Great pizza, good value for money

Very disappointing. The delivery time was well over 1.5 hours for just a few pizzas. On a Saturday, you know it can be busy, so ensure you have enough delivery drivers and capacity. It is unacceptable to make customers wait this long. Unfortunately, this has significantly negatively impacted my experience.

Ordered at 17:30, but the food didn't arrive until 19:30. In the meantime (18:50), I called the branch and offered an excuse: 'Yes, because of the weather. It's taking a bit longer.' There were thunderstorms until 18:00 at the latest, after that it was completely dry. The delivery person arrived at our door around 19:30. He even had the nerve to ask in a sarcastic/ironic tone: 'Is it still on time?' Sorry, really. I kept it polite, but inside I was really fuming. I will never order from Domino's again.

We ordered food at 5:30 PM; after a long wait, nothing had arrived yet (well, I understand now, as there were heavy showers until 6:00 PM). At 6:50 PM, I called, and was told they were very busy and that my order was at the top of the list. At 7:15 PM, the doorbell finally rang. My girlfriend opened the door, and the delivery driver made a very condescending remark: "Is it still on time?" Well, that is the last time I order from Domino's; we had to wait almost 2 hours for our food, and a delivery driver who showed a lot of nerve towards a lady 🤡

Decent pizza, made with care, waiting area not really cozy.

I give 10 stars, the delivery person was very, very friendly. I thought the delivery was fast; we got an extra tasty cinnamon bread with sauce (I'm not sure what it was called) because they were later than usual, but I didn't notice it at all. Everything was great!! We really enjoyed ourselves, enjoyed the food together. Thank you very much for everything.

The offer on the internet was 50% off all pizzas for pickup on Wednesdays and Sundays OR a 2nd pizza free for delivery..... On Sunday, March 22nd, we ordered one XXL pizza in the store (so pickup), but strangely enough, it turns out we have to pay the full price (24.95). The employee apparently didn't want to be helpful or understand, because he just said that it was in his system that way and that it only applied to a second pizza. He knew the offers! The fine print also simply listed our branch on Boekeloseweg in Hengelo for which the offer applied, so that wasn't the issue either. Very unfortunate and frustrating, but there is always something with Domino's offers. We left the store without a pizza and went to get one elsewhere. And we'll do that in the future too...

A delivery driver arrived at my door with one or more pizzas I hadn't ordered. When I mentioned this, the driver panicked, as he'd have to pay for the pizzas himself. If he couldn't deliver them to the correct address on time, he'd have to pay for them himself. I called Domino's on their landline to file a complaint. The person who answered claimed to be the delivery driver I'd just met, and he'd never said anything like that. The actual delivery driver was still packing his warming bag. It seems Domino's is making the delivery drivers pay for the costs of false orders. Disgusting.

Friendly staff and good service. Food was also good. Nothing was lacking.

Service was a bit crazy as I got a look like I was stupid when I asked for a napkin and the atmosphere is dull

Delicious pizzas, with regular offers.

I placed an order for delivery, and it arrived within 20 minutes, so really fast. I ordered a jar of Ben & Jerry's, and it wasn't included (which can happen, of course). I called to ask if it could still be delivered, and after two hours, I received another call and received a large one. Thanks so much!

Cheap deal every day a peperoni pizza for 5.99. Quite decent

What a bad branch. Incompetent staff and unfriendly too. If you order here you just have to hope that you get the right thing or on time. I would definitely never go here again.

I wanted to pick up my ordered pizza, but many delivery people were smoking in front of the entrance, so that was the last time I do that. Can't those dumbasses be ruining their lungs, etc. and those of others somewhere else? I'll go to the competition or bake them myself, it's also much cheaper.

