Domino's Pizza Horst in Wijk 04 Horst

I ordered from Domino's for the first time yesterday, and it was a great experience! I had a fairly large order, so I was pleasantly surprised that it was ready relatively quickly. The quality of the pizzas was also impeccable. I was perhaps most satisfied with the staff. I was helped by the manager, a short young man with a long mustache, who is also very charismatic. I don't know exactly what it was, but his attention seemed so focused on me that I almost started to wonder if he was flirting with me. Afterward, I found his number on the inside of my pizza box. I thought this was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely be going here more often in the future!

We are always happy with our orders. We order on Friday few different pizzas for lunch at work. It is always delicious and on time to pick up. Unfortunately from last week it is closed until 16:00. Do you plan it to open pizzeria in lunch time again?

The pizza shop's atmosphere is like a schoolyard with young employees standing outside the shop, making out with a banana. They block your entrance, yell, laugh, mock customers who walk in and out, call people ugly, freaks, gay, etc. They belch about it. There are more and more hairs in the pizzas. I wonder if Patrick Pizzaboy does this deliberately to drive customers away.

The food is always delicious there. The staff is friendly. It's a shame you can't eat inside.

Only for takeaway, pizzas were okay like in any other Domino's

The fries were cold and hard, there was a hair in my food, and the crispy chicken wasn't crispy at all. I don't recommend it.

I've had good and bad days buying food here, but those schoolchildren who work here and mess with your food decided to stop going. Cold food, hair in your food, lackluster toppings, spoiled food, diarrhea, screaming youngsters in the store, gossiping, mocking customers, playing with food, throwing food on the floor and giving it to customers, blocking the entrance, youngsters loitering in front of the door, backstabbing you when you stand up for yourself and your bread, obstructing you, etc. Too much stress and not customer-friendly. What a bunch of daycare kids work there! It's high time they hired friendly adults with better salaries.

Fresh 'n Tasty (healthiest pizza, and also the tastiest in my opinion) hasn't been available for a while, hence the downgrade to 3 stars. Otherwise, everything is fine, with occasional good deals.

Once again I found a hair in my pizza, that's not how it should look. I will not recommend to anyone or order food from. Domino's Horst

Bad service, track and trace code is not correct and the delivery people can not find the address. Pizzas are delivered lukewarm and cold. The pizza base is not there, very thin layer that looks like puff pastry. Pizza tastes like nothing

Yesterday I ordered small margarita and I have free green plam on disk I didn't check that fact fast because I have different snacks. Thanks 🙏 and happy meal for everyone to your orders be better like mine and have any standard ♥️

I have to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for my order. First it was 30 minutes then 60 minutes and later the message delivery has been. This is of course not correct. This is not the first time this has happened. My food was cold and not tasty.

Man man man, what a sad intention this is. The pizzas taste ok, but, the staff……. When you come to pick up your order, there is no one at the counter. Now that's not the biggest problem, I do have patience. But… The girl at the counter is standing at the packing station, with her phone in her hand, leaning forward, doing nothing... even after she looks at me - she SEES me standing there, nothing happens. In addition, everyone comes here at a leisurely pace and casually walks in, plops down on the chairs behind (in plain sight) and looks at the customers with difficulty. You feel maximally unwelcome. This place is so short-staffed that 16 year olds are already given “manager” roles here… no wonder it seems to be kept running by toddlers… Scandalous…

Fast and quiet. Pizza was good. You have to make sure you have discount codes because that makes a big difference.

good pizzas, nice that you can see everything how the pizzas are made. staff are friendly. What bothers me are the delivery bicycles at the entrance, they are quite in the way. This makes it difficult for customers to enter properly. this path should be clear. Perhaps you can place the bicycles differently to ensure good passage. What also bothers me is the number of young people hanging around, often shouting and swearing. not really inviting to go in there

Staff with antisocially large music boxes on their bicycles. Not everyone around you has to enjoy your hardcore music.

Ordered pizzas via the site to pick them up 1.5 hours later. Once there, the pizzas still had to be made and put in the oven. About fifteen minutes later the food arrives. Close the time blocks on the site or place orders at the back of the queue on location.

Far too expensive compared to Germany.

Very tasty, the medium is a bit small for a big eater. On Wednesdays 50% discount on every pizza.

You have to go inside, order once and you will become a satisfied customer. Domino's Pizza Horst it s not a pizza restaurant. It is a pizza kitchen, open to customers that can see entire process of producing a tastfull, not refrigerated or frozen pizza. If you order online, you can pick up in max 15 min. The delivery time I didn't try.

Ordered to pick up, food was ready a little before the agreed time. Could take it away immediately, but saw that it was not complete, drinks still needed to be added. Later it turned out that the sauces were not included either, back again. In short, cold and expensive food!

Not delivered on time, in fact I didn't visit at all. After a call they said they had stopped by, but heard nothing. Still a shame. Brought new pizza again, an hour later in the end.

We will never order from them again. We did not look at the reviews beforehand, otherwise we would not have ordered more. Unfortunately, most reviews are correct. It really doesn't taste...nothing crispy and not really warm anymore...we had to wait almost 2 hours, while our order was placed in the oven within 10 minutes according to the app. Popcorn chicken balls bah bah mealy mess, so I ate a piece of pizza, but that also immediately reminded me of the old advertising... cardboard base... No, we tried it once but never again.

