What are you delivery drivers doing on the bike path scaring the hell out of me??? 3 of them within 5 minutes, one of them going against the flow of traffic! You have no business being here, use the road. Update: it's absolutely not true that there were only bike delivery drivers; I'm not typing this lightly. In fact, this is the umpteenth time, and I thought it was time to make it known. Location and time: early evening, Sloetsweg bike path near a nursing home. Please do something about this before accidents happen because of these kamikaze pilots. Update 2: and yes, it's happened again. Give your delivery drivers some instruction, or are you going to deny it again? Update 3: The terrorizing of bike paths by delivery drivers on scooters continues unabated. Are you waiting for something to really go wrong?

Maybe the employee had a bad day. But the service was pauper at best. Not even a bag for all the stuff we asked (90 euros btw) and the XL potatoes were too small.

I ordered a chicken kebab pizza but didn't eat anything other than garlic sauce. I called about it, but of course, nothing was done about it...

Family pizza shawarma. There was so little shawarma on it you could count it. We agreed that garlic sauce would come on the side. On the phone, they said there's no extra charge. When your wife picks up the food, she has to pay an extra €2 for the sauce. Instead of the sauce on the pizza, we wanted it on the side because a family pizza isn't meant for one person. We've already been told several times that the toppings on the pizza are so small. It's a shame, it used to be good.

It's so noisy in there. Waiting is no fun.

For a fast-food restaurant, it took an awfully long time to be ready. I ordered 2Good2Go and had to wait over half an hour. I was also the second to arrive and the last to leave. Not a great experience. The food itself was adequate, though very greasy, but you know that beforehand with Domino's.

I placed a delivery order, and it was then canceled half an hour after it was placed. I received no apology whatsoever. It was likely canceled because the restaurant was closing later that evening and they weren't interested, even though I ordered before closing and was told it would be delivered in about 30 minutes. Because it was canceled so late, I also didn't have the opportunity to order new food. Furthermore, there's no way to contact the restaurant about this, and I haven't received any compensation. I advise against ordering from here due to the poor service!

It's insane how fast the food is delivered. Really, incredibly fast! Good food, good speed, and super friendly customer service. Very nice!

I ordered a bottle of Diet Coke. I showed up with a regular Coke. He took it back and said he'd come back with Diet Coke. An hour later, still no response, so I called. It turned out the delivery driver hadn't mentioned anything to the manager. The manager said they were out of Diet Coke. Why then did they choose to just switch to a regular instead of calling ahead and asking if that was okay? I'd already lost all trust, and they gave me the option of just refunding the bottle. It's now a year later and still nothing.

An update: I can only order from Domino's on Boekeloseweg and I'm not happy about that. The pizzas there are greasy, not generously filled and there is no sign of an extra topping. The meltz is also not good at all. Almost no toppings, just a load of tomato sauce. Very lazy. Delivery is fast and is delivered warm, that's the only plus. If you want a pizza, go to Uitslagsweg. You get what they promise there.

Ordering via the kiosk gives you immediate insight. Everything is easy to adjust. Cheesy crust (Cheese on the edge of the pizza) Always tasty :)

Ir/Madam, We had a very disappointing experience at your branch in Hengelo today. We had to wait two hours for our order. When the pizzas finally arrived the quality was way below par. The Chicken Kebab pizza contained hardly any chicken and was sloppily prepared with a thick layer and blobs of tomato paste. In addition, customer friendliness was lacking. The employees were unfriendly and the service when taking the order left much to be desired. It is worrying that a well-known chain like Domino's offers such poor quality and service. We hope that you will take our complaint seriously and implement improvements at the location in Hengelo' Es. Yours sincerely, So very excited to experience this at the Hengelo'es Domino location!!!

I love their pizza. The pasta is good, the toppings are not listed either. You don't have to wait long and the price is reasonable. 🙂

scammers have them on the website, the second one is free, you pick it up or you want to order online, you have to pay €9.50 for 2 if you ask why, they say I don't know, I'm not passing on 🙈🙈

We ordered pizza today, it was just terrible. the dough is so thin that the edges of the pizza are almost burnt. The most annoying thing is that the last time the pizza was delicious

Excellent domino pizza, also with terminal to order on the spot.