Chicken had a good taste, but was limp when it should have been crispy. The garlic swirl on the pizza was very sour. I called the branch about this and the employee was not helpful at all. Not worth repeating

If you really want something tasty, don't order here. The food is okay but nothing more than that. The fries are a bit dry and the chicken is limp and tasteless. The meltz were okay, hence just a passing grade. A skinny 6

Food was very poor, we sat across the street and called politely! Instead of thinking along with the customer, just have it delivered and make everything more expensive. What a service, yuck Credits to Jennifer

Never got my order, called the store almost 10 times and it seems they hung up every time. Driver arrived close to our location on the GPS, then left without ringing the doorbell, or calling, then went back to the store and never returned.

Good Domino's, nice fast food, nice staff and for a good price, 5/5 great here!

Pizza werd 40 min te vroeg bezorgt waar door nog niet iedereen aanwezig was waar door we de pizza uiteindelijk koud moesten op eten dat was erg jammer.

Nette schone zaak en vriendelijk personeel is al een goede start. Via social deal een pizza gekocht van 25 cm (zie foto) deze smaakte geweldig en was rijkelijk belegd, dat is naar mijn mening de reden dat ik eten ophaal, lekker en een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Dit heb je naar mijn ervaring zeker bij Domino's! Ga zo door!

Skeere pizza, veel zout dus in de nacht heb ik altijd dorst na het eten van een domino’s. Als je een goede pizza wil en je bent hier in de buurt kan je beter kiezen voor pizzaria esrein. Dat zijn pizza’s met weinig vet en altijd lekker. Parkeren kan hier altijd voor de deur dus dat is een pre. Wel afhankelijk van drukte bij de Albert Heijn en de toko er naast

De pizzas zijn altijd herl flauw, geen zout in hun deeg misschien????. Maar het ergste is dat er overdreven veel tomatensaus erop zit erg zuur... ik heb dit nooit begrepen zowel Hengelo als Borne zelfde verhaal.

Domino's altijd top natuurlijk!

Prima pizza's, ook leuk dat je via de app je hele pizza zelf kan samenstellen wel vind ik dat de pizza's van Domino's ietsjes te duur zijn, vooral in bijvoorbeeld de stuntweek of een actieweek is Domino's dus een echte aanrader. De bezorgtijden hier zijn ook best wel prima. Rond etenstijd wel ietsjes langer maar wel acceptabel.

Eerst wil ik een SO geven naar de gene die mijn pizza op die Shjiii gekke electro bike heeft gebracht in de sneeuw wollah bro wat een strijder respect, daarna ik maak die weloe pizza doos open ik zie pikante pizza met die peperoni's mohem bro mijn asser ging vuren volgende dag hoade die ding chapte mij kei hard niffauw... eindstand wel bonge pizza ondanks mijn asser die ging vuren. Huts volgende keer dan maar die Kip shoarma nemen

Ongeorganiseerd .. Ik stond daar en ze kijken je aan maar komen niet even je bestelling opnemen. Uiteindelijk toch geholpen maar pizza was niet zo lekker als voorheen.

Try Vegan Margarita, even if you are not vegan! You will love it! Sometimes they have good deals through the internet. You can order through their website and get cheaper pizza at location.

De smaak is altijd prima. De bodem is nooit aangebrand. En de pizza is altijd lekker warm

Pas geleden geweest en voor een vijf euro deal gekozen. Een blikje fris en een medium pizza voor vijf euro.. hoe kan het uit? De man heeft serieus een heerlijke pizza bereid. Nee het is geen ideale zitplek, maar verdienen toch zeker 4 sterren. Gezien het aantal brommertjes en fietsen moet dit dan ook wel bekend zijn.

De zaak ziet er op het eerste gezicht beetje smoezelig uit, het personeel is afstandelijk. (Een glimlach kan soms al voldoende zijn). De pizza is belachelijk goedkoop (voor 16:00 lunchdeal, €5,- voor een pizza, inclusief blikje fris). De pizza zag er niet alleen goed opgemaakt uit maar smaakte ook gewoon goed. Niets op aan te merken.
