for tonight due to a birthday. Another hour late. We called several times to find out where the pizzas were. You are constantly being strung along. Then you ask for the manager who is on the phone and you are told. The girl sounded very young and if you answer with hi and hang up with bye, you still have a lot to learn. Last x for us.

For the second time recently, the pizza took a long time to arrive, so the pizza was tough again. Had to wait 45 minutes for this on a Thursday evening.

I order from here often and I have never had any problems, they are always there in 20 minutes. Best Dominos branch ever. :)

Just had a very bad experience with Domino. In addition to the fact that the food arrived slightly cold, among other things. ordered the XL Crispy Oven fried. What came in was substandard. It looked like at least half had already been eaten. Immediately complained and we received the answer that the fries shrink in the oven and that we had received the XL 250g version (see photo) … no excuse or sign of disappointment… when we indicated that this was the last time we would order there, we received a “Fine” response from the so-called female boss. Then fine, not a good rating for this arrogant behavior and service.

Waarom zijn jullie gesloten op vrijdag?

Eten is goed en lekker als je besteld maar bij afhalen zie je helaas hoe sommige van het personeel erbij loopt. De jongeman die je eten inpakt heeft ringen om de vingers, lange haren los en zit ook nog eens aan zijn mond en haar met blote handen. De jongedame doet bijna alles alleen en moet alles vaak uitleggen aan de rest.

Heerlijke pizza Warm en op tijd geleverd! New York vergeet steeds mijn drankjes, Dominos niet. En de milkshake smaakt ook echt naar waar het moet smaken, iets dat bij snackbars nooit gebeurt

Zoals gebruikelijk weer heerlijk op het terras gezeten, heerlijk plankje met heerlijke diverse gerechten, fijne bediening Was weer top 👌👍

Lekkere pizza de cheesy crust is erg goed. De thick shake is echt absoluut een aanrader

beste pizza van Heiloo oulleh, en de pizzabakker met de tattoo's mag er zeker wezen :), will come again!
