New York Pizza Heiloo in Wijk 03 Heiloo-Midden

See my previous review from four weeks ago. I've since contacted my legal expenses insurer to take action against this franchisee. Despite repeated assurances from the head office, this person has so far refused to refund the money for the order that was never delivered, or even had the decency to contact me. Outrageous.

We ordered it at 6:30 and at 8:30 pm it still hadn't arrived so we cancelled it. What a bad service, never do it again.

Rude staff, ordered once before and arrived cold after 2 hours. My sister (13) went there for St. Martin's Day and got a pizza with buldak sauce. She was told it had barbecue sauce on it. She's now sitting on the couch feeling nauseous, and the staff was filming the girls and threw a pizza at them! Never again.

Rude staff. If you call after an hour and a half to ask where your order is, they'll tell you, bluntly, that you've only been waiting 35 minutes. When it turns out you actually ordered an hour and a half ago, the response is a "I can't do anything about it." I've now been waiting for over an hour and forty-five minutes. Forty minutes ago, my first call was told the delivery driver was on his way. I live a five-minute bike ride away. The order has a status of "Abyss," which "must be a glitch in the system," says the guy who's never learned customer service. I don't expect my pizza to arrive in two hours, so I filled out the online complaint form and went ahead and made a grilled cheese sandwich. Abysmal place, awful people on the phone.

Ordered a pizza, arrived cold after 2 hours, and the garlic sauce was warmer than the pizza itself. I ordered a double pepperoni pizza, and it barely had any tomato sauce. Some pieces had no cheese or pepperoni. The other pizza had a really thick layer of cold tomato sauce. Yuck.

It took more than an hour for everything to cool down, delicious!

Apparently it's normal to shout the neighborhood together with the ka disease, in your work clothes next to your company car. You build a nice image with it boys👍🏼. Since they moved from the snack bar, this place has tilted 180 degrees. So just like all the other reviews say, just don't order here

Sorry, but what a terrible place! I've ordered food a few times now, given it multiple chances. And every time, the food was over an hour late and cold. Reaching them by phone was a nightmare, but after five calls, someone finally answered the phone. "Sorry, we know it's late, but it's complete chaos here." You didn't have to say that; I'd already figured it out. But thanks for confirming!

A real pain in the ass. I got someone on the phone who didn't even speak Dutch, so they couldn't really help me. After waiting an hour, we wondered where our pizzas were, so we called again to find out what was happening. We were told delivery wasn't possible. What a bunch of idiots. One tip: don't call this New Yorker; just pick it up because you can't communicate with them anyway.

After a complaint, the delivery was over an hour late and cold, and the next order was supposed to be charged. It wasn't registered in the system, and only after arriving on-site and demonstrating a conversation did they reluctantly offer compensation. And then they laughed at me behind my back.

Not necessarily this particular location, but it's just inedible.

I find this horrible. I paid for my pizza. And it didn't arrive.. what kind of bad delivery is this? This is not the first time that this has happened

Worthless. 2 pizzas for over thirty! Euros. Arrived cold. Tasted like nothing. If you like wet cardboard with some kind of sauce on it, do it. Otherwise stay away. If you call with a complaint, you only get someone who speaks broken English. Call back request by the manager is ignored. So don't do it!

Had a double tasty but couldn't distinguish what was on which half. Buffalo chicken tasted like nothing, there should also be cheese over the edge. It was done quickly, but apparently there was a rush.

I just ordered a veggie deluxe pizza and I get meat on my pizza and I am a vegetarian. once strange people always strange people 👎

Placed order at 9:45 PM, but decided to cancel my order around 10:30 PM. Very sorry about this…

Sometimes ordered from the previous location; always perfect! Now €1.50 delivery surcharge, unfriendly boy who brought it, way too much (vegan) cheese with barely any vegetable toppings, no pineapple that I wanted on top, no garlic edge: in other words, not edible. €15.50 wasted money; therefore not worth repeating.

