Domino's Pizza Kerkrade - Roda J.C. Ring in Wijk 00 Kerkrade-West

Were not asked if there was anyone else I needed to order from, many people had to wait a very long time, etc. I stood in the shop for a total of an hour, but the music was quite loud and one of the staff who was working with the dough was very unfriendly to other staff, but the other way around it was not ok.

The pizzas often don't have the right toppings, especially on special days when you get a lot less on your pizza. For example, a 50% discount means 50% less toppings. It's a shame, but true. I don't notice this at Domino's Kerkrade Theater. They're much better!

The place opened at 4 p.m., and we were the first customers, but it was simply filthy. The floor was dirty and covered in trash, and the tables hadn't been cleaned from the day before. The menu was too sticky to handle. The staff was friendly, and the pizza tasted good, but I can't say anything about that, although it might be wise to appoint a more experienced manager.

My last order here at Domino's Kerkrade Roda JC went COMPLETELY WRONG!!! On August 29, 2025, I ordered 8 pizzas here for my birthday to treat my work to a pizza lunch. I prepaid €52.92 for this through the website. The order was scheduled for 11:45 AM. Upon arrival (around 12:00 PM), the store was simply closed!! We contacted the main Domino's store at the time, which promised to follow up. Later that day, I received an apology by phone from Domino's Kerkrade Roda JC, promising that the €52.92 would be refunded after the weekend. It's been over a month now, and despite repeated promises, the €52.92 has still not been refunded. I don't think I'll ever see that money again. I've never experienced anything like this before. I will pursue this matter further through official legal channels. For me, this is a matter of principle. It's unacceptable to pay for an order without actually receiving anything in return. What makes it worse is that after repeated calls, I've been fobbed off with the promise of a refund after the weekend. This demonstrates extremely disrespectful customer service. It's a very unfortunate situation!

Pizza funghi was cold. Loaded Fries were dirty, fries were cold and tasted artificial. Mac and cheese was the size of a handful. Order postponed twice and then delivered too late. Really bad Domino's!!

Does that girl no longer work for you? She normally made all the pizzas. That girl works harder and better than all those guys combined

Disaster... Staff totally incompetent and don't even know their own products. Calculating coupons was something they didn't know how to do either The gift card specified online was also not available. In a nutshell, everything sucks. We then drove to another branch, oh wonder they were able to help us... Domino at the Roda Stadium is absolutely not recommended if you're hungry

Placed an order, I received the wrong order, then called them and said they would send the delivery person with the correct one, the delivery person came again with the wrong order. Called again and got the answer oh yes yes yes strange you will receive a coupon, so far no coupon has been received. Ordered thick shake 2 months later.., delivery person comes, pushes it into my hands, causing a thick shake to fall and just drives away. Ordered 2 shakes, only got 1

Went here yesterday for dinner. There were no guests when we entered. However, all tables were full of food scraps and old packaging from previous guests & the floor was wet and sticky everywhere. A boy was standing all alone in the kitchen and it took a very long time. When we received the order we ate it at home because it was really dirty inside. Once home, the sandwiches were bizarrely meager. It was more bread than chicken.... This branch is worthless! Normally I always go to Brunssum. Put these employees here for a while, so they can get some information :)

From the moment I placed the order to the counter employee, it took more than an hour for my pizza to be ready, which is a shame.

Didn't receive some of our food. Our shakes were delivered without whipped cream even though we chose and paid extra for this. Called an employee who was very unfriendly and did not find a solution. Last time we ordered here.

Always super friendly staff!! This time 2 pizzas had stuck to the plate a bit, causing a small hole in it. But without a doubt we made 2 new ones and received the “failed” one for free. Where else do you see that? Toppers.

Good advice, tasty pizzas, it was stone cold in the shop. It was like sitting outside. The door of the business was slightly open, but was closed more tightly and could not be closed completely.

Placed a couple orders from this location. Tonight I pre ordered pizza to arrive for kick off. Delivery timing was spot on. Compared to other locations the pizza always arrives hot, full of toppings and the delivery personal super friendly. Hands down the best dominos I’ve experienced here in the NL & UK. Keep it up 👏🏾

Pizza’s van Domino’s zijn altijd goed! Personeel vriendelijk en de bezorgers rennen zich het vuur uit de sloffen. Wel mogen ze die VRESELIJKE deur eens maken. De deur sluit niet óf alleen met een dikke knal en enkele seconden latet staat ie wéér open. Al maanden lang. En met de winter voor de deur (en rokers op de stoep in de zomer) is dat geen genot. Dit kan echt niet; ook niet als je de pizza binnen wil nuttigen. De winterjas aan tijdens het eten is niet heel klantvriendelijk. Fix die deur en dan zijn die vijf sterren een kwestie van tijd.

