The food is delicious, the staff are very friendly. The atmosphere is cozy, especially if you're picking up food. Good quality, that's why I go there. Everything is fresh, and you can see how they prepare your food; it's clean and tidy.

Absolutely do not order from here! Ordered pizzas at 7:00 PM. No call to say they would be delayed. At 9:00 PM, the delivery driver called saying he couldn't find it. It finally arrived at 9:45 PM, the pizza was cold, and the ice cream had completely melted. I demanded a refund, but they haven't responded yet. This is terrible; they should go bankrupt as far as I'm concerned.

Be careful of thieves after changing the delivery address, they try to convince me that they delivered the order to the address previously given in the order, which was a closed store, and when I said I would report it to Thuise, they said I could come pick up the order myself, I do not recommend them.

I ordered spare ribs, but they were inedible—very soggy and sticky, with a lot of skin on the ribs. The chicken satay was delivered incorrectly, which was exchanged, but when I started complaining about the poor quality, they told me they couldn't do anything about it. Last time I ordered from here, I paid 50 euros for very poor quality food.

Is a takeaway pizzeria. There are also 3 tables. So you can eat it there too. Food is very good and great value for money.

While there are tables, I feel the restaurant is more of a take-out shop. The pizza was done within 10 minutes so I didn't had to wait too long. The pizza itself was tasty and I would definitely order again!

Just ordered a kapsalon doner, really the worst ever, the fries were completely soft, the meat also seemed like it was not cooked enough and the salad had already been delivered to the kapsalon, so it became soft and a bit soggy and then I didn't get any sambal with it, really the worst doner ever

Ordered 3 pizzas, waiting time was a maximum of 50 minutes and we waited 2 hours. When the pizza arrived it was cold. I called them and told them what was going on and that we did not want to exchange a new pizza for this because we would have to wait that long again. All 3 pizzas were uneaten and thrown away. Then ordered somewhere else. We received 1 free pizza in compensation. In my opinion, that is really of no use because we spent over 50 euros on something that was inedible. Also very curt during the phone call. My opinion is money back.

I have ordered Pronto several times, and all of them were delivered on time or even earlier. Very friendly, hardworking people. And most importantly: The pizzas are great!

You order food and then you arrive at home and indicate that the food is almost there. Half an hour later you call them and they say yes, it is just in the oven and then you get cold food afterwards.

The pizzas are finally delivered at 9 p.m. A hopeless company, no service, 1 star is still too much honor. please refund your debit card payment.

Two vegetarian pizzas, nicely prepared and delivered top-notch

At 5 pm we ordered 2 pizzas in Avenhorn. After an hour we called and Pronto was busy. It is now 8:40 PM and they still have no food and pronto we are still not reachable by phone. We also don't know if the food will still come as it is already scheduled for delivery. It's just worthless. This is the third bad experience and we will never try it again. Unfortunately, it is the only pizza place that claims to deliver in Avenhorn but doesn't.

I order often and always enjoy the pizzas and grill specialties. Every time I come to Hoorn, I pick something up at Pronto 😉

Super eten! Ik ben er geweest voor afhaal van twee pizza’s. Altijd een warm onthaal bezorgers met humor en dan ook nog is lekker eten.

Had a delicious plate of ribs...the restaurant is nice..family owned restaurant. Its a very informal place but nice.

Op zich altijd lekkere pizza's, een enkele keer smaakt het wat minder. Bezorging helaas altijd langer dan aangegeven, maar het gaat beter dan vroeger. Beetje jammer dat er plastic toeslag wordt gerekend voor pizza's die in een kartonnen doos komen 🤔 Misbruik maken van de plastic toeslag, ik vind het belachelijk

Wij hebben twee pizza’s besteld en opgehaald. Waren snel klaar en de pizza’s zijn heerlijk!

Vanavond pizza besteld. Bezorger belde dat hij aan belde maar ik deed niet open. Bij checken van deur bel deed hij het gewoon en er was duidelijk niet aangebeld. Erg vreemd en de pizza was koud. Heb hem meteen in de magnetron moeten doen. Was niet beetje afgekoeld, was gewoon koud. Bestel toch al jaren maar dit was niet ok en vond de pizza dit keer echt niet lekker. Kreeg het gevoel alsof de pizza vanmorgen gemaakt was. Vanavond echt slechte ervaring bij pronto.

Wij hebben heerlijke Biefstuk Fungi en kipsate gegeten. Uitstekend verzorgd met heerlijke sausjes, verse friet, salade en stokbroodje met kruidenboter. Netjes verpakt en warm.Echt een compleet feestje!

Vanwege de reviews over late bezorgingen en koude pizza's was ik nogal sceptisch, maar ik ben hartstikke tevreden met de service en het eten van Pronto. De eigenaar belde ruim op tijd om aan te geven dat mijn pizza 50 minuten later zou zijn vanwege een gebrek aan bezorgers. De pizza kwam precies de tijd dat de eigenaar aangegeven had en was heerlijk warm, terwijl ik ongeveer een kwartier van Pronto af woon.

Altijd heel erg lekker maar zet de bakjes met saus niet op de pizza. Ze smelten door de hitte

18.30 pizza online besteld, bezorgtijd zou 19.30 zijn. Uiteindelijk om 20.30 geleverd. Zijn telefonisch niet bereikbaar om te vragen wat er aan de hand is, gewoon de hoorn van de haak, continue in gesprek. Smaak van pizza is oké

Die pizza met ei vind ik wel lekker, soms wat overdadig belegt. Ruime keus

Pfoe. Niet goed dit hoor. De pizza’s zijn smakeloos en erg droog. Nauwelijks belegd. Jammer dat onze visite het ook niet lekker vond. Je hoopt toch iets voor je gasten te bestellen wat lekker is.

Positief: Goed belegde pizza's die niet vet zijn. Negatief: Helaas wel een dikke slappe bodem en smaakt de korst als een soort deegbal. Wat mij betreft geen aanrader

Als we allemaal iets anders willen is pronte prima. De een shoarma, de ander pasta of een mixed grill. Het smaakt allemaal prima.