Wrong order often delivered. If you call or drop by about it, the response is arrogant. You don't call for nothing. Pizza ended up being fine, often lukewarm.

Supposed to be open at 4am, no one to be seen. Bad service

Waiting endlessly for my pizzas for the second time. Not available by phone. It's almost three hours late now. I gave them another chance but now it's really done. Give me Il corso :)

Not even worth 1 star. What a shame with this pizzeria. Delivery time is more than 4 hours and after 2 promises that it is on its way, still nothing. We go to bed, kids without food. Not the first time, misery every time. Never again!

Today I ordered New York pizza for the first time and for the last time, the cake was tasty and only the dough was pizza instead of cheese. Tomato sauce was spilling out. The cheese was not visible or felt... 3 pieces of ham, i.e. it's not ham, but some ground block, onion, large pieces of badly cut beef. 1 piece, peppers too full......I ordered the sauce, I paid...it didn't arrive....normal potatoes Ok breaded chicken, spicy, juicy, very tasty....

Bad service, a time is given which is at least 30 minutes earlier than you get it, all in all just bad

I ordered 3 pizzas and had them delivered.... half of the pizza was stuck to the lid in a mess.... Quality for price...it's not worth it once but not anymore...

Completely cold chicken Received wings and hot dogs with raw dough. Phone is not answered. I'm not one for bad reviews, but this doesn't make sense.

A bit confusing because in my case you had to pay at 2 cash registers... the croquettes at the 1 and small Pizza 🍕 at the other This can be done much more efficiently 🤔 Always busy and for both collection and delivery what they do with cars, ebikes and mopeds.. Nice spontaneous teenagers probably run the show because they work hard for little money Then just tip 😜🥂

The pizzas look like they are made of cardboard. Pretty nice people who do their best. You can't make anything tasty out of a bad product.

I ordered a pizza here for 15 euros, not extremely tasty and no fresh fruit on it. At a real pizzeria you can get a better and tasty pizza for less money, money wasted!

1 of the four flavors was wrong, overload of tomato sauce, instead of ordering NY crust I received the Italian, I have eaten a better Pizza at NYP before...

Bediening was goed en snel. Eten ook oké. We vonden wel dat de hygiëne beter kon en 8 (!) man personeel in zo'n klein hok, bovendien niet allemaal productief is ook in pre corona onnodig.

Altijd even op z'n tijd een heerlijke smakelijke pizza halen, of laten brengen. Was weer héérlijk...!

Normaal altijd heel tevreden over new York pizza maar nu ging het toch mis een peperoni ipv een salami en de Donner was er toch echt doorheen gevlogen de Margarita van zo dun en aangebrand dat de randen te zwart waren en niet te eten Het is super opgelost en weer zeer tevreden Tot de volgende keer 😀

Heerlijke pizza. Ik kan precies aangeven wat nmijn voorkeuren zijn en krijg dan precies de pizza die ik lekker vind. Perfecte service! Aan de telefoon word je altijd heel vriendelijk te woord gestaan.

Erg duur. Pizza's zijn redelijk. Moet heel duidelijk aangeven als er géén knoflookolie op de rand mag. Bestel er dus maar 1 á 2 keer per jaar..

32 euro voor 2 pizzas waarbij de ingredienten niet kloppen en wel zijn extra betaald..pizzas ook al lauw. ik had gevraagd extra champion, vervolgens halen ze de rucola van de vegan veggie af en rekenen ze wel de champion erbij. dus 15 euro voor een pizza met alleen champion en cherry. en er werd zomaar knoflook saus over heen gedaan zonder te vragen. echt super jammer en vond het niet lekker deze keer. zonde geld

Ze waren in de bestelling een patatje mayo vergeten. Voorts....prima spullen, nette behandeling!

Bezorgen altijd laat maar de pizzas zijn wel altijd goed

Ik kom hier graag een ijsje halen als ik ik in de buurt ben. Erg lekker :-)
