New York Pizza Maarssen in Wijk 12 Maarssenbroek

I ordered a pizza at 6:00 PM, it's now 7:40 PM, and I still haven't received it. I've called five times, and no one answers. Don't order from them.

Ordered 2 hours ago, still haven't received anything. The phone is NOT answered; it's simply unreachable. I've now been put on hold four times, and the call is automatically disconnected after several minutes. This has nothing to do with being busy.

Waiting 1.5 hours for a pizza is ridiculous.

What a place, I ordered 2 pizzas there and when I called, I was treated rudely and portrayed as a liar over the phone. I don't think it's strange that everything is closing here. If you're treated like that everywhere, I don't think it's strange. You'll never see me ordering a pizza there again.

The worst service this New York Pizza location has ever provided. I placed an order, living about a mile away, and it took an hour and a half to arrive. Apparently, they had delivered it to other people; those people called me and told me. This place picked up the pizza and sent it back to me cold. I couldn't reach customer service. The worst experience these people have ever provided.

What a lousy mess. Ordered pizza, order accepted, and now it's 11:30 PM, still waiting, no pizza delivered, and lost my money. Finally, someone answers the phone and yells "Hello, sir." It's amazing how you can see that from the other end. And they hang up the phone. Hire good staff, because that's ruining your business. And this isn't the first time.

I just ordered two pizzas and two desserts. The pizzas were great, but my cheesecake was still frozen.

Sorry, but WHAT kind of service is this?? At 7:50 PM, we placed an order for 4 pizzas through Thuisbezorgd, saying they would be delivered within 15 minutes. After 40 minutes, we decided to call because it was taking much longer than the estimated delivery time. We called over eight times and received zero answers; they're not answering. Now, over an hour later, they STILL haven't been delivered?! What a terrible place. Please improve yourself.

We ordered food at 7:00 PM (2 pizzas). By 8:40 PM, it still hadn't arrived. We even tried calling the restaurant, but after 17 calls, there was still no response (another person also called). It's absolutely outrageous that no one answers, and especially that there's no communication whatsoever. DO NOT order from here; it's yet another example of poor service.

I changed the pizza sauce and mentioned it in the comments, but nothing was done about it. I ordered chicken with soy honey sauce and received BBQ sauce. I ordered two separate sauces, but they weren't delivered. The only thing that was correct was the dessert. They were also an hour late, and when I called, they answered the phone and immediately disconnected me.

Order never arrived but showed up as ‘Delivered’ on the Thuisbezorgd App. I made a mistake by ordering too late, having misread the closing hour - and for that I apologize. But that doesn’t mean you should report it as ‘Delivered’ and pocket my money.

Dear people in this world, I just ordered pizza from New York for the first time and I can tell you that it will definitely be my last time. I ordered my pizza at 7:16 PM and 2.5 hours later it finally arrived. First, after 1 hour and 45 minutes, the gentleman told me that I had told the delivery person my pizza was cold and I did not need it anymore. After further conversation, my pizza, which according to the gentleman was remade, arrived 45 minutes later, as I indicated earlier, cold and tough. All in all, a disgusting pizza and I strongly discourage anyone from ordering here, it looked like I was eating the bottom of my grandmother's callous!!!

I paid for a pizza online and ordered it for pickup at 5:30 PM. When I arrived at the Maarssen location, I was met with closed doors. After calling eight times, someone answered with a "yes, we were running late" message, without any communication or a note on the door. I assume my money will be refunded as soon as possible. Never again.

The taste of the food is fine, but everything I add to the pizza in the app/order is not added. This has happened every time so far, a shame. I pay extra for these ingredients and then they are not added. The basic ingredients are also stingy. The pieces of shawarma on my friend's pizza could be counted on one hand. The salads are also very falsely advertised. I had exactly 5 quarters of cherry tomatoes and 3 small balls of mozzarella.

Every time something is forgotten with my order. This is also the case with the chocolate mousse today. Called at a quarter to 8 and a new one would be delivered, I think it still needs to be fixed because I haven't received anything yet.

Worthless, there is something wrong every time I order. Now ordered 2 pizzas, upon delivery 1 pizza was really cold, in the trend pizza the next day and the other one had steam coming off. Called 10 times, no answer. After not being available, I'm done with it. Maybe a tip for your team. Talk to each other about the orders, let each other know the status of an order.

