They did not have creme fraiche and asked if normal tomato sauce is fine, I said yes no problem but I also payed extra to add pineapple on my pizza, but it was not added. So instead of having a creme bacon pizza with pineapple, I basically received a regina, but was not reimbursed. Very unhappy. Please double check your order before accepting

I am a loyal customer, but I am very disappointed with the inconsistency in the quality of your pizzas. Sometimes they are good, but most of the time I regret ordering, especially on Sundays. The pizzas often arrive overcooked, almost like a burnt piece of paper. Today I ordered two large cheese pizzas from your Maarssen branch, and it was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with Domino’s, even compared to many other countries I’ve visited. Edit; Domino's solved the problem nicely! :) Ordered a pizza that still wasn't there after more than an hour, home delivery said a delivery time of 20-30 minutes. After more than an hour I called Domino's Maarssen, I got a guy on the phone who said it was too busy and that they had no idea what time my pizza would arrive. So I got food somewhere else. After more than two hours the pizza finally arrived, but I rejected it because I had already eaten something else. So I lost about 15 euros..

Well, you're better off getting your pizza from the Turkish around the corner, at least you get value for your money there. Ordered a perfect pepperoni pizza. Pepperoni, dough and tomato sauce were there, only the cheese was missing. Can't go well there either

The food is always delicious, especially the service from the franchisee is very good. That's really a reason for me to go there. I ordered the day before yesterday and the order was packed right when I arrived. Nowadays there are even a few tables so you can have a meal there too, very handy!

Yesterday I chose pizza with red onion as an extra ingredient. There were literally 4 pieces of red onion measuring about 2cm on the pizza. Employee spoke to her, apologized, pizza didn't look good. Got a discount code for a free pizza. Bad thing!

Picked up pizzas last Tuesday. It was clear there was no manager present. We had to wait a long time before we were helped and the employees were just having fun with each other and they were shouting loudly because they were having the most fun. A door was broken and of course that had to be filmed and then there was even louder shouting. It really wasn't normal how they behaved. So we will never come here again. How can you behave like this when there are customers?

Ordered via the app at 7:00 PM. I saw on the tracker that the order was ready at 7:15 PM. Food arrived lukewarm at 7:55 PM, an hour after ordering. Called and was treated in a very rude and laughing manner. Nothing could be done, it was not even said how I came to think of calling. Great pizzas, I'd rather get them here than anywhere else. But I didn't get pizzas that often anymore, so when I went by again, it turned out that I couldn't simply pay in cash anymore. Only pins. “For the safety of the staff,” was the response. Well, that's a shame, that's how you lose customers... Picking up means waiting in a completely empty room with a few stools. Then just stand there for a moment and look at the menu on the window poster. It turns out that the prices on that poster differ from those on the website (home delivery). I also just asked, but the price of the poster was correct (it was €1 less for my pizza). Too bad, one less takeaway shop to choose from. The promotions on the general Domino's website do not appear to apply to all branches. I once received a promotional leaflet in the mail, but I couldn't find a branch nearby that took part.

Got a pizza with pizza rolls around 9:00 PM. Before we walked out the door again it was an hour later (we were the only ones in the shop). The first time the pizza is ready, they forgot to put the pizza rolls in the oven, this was after waiting 40 minutes. Then, after waiting another 20 minutes, I receive a couple of boxes in my hand and discover that they forgot to give me the pizza. I went back to get the pizza once I got home I got the 25cm instead of the 29cm. Then I called the store, a very nice guy on the line who wanted to make it up to me with a free pizza check that I will receive via text message. 24 hours later I received nothing at all. Very disappointed

Taste is generally always okay, but after indicating several times (4x) in comments that we want the pizzas uncut, we still get them cut every time. We also called about this for extra attention, but unfortunately. As a result, we have the feeling that the comments are not read or taken seriously. Unfortunately, after each order we had to send the pizzas back and wait for new pizzas.