Orders for pick up. I don't get any indication when it's ready. I still have to call and it turns out it's already ready. Sounds good. I walk in and see the pizzas already there. Nice, I thought. But for me it is incredibly difficult for a family to order and the man at the cash register is just as difficult. None of the 5 staff members help me. However, a female staff member joins the difficult family. After 10 minutes I shouted that I want my pizzas. Only then did things take off and I was able to go home with cold pizzas. Last time I come here.

Helaas geen goede ervaring met Domino's. Tot nu toe is het nog geen enkele keer gelukt om een milkshake te bestellen: dan is het apparaat kapot, dan is het op etc. De pizza's smaken prima maar zijn niet bijzonder. Regelmatig worden er extra bijbestelde toppings vergeten, sausjes vergeten etc. Helaas was afgelopen zondag écht geen succes. Na besteld te hebben om 7 uur hadden we om 9 uur nog geen eten. We hebben vervolgens zelf maar gebeld waar het bleef. Volgens de online tracker had het namelijk wel al in de oven gezeten, maar hierna was de melding 'beoordeel uw bestelling' verschenen zonder dat wij iets ontvangen hadden. Helaas werd ons gezegd dat de bestelling niet meer zou komen. Er was namelijk iets kapot (?), zowel het bestelde eten als de milkshakes konden niet bezorgd worden. Wat ik niet snap is waarom het dan 2 uur lang moet duren voordat ik hier achter kom (door zelf te bellen, anders had het nog veel langer geduurd). Wanneer er terugbetaald zou worden wisten ze niet, niet zo klantvriendelijk. Vervolgens zijn we later op de avond gebeld door domino's (we dachten ivm de terugbetaling). Na het doorgeven van onze naam zou er iets nagekeken worden. Echter werd de verbinding verbroken. Nogmaals teruggebeld en toen bleek het enkel te gaan om het doorgeven dat de bestelling niet meer zou komen. Dat wisten we toen natuurlijk al. Opvallend is dat de telefoon elke keer niet professioneel wordt opgenomen en het gesprek wordt steeds abrupt beëindigd zonder nette afsluiting. Niet het allerbelangrijkste natuurlijk, maar even netjes oppakken & het gesprek afsluiten zou toch wel moeten kunnen. Wij konden dus om half 10 savonds nog maar kijken waar we eten vandaan moesten halen. Gelukkig kon een concurrent wél nog komen bezorgen. We hebben dus pas om half 11 kunnen eten. Als er tijdig gecommuniceerd hadden we niet de hele avond hoeven wachten.... Inmiddels is het geld gelukkig wel teruggeboekt, iets wat als ik de rest van de recensies lees dan wel weer meevalt... UPDATE: dominos heeft inmiddels contact opgenomen & excuses aangeboden. De klacht is netjes opgepakt.

Beste personeel heel aardig en maakt de beste pizza’s alles word optijd bezorgd en een leuke sfeer

Lady was quiet efficient + helpful.. Fast working + good taste..

In de zaak zelf besteld was onze eerste keer daar geen reviews nog gezien nu ik ze achteraf gezien heb snap ik ze wel in de zaak een en al chaos gevloek en getier geen volwassene die leiding neemt en aanstuurd alles liep door elkaar en je kon bijna nie binnen komen door alle bezorgfietsen voor de deur eenmaal thuis komen we erachter dat een pizza niet goed belegt is dus verkeerd dan besteld enige plus puntje was dat de pizza's wel goed hebben gesmaakt maar als ik zou kiezen haal ik voor minder geld liever een verse jumbo pizza!

Pizza's zijn beter dan de concurrenten in de omgeving. Doen ook alles om jou te helpen en tevreden te stellen. Ga zo door!

Eten prima, personeel.... iets minder.

Gewoon goed prijs kwaliteit tis geen restaurant wah.

Pizza's niets mis mee tot op heden maar een paar maanden geleden dubbele geld afboeking gedaan van een bestelling. 4 keer voor gebeld en we zouden vier keer teruggebeld worden. Helaas niet gebeurt. Daarna maar een email gestuurd met dezelfde vraag en ook daar geen antwoord op. Kortom communiceren is lastig voor domino's Horst. Daarvoor helaas dus de ene ster. Voor de pizza's 5 sterren. Op basis van deze review gebeld door domino's en netjes de 30 euro terug gekregen. Vandaar aanpassing naar 4 sterren.

Als je besteld voot een bepaalde tijd moet je het ook rond die tijd op kunnen halen en niet nog een kwartier moeten zitten wachten

Had geen hoge verwachtingen, deze boeken zeker mee. Snelheid!!! Top!! Dat voor een startende onderneming in Horst. Smaak was oke. De milkshake was het minste.. uit de diepvries vol ijskristallen en niet lekker... Hieronder pizza, broodjes zeer zeer netjes. Hoi dit zo vol . :)

Aardig personeeel en lekkere pizza’s. Ook altijd snel bezorgd.

Would not come back here again. Just waited 10 min. On just two milkshakes with only a few people in the store. Shakes tasted bland ( no coffee flavor ) and all that at 4,50 a pop! Just look for pizzas at Ramses at this location way way better and cheaper and for the shakes just avoid

De pizza Kip, Bacon en BBQ was prima. Meer dan 70 minuten te laat bezorgd. Dat is niet goed. Na 20 minuten gebeld. Konden niet zeggen hoe laat hij kwam, het was druk. Zou om 17.50 komen was er rond 19:00. Vandaag belden ze me persoonlijk op met excuses te maken en bij de volgende keer zou ik een extra pizza krijgen.