Ordered 4 pizzas for pick up. When you get there, two are ready and the other 2 have been forgotten. Ordered 2 shawarma pizzas, 1 with and 1 without garlic sauce. What do you get after waiting an extra 15 minutes: 2 shawarma pizzas with garlic sauce. Called and what did they say. They could send a pizza. That was accepted, but if it had to be delivered there would be additional costs 🤔 How Do we have to pick it up ourselves and let everything cool down? While they make two mistakes. Unbelievable. We will never go there again

Food arrived late and was ice cold. After calling about this I get an excuse "It's cold outside and the store is closing now." So this was at 6.40 pm!! Been a regular customer for years, but this one is disappointing. Disgusting service!!!

From having pizzas dropped on your doorstep and not getting a proper solution, to forgotten products with your order that you always have to call back. People like to eat together! It's all possible at DOMINO's! Once the limit is full, no more dominoes for us!

Fantastic store! Ordered just before closing time today, never nice, but it was worth a try... although it was no problem at all. Friendly, quick service and good taste, thank you ladies and gentlemen! Definitely order here!

Delicious pizza as if they came from Napoli

What a waste of money. First of all it was just cold. Those oven fries were really very few and very dry and cold. The load fries were also completely cold. The only thing that was worth it were the milkshakes. Was supposed to be delivered at 9:00 PM, they arrived at 9:15 PM. That's not even bad. But I think the worst part is that the food was so cold. Terrible. Never never again.

Pizza was okey. broodje voor 8euro is slechte prijs/kwaliteit. leek niet zoveel op de foto en was niet echt lekker. misselijk achteraf

Meerdere aangepaste pizza’s besteld, 2 waren prima in orde. De 3e pizza besteld als een half/half pizza, beide helften wel dezelfde pizza, maar 1 helft zonder ui en jalapegnos. De pizza kwam volledig zonder deze ingrediënten. Helaas niet de eerste keer dat daar iets mis in gaat… Verder zijn de pizza’s wel altijd erg lekker.

Zondag een uur gewacht op 4 pizza's. Voor die dag duidelijk te weinig personeel. Als er weer aanbiedingen zijn zouden ze er goed aan doen, om meer personeel in de zaak te zetten.

Het was actie week dus een lekkere pepperoni pizza Italian voor 5 euro. Niet te vettig en de smaak was goed.

1e keer hier besteld. Pizza kwam binnen 30min en netjes bezorgd. Echter toen ik de doos opendeed was de hele topping zwartgeblakerd. De paprika's die volgens de beschrijving aanwezig moesten zijn waren niet aanwezig. Waardeloze pizza voor veel geld.

Warm bezorgd. Top. Maar WAAROM doen jullie knoflooksaus op een pizza terwijl dat NIET besteld is!!!!!

De pizza's zijn inderdaad erg smakelijk. Als ze tenminste op tijd komen. Tot 4 maal een bestelling gedaan. Maar gemiddeld 20 minuten te laat. En dit komt de kwaliteit/temperatuur niet ten goede. En als je dan eens niet hebt besteld, krijg je een bezorger aan de deur, dit zijn bezorgadres niet kan vinden. Daarom beter bestellen bij NEW YORK PIZZA. Zijn al voor de 3e keer op de juiste en afgesproken tijd om te bezorgen. Dus beter bestellen bij NEW YORK PIZZA dan bij Domino"s UITSLAGWEG te Hengelo

We bestellen hier regelmatig en als het iets is, worden we goed geholpen of op de hoogte gesteld. Zo kregen we vandaag een smsje dat het erg druk was. Terwijl we rustig aan het wachten waren, verscheen na 16 minuten de bezorger met een heerlijke, warme pizza.

Pizza was een beetje klef. Zat weinig smaak aan.