We ordered 2 x 4 pizzas via a discount coupon. The first 4 pizzas arrived 40 minutes late. The other 4 pizzas were "forgotten" according to the delivery person. He was going to pick them up soon, but unfortunately the pizzas didn't come. After 1.5 hours I called and it turned out that the pizzas had not even been made. Very disappointing. No more Domino's for me.

I'll start by mentioning the fact that I hadn't eaten anything today and was therefore quite hungry, this was also the ONLY reason I didn't throw the pizza straight into the trash. The pizza I chose was a tropical BBQ with extra bacon. When I opened the box I expected a round pizza or something like that, but what I saw was a pizza whose shape was approaching that of a triangle because the pizza had been pressed together and I have no idea how. The pizza was cut, but not in a way that I had to go over it 3 times to get a normal piece of pizza in my hands, on top of that there was just a hole in the middle of the pizza the size of a child's fist. If these two problems weren't bad enough, they also forgot the spring onion that is mentioned in the description of the pizza and there was so much sauce on the pizza that I might as well have put the pizza in a blender to drink. It's simply impossible to eat that much sauce. I'm getting a pizza, not a smoothie. This is the first pizza in my life that I just left because it was inedible, disappointing. If it was possible to drop a 0 star review I would have done it.

Unfortunately, if you order by telephone, the discount codes are not very valid. even after an email to dominos. So if you want to order something that is different (gluten-free base with a different topping, for example) you have to call because it is not possible on the site. And telephone is worthless because you don't always understand each other well, so instead of supreme meatlover I got a pull beef meatlover with extra cheese? plus points for the taste and that you can get a gluten-free base with other toppings by telephone, but big negative points for the flexibility of ordering by telephone.

Unfortunately I had to give at least 1 star, but I actually want to give 0. The management is bad, really really bad. I agreed with them in advance that I would earn €3.80 per hour as a 14-year-old bicycle deliverer. I stopped working at this location after working a few times because the employers were very unclear and had poor management skills. I had agreed with management that I would simply get my money paid. Afterwards I was paid more than ⅓ less than agreed. After waiting 4 weeks for my remaining part of the salary (which never came), I contacted one of the employers. He suddenly came up with the idea that my hourly wage would be €2.44. This really didn't make sense, because I had agreed that my hourly wage would be €3.80! He also said that he himself determined the hourly wages per employee after the first trial day. He did this based on how quickly you could deliver a pizza. So unfair. I don't think this is the intention. Later he said that I could go back to work for him when I was 15, and that I would then receive an hourly wage of a 16-year-old. In short, an adult man (the employer) cannot even help a 14-year-old child normally, and comes up with excuses not to pay someone his salary. This establishment is a corrupt gang. If I may give some advice: don't work here and don't buy your pizzas here. New York Pizza is 10 meters off.

When we got there we found arguing employees, a huge dirty mess and the pizza hadn't even been made. Do you still want it? Erm...just discussed on the phone right? Pizza made reluctantly. Soggy and little to no toppings. Never again. It seems sensible to me that Domino's should take a very close look at this branch in Maarssenbroek. Many negative reviews about poor/no (delivery) service and dirtiness. Ruined the whole Domino's concept.

My first experience at Domino's in Maarssen, terrible. I cycled there in the cold only to receive the wrong order. I ordered a magerita and a deep pan pepperoni pizza which ended up being a normal pepperoni pizza, I didn't go back in the end because my other pizza would get cold. I also bought drinks for which the discount appears not to have been applied. Thank you for this service

What toddlers! Dough was thrown while waiting, while 'enjoying' the music they had put on themselves. Bad pizza compared to other Domino's. There was pineapple on it that didn't belong and it was half cooked. So drive on to another one!

Ordered 3 pizzas yesterday and 2 were delivered. Koeier went back for the other one and came back later because he forgot which one it was. Old review: It would be nice if you could also pick up a (piece of) pizza from you in the afternoon. For example on Friday when many companies have joint lunch. New ones: The opening of your store on Friday afternoon was just as sudden and unannounced as the fact that it is now closed again... Poor customer service / communication!
