I ordered three pizzas on Friday, August 29, 2025. One pizza was wrong; I ordered a Hawaiian with extra bacon. The bacon wasn't on it. I called, and they wanted to make another one. I said no, we're all eating together, and I'll eat later. They said okay on the phone, and we'll refund the pizza. That still needs to be done. The pizza was good, but it was missing something.

This restaurant has gotten so much better in the past few months, both food and service wise.

Placed an order at 3:15 PM, and after 90 minutes I called to ask where my food was. It turned out the order hadn't gone through correctly. After another 30-minute wait, I finally received my food. It was tasty and hot, though. Now I'm waiting for compensation.

Worst service ever. Placed an order, got a call 45 minutes later saying the ingredients were gone so the order was cancelled. I would get my money back. 2 months and 10 phone calls later still no money back. What a crap business.

The pizza tasted great, although the service was not so great. Me and my friends wanted to spoil the delivery person because of the time. The delivery person started throwing money at us. We were victims of this. I will never order from this place again!

The service here is terrible. I have ordered here several times and when I finally want to pick it up they say that the product is "out of stock" and I do not get my money back or any other solution. Recently I also bought a thickshake at the counter so that I could drink it outside, then while an employee is helping me, she keeps taking pictures on her phone for "snapchat" which is retarded, and then I get my drink without a straw, because apparently they were also gone afterwards. You can hardly drink those thick shakes without a straw! Then I asked for a refund and I didn't get that either! But as a solution I was given a fork... Great food but poor service.

I ordered a pizza from Domino’s at 10 PM. It’s now 12 PM, and I’m still waiting. No one is answering the phone. This is pathetic—total disrespect for the customer. I hope you face consequences for this because, judging by the reviews, I’m not the first one experiencing this.

The first time the order arrived at 8:15 PM and it was very bad! Food delivered late, cold, forgotten sauce, forgotten Mac & cheese. Called and the Mac&cheese would be refunded. I thought I'd order exactly the same thing THAT EVENING, see if they can do it now. But no, it's cold again and I forgot the sauce with the chicken again. I'm done here for now. Ordered twice, twice bad!

Great place to order pizzas, but the takeout restaurant looks awful. The interior is in dire need of replacement, with many broken parts throughout, which certainly doesn't improve hygiene. This has been going on for quite some time, so apparently no one at Domino's Pizza is paying attention.

On Sunday, January 12, I ordered 3 pizzas from Domino's in Hoogkarspel. I had entered 6:15 PM as the desired delivery time, but it soon became clear that this was not happening. At 6:30 PM I received a message that the pizzas would be delivered between 6:35 PM and 6:50 PM.... At 7:15 PM I received a call that the dough had run out...an employee told me that the money would be refunded to our account within 3 days and that I would receive vouchers. The money has not yet been refunded, I have not seen any vouchers yet.

Order placed, waited a very long time. Eventually you call and hear that the dough has run out and you cannot receive your pizza. In itself that is not that bad, it can happen. But if you had just called me, I could quickly arrange something else. 😵‍💫

Don't expect to be spoken to when you enter... the music is so loud that you have to shout over it. Things are always forgotten and when you call you get "you can pick it up!" to hear even though you live around the corner. And then act smart when you say something about it. There are several more things…

Pizzas were piled on top of each other and had limited toppings. The photos speak for themselves. Also had to run after the delivery person because half of the order was "forgotten"

Pizzas are great for a good price. They are often later than the stated time for collection. Open kitchen so you see everything happening

They keep bringing the wrong order, no compensation, no understanding on the phone. Really a shame.

It's a dominoes, there's not much more to say about it. Usually quiet and if the staff feels like it you don't have to wait long ;).

It was a farce. Ordered and paid for 6 pizzas. We got a call that the champions had run out. Okay can happen. Make it a 4 cheese. Oh yes, the chicken is gone. And the bacon, bacon and the minced meat. And oh yes, tomatoes are gone. Shall we make it Margerita? No. Then we make something tasty out of it. At home; 3 Margerita and 2 with a little shawarma or something that looked like it had been in the oven for a few days. 1 pizza looked good. Of the 6. Called and they said if we wanted new food. What if everything is gone? Either all your money back or half the money back. Oh well, we're not difficult. Then put everything back. Tip for the business; close the orders when everything is already gone. Tip for the customer; never pay in advance.

Another lost delivery person with 2 cold pizzas. Called the store and they were rough and very short. They said that the order had already been shipped even though they didn't even know my address details. Never order here again.

Ordered a pizza and the pizza was nothing like what I had asked for. You better order pizza from New York because you might as well give up hope from what I got.

I already got pizzas here, they were very good (nothing to complain about) and now had them delivered, it was quick, they were warm and tasty (again, nothing to complain about.)

Bunch of moguls who can't do anything, unkempt and have nothing in order. Pizza without sauce, was forgotten and staff was unfriendly.

