Hussein is the new store manager, and has been extremely of awesome service. Tries to help as best as he can despite being busy with orders along with his team. Superb job!

Unfortunately I got a spoiled tuna pizza. Instant tingling lips and mouth.

Ordered the pan pizza twice, kebab once, and loaded cheese once. The toppings were really small... with difficulty I ate 2 pieces because they were so incredibly salty, something I've never experienced before! Salty bread with a little cheese that's what it was…. Too bad because we recently defected from New York to Domino's, An hour later after eating the pizza, I threw up because of all the salt. My tongue is completely numb from the salt, pure poison. I have never ingested something so salty in my life 🤢 this is just bizarre!

Dissatisfied with the pizzas, they were burned and I made a phone call and they were not so neat, a waste of my money

I ordered a pizza and it arrived in about 16 minutes. It was still warm and had lots of toppings, really tasty.

Delivered within 15 minutes, something the competitor cannot do.

Had very good service, delicious food, definitely recommended. It came out of the oven super quickly and I was able to sit down straight away. And of course with the offers at the moment, certainly a good price/pizza ratio

Pizza salami was tasty, service very good. Class!

My crust is thin, it was like a cracker and it was salty and then I forgot my shake, then it arrived again after 20 minutes and I got the wrong Shake.

Food tastes not good. Tables are dirty. Even the service is bad. No soap in the toilet

pizza was too small, advertised as medium pizza but it was smaller than our hand. We paid extra for half half vegetable and chicken, the chicken was over both sides. Very disappointing. We always order from here, but they keep making their pizzas smaller and you still pay the same amount. Scam!!

Very tasty pizzas, especially the Pepperoni Party pizza with Cheese crust. We order almost weekly, but recently the delivery area has suddenly changed, so they no longer deliver to our neighborhood in Hoorn. Given the poor parking options in the city center, this unfortunately means no more dominoes for us.

Received new pizzas after complaining that one pizza not fully baked and two others were cold.. excellent service.. good American style pizzas

This was bad. Cold, as if it had been thrown. Ordered at 5:29 pm and it arrived at 6:56 pm. Chicken strippers limp and cold. Fries limp and cold. Pizzas cold. Sorry it was very busy. If you can't handle it, don't give the items this way. Kids thought this was the biggest disappointment ever. Thank you Domino's, for the 50 euros straight into the trash.

Pizzas were ready on time, delivered with a smile and they were delicious.

I waited 2.5 hours for 2 pizzas. When the pizzas arrived they were on the cold side and the ingredients were out of proportion. For example, I only tasted onion on my shawarma pizza. When I called after 1.5 hours, the employee said yes, it is coming now, it took another 1 hour to arrive now.

I ordered crispy oven fries and chicken pieces, but my fries were lukewarm and limp and my chicken was tough and cold. Pity.

Had to wait 1 hour for my pizza. I went to the store myself to get my money because this is ridiculous. Ordered at 9:00 PM and still no pizza at 10:17 PM….

food was cold. called for this. got new pizza they said they couldn't come quickly (few staff) called after 45 minutes and asked where the food was. was kindly present by telephone and was offered refreshments. the delivery person who was there had difficulty saying hi. I am satisfied after consuming it, I received extra Red Bull. The rest of the pizza was good. From now on I prefer not to order from Dominos anymore, it has certainly gone downhill, I prefer to pick up myself, hopefully this will improve.

It's been a while since I ordered from Domino's and now I remember why. I place the order an hour in advance and yet they still manage to arrive half an hour later with lukewarm pizzas and not even fried or fried chicken pieces. When I say something about it I get back that it is busy and that there are no delivery people. In principle, that is of course not the customer's problem. I'll skip Dominos again for now!

Come here quite often and always eat inside. Have to say that in the last 3 visits the staff behaved like little ones and that the language used is not really what it should be. And for the franchisee I have engaged the inspection services of goods. And it might be useful to teach staff that a pizza bench is not a place to sit, it is not really hygienic :)

It looks like a daycare. Been waiting in the branch for over 5 minutes but have not been helped. There are 6 staff members playing games with each other. Hear someone shout guys, we just have customers. But even then we are not helped. So now I got a pizza from the competitor New York Pizza. We were immediately helped by the staff there. Work is done normally here.

Fatal!! We ordered gluten-free pizza for my celiac daughter and they gave us gluten-free pizza. My daughter got sick, she spent the whole night vomiting. Incredible that these things happen. It is not so difficult!!!

Bezorging 2 uur op gewacht en word tegen me gelogen

De 6 pizza's die wij afgehaald hebben waren koud. We hadden gasten thuis en deze getrakteerd op pizza's. We hebben gebeld met de manager. Binnen 45 minuten heeft hij ervoor gezorgd dat er 6 nieuwe pizza's heet werden bezorgd. We zijn erg tevreden met deze oplossing. Bedankt!! Groeten Carina Lammers

Pizzas are very small compared to smaller restaurants but cost more unless you dine in or pick up. Delivery radius is not big enough. Dine in isn't inviting and actually rather cold (both the vibe and tempertature in the sitting area).

Normaal ben ik redelijk content met Domino's, maar twee en een half uur wachten op één pizza vind ik belachelijk.

Laatste paar keer te laat... Volgende x een andere proberen. 45 minuten te laat heel normaal

Duurt lang voor het bezorgd wordt

Moest uiteindelijk langs de winkel om mijn bestelling af te ronden. Telkens bij hetzelfde product werd ik eruit gegooid en de reeds geselecteerde producten verdwenen.

Moesten er zelf achter komen dat het heel druk was. Kreeg hierover geen melding. Na 1.5 a 2 uur was het eten binnen dit was heerlijk! Excuses ontvangen voor het late eten.

Doorgaans wel op tijd. Net even te vaak te kort wisselgeld mee.

Ik heb om 10 voor 6 n bestelling gedaan 2 pizza's nu is t 8 uur en ik heb nog geen pizza ik heb om half 8 gebeld toen werd er mij verteld dat ik de volgende was en de pizza er met 5 min in gaat nu kijk ik op de app en staat dat ie nog in de oven zit.. en ja er wordt dan weer n excuus gemaakt dat t zeer druk is en op n zondag is.. maar 2 uur lang wachten op n pizza....

Heerlijke pizza’s. Bezorging was prima. Super app. Je kan realtime de status van je bestelling zien. Ook kan je de bezorger volgen. Mijn jongste zoon vind Domino’s de beste!!!
