Pizzeria Star III in Wijk 01 Kerkrade-Oost

Unfortunately, the pizzas were inedible; they arrived cold and the crust was super thin, just like prawn crackers. Colleagues have ordered here often and for most of them this was a no-go. Of course, someone deserves a chance, but after a few times it is still just as bad. Never again for me. I'd rather order in my own town, take it to work, and heat it up; at least then I know for sure it tastes good.

Waited a long time for 1 pizza, 2 hours in total. After waiting an hour, I called to ask where the food was, and was told the delivery driver was on the way. After 30 minutes, I called again and was told the delivery driver was on the way once more. After waiting for 2 hours, the delivery driver finally arrived, even though I live a 6-minute drive away. It is recommended not to order food here unless you have enough time to wait 😜

Waited 2.5 hours for a pizza that is cold and has raw mushrooms on it. The fries were greasy and not even cooked through; it just makes you sick. This is also the last time I will order from here.

Ordered a delicious kapsalon. Fresh iceberg lettuce, tasty fries, and the meat tender and not burnt👍 no grease in the container and warm enough to eat right away. Delivery took 30 minutes. Well, I say top-notch and I really enjoyed my meal after my long day at work👍

The worst pizza I have ever eaten! First of all, I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes. Second, the pizza was cold and hard, and third – the worst part – the salami (or ham, I don’t even know what it was) smells and tastes like rotten meat. It is 100% spoiled! Please close your restaurant and stop offering such food to people. The money goes straight into the trash. Even a hungry dog wouldn’t eat this! Take action immediately or close permanently or change your products, because this is absolutely unacceptable.

Ordered food here, €25 for a pizza and fries😅 Paid in advance, food delivered to the wrong city/town. After that, I waited 45 minutes for the food to arrive. Meanwhile, I'd already sent an email saying I didn't need the food anymore. Ordered at 1:30, arrived at 3:30. The food was cold. The delivery driver (from Star) told me I'd get my money back. The next day, I received an error message about the incorrect email address (removed from the website). I called today and was initially referred to Thuiszorg (Home Delivery). They only help within 24 hours of ordering. I called Star again. I was told I could place the same order, at their expense. I said I wanted to take advantage of that right away... Hours later, I received a call, but it wasn't feasible today. I can order when the weather improves. (Light snowfall today.) Now I'm reading the comments here and decided to share them anyway. If the food/money is refunded, I'll update my review. Recommended? Unfortunately not...

Delivery guy arrived on a camel. Waited over two hours and the food was freezing. Never again.

You could say it was horrible, but horrible does not describe it suffeciently. The wings tasted awful and had so many feathers on them, we just threw them away. And we ordered a margrita and got a fungi that was not good either. They could have just pick some trash and it would have been better than that "food".

Hele lekkere schnitzel met room saus en patatjes smaakte erg goed. Prijs niet duur. Maar bediening was niet zo goed.

Op een late avond nog naar binnen kunnen lopen om te bestellen. Samen met mijn reisgenoot pizza's besteld. De werknemer ging zelf nog aan de slag met de deegroller om de pizza's te maken. Uiteindelijk heerlijk gegeten voor niet al te veel geld.