Dit filiaal neemt het niet zo scherp met de bezorgtijden. Bestel je ruim meer dan 1 a 1,5 uur vooraf. Dan nog komen ze zeker 15 min te laat. En altijd zelfde smoes het is druk . Moeten echt hun logistiek en bestelproces onder handen nemen. Want pizza is op tijd uit de oven dus wordt gewoon te laat geleverd. Wat tevens de kwaliteit en temperatuur niet ten goede komt.

Duurde erg lang....glutenvrij was war maar van mijn partner was lauw. Een uur moeten wachten......27 euro voor 2 pizza's...nog way

Slechte ervaring. 1 uur wachten op 1 glutenvrije pizza en 1 pizza Tonno. Glutenvrij is er alleen maar keuze uit margarita of pepperoni. Erg kleine pizza. Tonno gewoon XL is prima maar koud. Wij bestellen nooit online, een van de weinige keren dit maar doen dit zeker niet nog een keer bij Domino. Jammer

Heerlijke pizza hawai. Mijn favoriete pizzazaak in Hengelo!

Lekkere pizza en snel bereid. Online besteld en daarna afgehaald. Direct gevraagd wat de status was. Daarop is de pizza direct in de over gegaan. Binnen 5 min stond ik weer buiten met een heerlijke pizza.

Lekkere pizza's. Goedkoop als je ze zelf ophaalt. Af en toe nieuwe smaken is ook leuk.

Vandaag een bijzonder sympathieke ervaring gehad met Domino’s Pizza in Hengelo, mijn zoon is vandaag jarig en we hadden het plan opgevat om hem te verrassen met een “Gift Card” van Domino. Gisteravond nog gebeld met de vestiging om te verifiëren of ze open waren en of ik dan een “Gift Card” kan komen halen, ja dat ging vanaf 11.00 uur. Dus wij om 11.00 uur bij Domino, onze zoon woont op 300 m. Afstand van Domino, om een card te halen. Helaas men was er niet op voorbereid, wist niet hoe het moest en het zou nog wel even duren voordat de manager er was. Daar konden wij niet op wachten, dus met enig misbaar kennis gegeven van onze verontwaardiging. Wat schetst onze verbazing, na ongeveer 45 min. belde er iemand aan van Domino en bood ons de “Gift Card” aan GRATIS, hij had ons gevonden en maakte zijn excuus, dat het O gelopen was. De pizza’s van Domino staan niet ter discussie, prima kwaliteit, maar een dergelijke klantvriendelijkheid hadden wij niet verwacht. Domino prima gedaan!

Lekkere pizza, geweldige service 👌👍 Update: vandaag kwam de eigenaar binnen en kafferde zijn personeel af. Erg onprofessioneel. Was zo'n klein, veel te druk mannetje die overduidelijk neerkijkt op zijn hardwerkende personeel.

Medium pizza en drankje voor 5 euro. Heerlijke pizza en goede deal!

Dominos did it again hoor! De bezorging was net zo snel als onze reparaties zijn :) Wij zijn weer voorzien en kunnen er weer tegen aan! Gr. PC2Fix - voor al je computer reparaties in Hengelo en omgeving!

Pizza opgehaald op de fiets.. Hebben ze geen tasje om de pizza mee te nemen. En erg ongeïnteresseerd personeel..

Pizza eet je daar uit een doos, met je handen. Geen bord, geen mes. Niet overheerlijk

Echt toppers! Elke dag maar weer strijden om iedereen tevreden te houden!!

De pizza smaakt super goed en de service is ook erg snel. Als je in de buurt op school zit(zoals ik) is het erg makkelijk om naartoe te gaan in een pauze of tussenuur. De aanbiedingen die er zijn zijn ook erg goed. Het viel me ook op dat het er in de middag rond 12:00 super rustig is. Het is dus sowieso een aanrader om naartoe te gaan.

Echt gewoon de BESTE pizza aller tijden! Ik ging mijn vriend bedanken voor de cadeutjes die hij min had gegeven. Hij vond dit echt fantastich. Ik raad deze plaats erg aan. En mijn vriend ook.