The pizzas are prepared with your bare hands 🙄 The pizza is sparsely topped. Just like McDonald's, it doesn't look like the promised picture... but 10 grams of minced meat, 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of pepperoni... with some gunk hmmm then 12.50 is quite a lot of money. Really a shame about the name NYP

I did not receive part of my order at home. I contacted them about this, but after false promises and a number of emails later, I was eventually promised a free pizza. It's not really free anymore if you've already paid for things that you no longer get. I didn't go into that anymore either. I'll go one door further from now on, long live Domino's!

I was treated rudely by an employee who claimed that he had simply placed the correct order... the wrong pizzas had to be returned and the new ones were inedible (appetite had already gone, of course). A complaint was filed and then no response was made. contacted you. Very unfortunate because I have never experienced this with NYP (other branches).

Pizza is very tasty, tastes good but it is cold and that is a shame considering I live around the corner..

The worst pizza I've had in last 5 years. There was literally almost no cheese at 5 cheeses pizza and soury tomatoes pelati were predominant across both 5 cheeses and double pepperoni pizza. For this ,premium price should be a way better taste! Service was only bright point 👉 so 5 stars only for fast and polite delivery guy.

We received our order within 15 minutes. Great time, but I got a tasteless 4 cheese pizza. Several in the house have tasted and shared the same opinion. It was a lump of tasteless warm dough bite. Pizza is now in the bin!

I don't know who makes your pizzas, but the pizzas always have strange airy bumps, not small ones, but large ones, so that the entire topping is gone. I pay for a pizza with topping, not bubbles. Something isn't going well there

The owner of this place is a big scammer. Ordered pizzas with an order value of €75. Not delivered. Requested a refund. Emailed customer service, spoke to the owner. Bottom line, nothing arranged. That this owner has even received a franchise license. Owner: Aboubakr, if you read this you are giving foreigners a bad name.

I cannot say that, I can only cancel your order. The website is correct with the indicated time. It is very busy... my order has now been canceled and my money will be refunded within 7 days... never again New York Pizza Maarssen for us and I advise against it to everyone.

Ordered a pizza online around 4pm that I wanted at 6pm. Tried to call half an hour later, unfortunately the phone didn't ring. Finally around 7pm the delivery person came with the pizzas. I will never order from here again. Their competitors are faster and better.

Update: Weeks later, an initiative on my part to draw attention to the complaint gives 1 single response and that is the standard free pizza. If that is not accepted then it will become quiet. New York Pizza doesn't care about the customers because they don't want to find a solution at all. A true feast tonight with 6 flavors of pizza, Cinnamon bread and lava cakes. Due to the weather and crowds, the pizzas were a bit late, I ordered some extras and we received the extras as a gift from the owner. What a more than sympathetic action. And such a nice delivery person who was full of cheerfulness despite the rain. Only New York Pizza for us. Thank you! 🍕🙏

Clean pizza place with a young group of hardworking guys. Something had fallen and we received the entire order warm again with something to drink. The boys work hard, so waiting a while isn't that bad! There is one boy in particular who takes the lead and really keeps the whole shop running, his name is Cas.

I have ordered here 2 days in a row, but I keep getting a grumpy delivery person at the door. Just a ''Bye'' or a ''Here, please'', but then very short. I really don't think this is a pleasant service to receive my pizza. I think the quality is good.

Ordered food and was told an hour later that it had been delivered. We have not received anything. 2 hours later and after calling 5 times I finally spoke to someone. The delivery person would have been at our door, but we didn't open it?! No one came to our door, no bell, no knock. Now 2.5 hours later, €35 poorer and an empty stomach!

Ordered pizzas + donuts at 7:28 PM and the delivery person wasn't at the door until 9:30 PM. Tried to call the branch several times in the meantime, but unfortunately no contact. Unfortunately, we received our pizzas at the door 2 hours too late and decided not to accept it. The reason was a large crowd, but make sure you report this when ordering. There is little chance that we will order from here again.

Good pizza ready quickly. It was on a Wednesday evening. Had ordered 15 in advance via the app. When I was there they were just in the oven.

Very bad experience with this branch. Ordered for the 1st time in December and had to wait almost 2 hours for cold pizzas. We had telephone contact with this branch and during this conversation we were told that we should be happy that we were still getting food. Naturally, the review we were asked to provide was not very positive. And since then we have been stalked by New York Pizza Maarssen. They call every day! Home delivery also continues to email us because, according to New York Pizza, they will delete our review tomorrow and that we have given permission for this. We never gave permission for that! That's the worst part, they lie about it too... we did get discounts on the next order, but unfortunately... it was also cold. You can always make a mistake, but treat your guests and customers with respect... that was hard to find at this company, unfortunately... never again!