Pizzas are very tasty. Lately it has been quite crooked and not cut properly. When you pick up, you are just greeted and it sometimes takes a long time before the pizza is handed over, even though it has been ready for a while.

Prima pizza. Snelle service voor een zomerse zondag. Telefonisch besteld en vlot afgehaald.

Wij wonen erg dichtbij deze domino’s vestiging en bij ons is de pizza altijd heerlijk! Lekker warm, goed belegd en veel smaak.

Onlangs ook nog een pizza hier gehaald. De pizza zelf smaakte prima. Echter bij binnenkomst kon er geen gedag van af. Koeriers zitten op de telefoon i.p.v. dat zij de bestelling komen aannemen. Spijtig want de pizza smaakte prima!

Nu 2x achterelkaar gehad dat ik de pizza kwam afhalen, zag de pizza al klaar liggen dus ging bij de kassa staan zodat ik geholpen zou worden, tenminste hoopte ik, al het personeel was te druk met hun zelf bezig 1 stond muziek te luisteren in de keuken en de andere waren aan het ouwehoeren. Pas na 5 minuten kwam de bezorger van de scooter mij de pizza’s brengen. Volgende keer toch maar naar new York

Slecht gesneden maar wel lekker

ik bestel nu zo'n 5-6 weken elke week pizza voor mezelf en collega's voor in de pauze op vrijdag en heb (nog) geen problemen ervaren. bezorgmoment zet ik zelf altijd 15min voordat ik ze binnen wil hebben (15 minuten voor de lunchpauze begint) en komt altijd op tijd binnen (hoewel af en toe een paar minuten later dan het opgegeven bezorgmoment ivm onverwachtte reisomstandigheden onderweg) pizzas zijn elke keer weer lekker warm als ze bezorgd worden en bezorger is zeer vriendelijk.

Pizza's zijn heerlijk. Wel ruim van tevoren besteld. Zelf afgehaald, wegens 2x slechte ervaring met bezorging

Vandaag pizza in de shop besteld, er was een aktie: 2e pizza gratis. Ik vraag nog expliciet of dat dat voor mijn pizza geld. Zeker zegt de jonge dame. Doe mij die maar..na zeer lang wachten krijg ik uiteindelijk 1 pizza... Pizza was wel erg lekker.

Zojuist twee pizza’s laten bezorgen. Kwaliteit, smaak en temperatuur waren perfect! We kijken weer uit naar de volgende bestelling.

Omdat ik lang moest wachten op mijn bestelling werd mijn gratis drinken aangeboden. Ze blijven hier vriendelijk en professioneel ondanks de drukte.

Ander halve week geleden een pizza besteld had hem toch weer geannuleerd en nog steeds niet mijn geld terug erg slecht

Als er een pizza thuis wordt besteld - meestal een shoarmapizza - dan komt deze veelal uit Hoogkarspel. De ervaring met het bezorgen van de pizza’s is niet heel goed. Dus wij halen de pizza’s tegenwoordig af. Die paar keer dat er wordt bezorgd komt de bezorger veel later dan gewenst en gepland. Is de pizza helaas koud. Om die reden wel een paar tegoedbonnen gehad voor een gratis pizza. Maar ja liever een warme pizza, dus mijn advies lekker bestellen en afhalen!! Eet smakelijk!

Gister avond een pizza besteld. Werd bezorgd door echt een super leuke bezroger genaamd robin. Super spontaan en sociaal. Hierdoor zal ik zeker vaker bij jullie bestellen.

Na ophalen van de pizza's bleek op mijn pizza per ongeluk toch kaas te zitten, na een balletje met 15 minuten thuis een nieuwe bezorgd. Bedankt voor de klantvriendelijkheid!

Altijd lekker, ik heb nog geen 1 probleem gehad met me bestelling. Aardige mensen en leuke bezorgers zorgt voor een goede hele dominos winkel.

Ik heb voor de saus betaald, maar je hebt geen saus gegeven, en het is niet de eerste keer.

In de reviews hier op Google zie ik nogal wat ontevreden mensen, maar toch heb ik het vandaag geprobeerd. 2 pizza's besteld om 16:43, en om 16:53, jazeker, 10 minuten later, de 2 bestelde pizza's warm, lekker knapperig en niet te zout in huis. Ze kunnen het dus wel. Geef ze een kans zou ik zeggen.

Snelle bezorging, pizza is goed heet! Smaakt heerlijk.

Op druk tijdstip besteld (18 uur) toch binnen een uur bezorgd. Pizza's netjes voorgesneden en nog behoorlijk warm ondanks stromende regen bij levering aan huis, blije bezorger, heel lekker ook, top!

Het eten afgehaald bij Domino's zelf, het was ontzettend druk, maar de bestelling was toch netjes op tijd klaar en smaakte goed !