Ik ben deze middag opgebeld door de regio manager van domino’s na dat ik een klacht had ingediend domino’s is mij tegemoet gekomen en mijn klacht werd serieus genomen bij deze ben ik weer een tevreden klant Bedankt domino’s 👍🏻

Eten altijd supersnel klaar, vriendelijk personeel. Soms doet een medewerker een overkill aan saus erop, is afwisselend dus lijkt een specifieke medewerker te zijn. Let op: Bezorgkosten zijn "gratis", de producten zijn duurder om te compenseren voor verzendkosten, afhalen is altijd goedkoper. Gaat over euro's per product.

I went there alone, there is a small seating place, like 6 or 7 tables. The place cleanliness was very average. Employees were welcoming. They speak english as well. Order was quicly ready. I tried chicken kebab, pulled pork, and the meat lover pizzas. I personally like dominos crust. The tastiest pizza for me was the pulled pork. I would recommend the kebab. I would suggest ordering what is selling the best. I would also not recommend a dine in. No playground for kids of course.

Realtime tracker did not work. After it reached that our delivery was ready it took 20 min to arrive. It arrived cold and was hardly eatable.

Niet veel om over te klagen. De pizza's zijn zoals gewend van dominos, de bediening is vriendelijk. Alleen is hier binnen eten niet direct zo uitnodigend. Daarnaast raad ik aan om online te bestellen en af te halen, de zuil in het restaurantje werkt niet zo naar behoren en telt naar mijn idee niet direct de korting. Laat het eten smaken ! :)

I don’t know what this Domino’s do, but this is the best. Everyone is nice and kind, also the people who deliver. And they are always fast. Always get disappointed when I order from other filial because I always expect the quality of this one. 🫶🏾

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Leider ist es im Lokal sehr ungemütlich und ein wenig schmuddelig. Und die Toiletten sollte man auf garkeinen Fall benutzen. Die sind unterirdisch...

De mensen wat hier werken zijn klantvriendelijk, je kunt online bestellen, of in de winkel bestellen . Altijd goede service ,en lekker eten. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding zit goed.

Two flights and a bus ride later from the US, we were famished and tired. We chose this Domino's as an easy option for pickup within crawling distance from our hotel and we were extremely happy with our choice! We ordered a four cheese and an americana, both of which were prepared quickly. The dough and ingredients tasted even better than any of the usual Domino's we frequent in the US; we would highly recommend this Domino's -- especially if you're looking for an easy meal after a long voyage!

The workers did not know English and they made a mistake with the order, while they were making the pizzas they were using the phone.

Pizza's zijn goed. Personeel mag attenter zijn wanneer je de pizza ophaalt. Alleen in de zaak, digitale bord geeft aan dat de pizza klaar is en verder staat niets op jet bord. Pizza wordt netje in het rek gelegd en dan wordt niet geschakeld😫 Er staat een klant wat moeten we doen? 😱 heb ze uiteindelijk gevraagd de pizza uit het rek te halen. 3 personen keken mij en je zag ze denken🙄. Er is nog een pizzaklantenbelevingswereld te winnen😉

Smaak was goed, maar ontzettend slecht belegd (vlees). 2 meatlovers pizza's (family) met maar 5 stukjes bief en kip op de pizza's... Wauw echt "meatlovers" .. Bij de lokale turk heb je voor die prijs bijna 3 goed belegde pizza's

Katastrophe!!! Fast eine Std. Auf ne Pizza gewartet zum abholen !!! Weil Sie 2. Mal falsch gemacht wurde... Für Dominos Pizza ist das eine Schande... Und die haben noch nicht mal Mais als Zutaten... Auch die Leute selbst sind nicht grade freundlich... teilweise steht man an der Theke zum bestellen 15 min !!!! Weil keiner von denen das egal ist... Also ich kenne Dominos nur mit 1.klassigen Service ... Aber hier hat das nichts mit Dominos Service zu tun.. Als hier nicht mehr ...

Super verse pizza's. Heerlijk en super warm. En vandaag ook weer super gegeten en ondanks een kleine fout heel super opgelost. Top geregeld en top service 👍👍👍

De pizza's zijn heerlijk en er werkt top personeel! Als je aangeeft dat de tafel vies is, wordt het direct schoongemaakt. Ook het systeem wanneer je eten klaar is, vind ik ook goed werken, aangezien ze niet met nummers maar met namen werken.

Domino's ik ga persoonlijk niet naar deze Domino's maar ik denk dat deze ook wel lekker is Maar gewoon over Domino's: het komt meestal wel optijd aan bijna altijd nog warm en gewoon goed afgeleverd Welke pizza ik heel erg aan raad is De pizza deluxe die is heel lekker Alleen de kip is vrij duur maar alsnog Top zaak!
