Domino's Pizza Helmond Koninginnewal in Wijk 10 Binnenstad

We ordered and were told it would take 30-45 minutes. After an hour and a half, we still hadn't received anything. We called to ask where everything was and were told they were busy. This is the second time this has happened to us, and we won't be getting it a third time, because our next pizza won't be from Domino's! After receiving it, it was lukewarm. We didn't bother calling because they were busy!

Waited almost 2 hours (!!!) for one pizza!

I ordered from Domino's three times, and three times they delivered a wrong pizza, including one where I ordered an extra topping that wasn't on it. Absolutely terrible. This is also the last time I'll order a pizza from you. Nothing.

As someone who ordered both from this Domino's and from the smaller one across town I can say the quality here is lower than in the other location. I think the staff are overworked as they often forget sauces, drinks or ingredients that I ticked off (example: I ordered no tomato on my pizza twice and both times I got the tomato anyway).

HOW BAD IS THIS PLACE!!! NOTHING IS CLEAN!!!! GET A JOB BRO.

Ordered 7 euros 'loaded fries', received 7 euros worth of barf. Dominos really outdid themselves this time. Just plain disrespectful at this point. The handful of fries were still half frozen, the 'kebab' was dark pieces of burnt meat(?) none of the veggies in the description were to be found anywhere. And I'm not even going to get into the reheated pizza received. So bad it's kinda funny.

Just picked up. Food was fine only there was hardly a word of Dutch spoken there. There was 1 boy who actually spoke Dutch. Also there were a lot of employees or friends hanging around, shouting and running outside.

Unfortunately, my order was very disappointing this time. I had ordered a Bankzitter pizza with truffle sauce and fries. The order arrived over an hour late, without any notification or update in between. When the pizza finally arrived, the truffle sauce was missing, which was a real shame – that was exactly why I had chosen this pizza. The fries were also not as expected: soggy and limp, as if they had been in the box for too long.

Never arrived and a cold pizza to pick up tomorrow

I ordered a pizza Italian peperoni and a loaded Fries, what a mess this is the pizza was floating in the grease, and the edges are badly burnt. The loaded Fries smelled quite nice but nothing loaded about the fries and the fries themselves are super limp. I will never order anything here again. WHAT A MESS!!!!! And here you pay €23 for plus a 50min wait!

The pizzas are fine when they are on sale, but I don't think they are worth 15 or 16 euros each.

Domino’s Was yesterday The wonderful

Quick and friendly help. There is not really room to eat on site and therefore not recommended. But definitely recommended for take-out.

Had good service and food from dominos for years until today! After waiting 1.5 hours, I called the store to get more information about my order. Then two different stories are told about what happened. (One story was that the delivery person was at the wrong address and couldn't reach anyone? My cell phone never rang once.) (Second story was that no one opened the door and they couldn't reach anyone. Here too I didn't speak to anyone) I then ask what happens to the order now and whether they can still deliver a hot meal since I was entitled to this. Then their response was that they will not make new food and that I could eat the cold food from 1.5 hours ago and that they wanted to deliver it. So I got angry and opened my mouth that I didn't think it was normal the way they treat customers, while the delivery person himself was wrong. They would eventually make food new, but I think they just warmed it up because it was inedible.. Last time dominos for us, what bad service, thank you👏

Very very tasty pizza! My recommendation Spicy Meat and Chicken Lovers, several sizes available, the 25cm was enough for me! Ambiance isn't really important as everything is available for pickup or delivery. Fair prices.

The food tastes good, but we already do bets on how off the pizza dough the chocolate topping can be. Last time they outdone themselves, not only the chocolate was half off (like they did not align the machine that puts the topping on the top of the pizza) which means half of the topping is lost, but they put it upside down: the pictures don’t lie

What happened to the Volcano pepperoni? That is the best pizza. Why is this not available in thuisbezorgd app anymore ?

Waited 3 hours and 10 minutes for a milkshake. Called 3 times every hour. It would be on its way every time. I ordered at 6:50 PM, it was only here at 10:05 PM.

Delivery takes an hour and a half, cold food, called twice and was always told it would arrive in 5 minutes and I'm still without food.

I placed an order and was scammed. I ordered a pizza from thuisbezorgd and waited an hour and a half for an order that was supposed to be delivered within 30 minutes and I didn't receive it. Dominos didn't inform me of anything. They told me that they called my phone that I don't have a connection on and the door I was waiting at. After contacting Dominos, they told me that I should order a second order and they would bring me the first one and when I asked for a refund, they said that they wouldn't refund my money.

ordered and paid for pizza via app. no confirmation of receipt received so I call but there was nothing in the system. In short, they can't do anything for me, no pizza and money back in 5 days. this was my last order here.

The occupational health and safety rules do not seem to apply in this branch. Employees work hard to get everything done, but hardly get any breaks. It's horrible to see this still happening. The delivery people are great and deliver everything on time, but it is deeply sad what happens behind closed doors. Furthermore, the pizzas are of top quality.

Well we had to wait an hour for our pizza. This is really ridiculous... So no more pizza for us.

Pizza not delivered. The delivery person decided not to ring the doorbell, but only to make a telephone call. Missed that call, but I was at home and the bell works. I was told that the person did ring the bell, and that I should pick up my pizza or order a new one, while they are closed. Picked up pizza, but it was cold.. Never again, pizza at dominoes.

Bestel er vaak en is altijd super goed het is 1 x mis gegaan maar dat hebben ze netjes opgelost. De bezorgers zijn altijd netjes op tijd en beleefd.

De prijs voor de friet is belachelijk veel voor wat je krijgt, plus ik kreeg de mayonaise waar ik wel voor heb betaald er niet bij. De knoflooksaus is niet te doen.

Normaal gesproken ben ik van de new York Pizza. Gisteren voor 2e keer gebruik gemaakt van afhaal actie.. aangenaam verrast. Goede lekkere bodem. Goed gekruid. Lekkere pizza. !! En een zeer goede deal

Lekkere pizza's. Twee pizza's duurden gemiddeld 15 minuten. Dat was wel op een drukke moment.

Omdat we hele erge honger hadden..op naar domino's. 2 basic pizza s besteld. Margarita en pepperoni. Mijn zoontje zegt: hmmmm!! Iets te lekker. Prima dus

Lekkere pizza voor redelijke prijs

Geode service, zeer vriendelijk, geven je echt de tijd keuzes te maken.

Mist consistentie. Je kunt n week later eenzelfde pizza bestellen en die ziet er geheel anders uit. Vaak mist de helft van de ingredienten, men lijkt daar de riem aan te moeten halen ten koste van de klant ofzo... Zeer zonde en t geld dus ook maar de helft van de tijd waard.
