On Sunday, August 23, I waited for my pizza for more than an hour (about 1.5 hours). They were also unreachable by phone.

The order was supposed to arrive between 18:10 and 18:30. Finally delivered at 18:55. Great when you have to leave for work at 19:00. Very unfriendly on the phone.

I have already been waiting for my pizza for 3 weeks… I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund for a pizza that was never delivered, but nothing is being done about it. Additionally, you can't call Nyp Maarssen either because you get hung up on immediately.

I had a terrible experience with New York Pizza!!! I ordered a pizza and a cookie at 10:08 PM, and I even received the order confirmation. After more than half an hour, it said it had been delivered, but I hadn't received anything. After a call with Reduan, he told me that there were only two people working and that was why they were closing earlier than stated online; ridiculous! I was still able to order and received the confirmation; how can Reduan decide to close earlier?!!!! He said I would get my money back, but I haven't received any message about it yet. Very strange. I have also lost my long-saved pizza points. I will never order here again if I don't get a refund!

Absolutely worthless, pathetic place; no response if you call. You can wait 2 hours for your food. And absolutely no communication is possible. This isn't the first time this has happened. The food is fine, but what an absolute nightmare ordering anything here.

I was so happy that NY Pizza had such a wide selection of gluten-free pizzas. On May 14th, I ordered a gluten-free pizza and another pizza. I received a call fifteen minutes later. The gluten-free crust was out of stock. They said they would refund the money within a week. I emailed, called, called headquarters, called again. "I will call you back tonight." A week later (by now June 18th), I went to collect my money in person. The employee seemed very shocked. The manager had all sorts of excuses.

Ordered quite late. They don't even bother to cancel the order; they simply don't deliver. The next day, I also have to chase them up myself to get my money back. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. What a rubbish place.

The delivery drivers had forgotten a dessert and brought it over quickly. It was also delivered quickly. Ordered at 5:30 and it was already here just before 6.

Ordered yesterday, May 24th, at 8:00 PM. Was delivered at 9:45 PM. They were unreachable by phone. The food was fine.

It is almost impressive how little this place seems to care about the people who order there. Ordered twice, and both times didn't receive everything I paid for. This time I went to the location to complain because, coincidentally, the phone hasn't been working for months (can you believe that?). Consequently, they can't give a refund because there is no cash (which is understandable) or card machine to return it. The owner was called (I wonder by now if this was even true) and was told the money would be refunded to the card used for the order. A week has passed now and still nothing. In short, if you feel like ruining an easy night of ordering, by all means order here. If you actually want your food exactly as you ordered it, keep looking ;)

You order a pizza and specify "ASAP delivery," but ultimately have to wait over an hour and a half for it. I understand that if you order at 5:30 PM, you won't get your pizza quickly. But 7:15 PM is way too long.

The app doesn't work at all, and there were no updates. The pizza was overloaded with spices and was thinner and harder than a piece of cardboard. A shame, because it used to be good.

I just ordered and got raw chicken. Now they're unreachable by phone, the phone is broken! The whole order is completely wrong. Last time I got New York pizza, the chicken goes straight in the trash.

It's always hit or miss at this location. But I don't understand why I keep falling for it. Half the ingredients on the pizza are wrong or haven't been added. You pay extra for other ingredients—they don't care, you get the standard pizza. One time it's nice and thick, just like it should be—the next time you get a piece of paper as pizza. Customer service? Nonexistent. You're either a liar or you get a "coupon for a free pizza" that isn't even free because you have to order something extra due to the minimum order value. I've ordered from other locations plenty of times and had delicious pizza. Man, before the coronavirus period, this location was also great. The new owner is just a profit-maker who doesn't care about quality. The delivery drivers, on the other hand, are always friendly.

I regularly order from New York Pizza Maarssen. Unfortunately, I have problems with almost every order. The pizzas are wrong or they've forgotten items. The quality of the pizzas isn't what I'm used to from other New York Pizza shops either. This was my last order; I'm really done with it.

I regularly order from New York Pizza and am always very satisfied, but today was extremely disappointing. Today I ordered from the New York Pizza location in Maarssen for the second time. The first time was quite good. But today, there was literally no cheese on the pizza, making it incredibly dry. They also forgot other ingredients, including no garlic oil on the crust. It was sloppy, and the pizza was simply not tasty at all. After eating a quarter of the pizza, I threw it away. I'd rather not order from this location in Maarssen again. A waste of money.

On January 2nd, I placed an order after 10:00 PM. Apparently, they were closed then, but Thuiszorgd said they would deliver in an hour. After waiting an hour, I googled them and called them, but they were indeed closed. I thought my money would be refunded a few days later, until the next day when I saw that it was delivered at 11:01 PM. Later that same day, I checked again, and it said it was delivered at 11:42 PM. It's impossible to contact New York Pizza, not even through the official website. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NEW YORK PIZZA MAARSSEN❗‼️‼️‼️

I've ordered many times and never had any complaints. Now I placed an order at 10:53 PM. I checked the website to see if I could still order, and it said it was. It was supposed to be delivered at 11:25/11:40 PM, according to the tracking. The store had also received the order. I called, but there was no answer. I drove there, and everything was already closed. If you close earlier, don't accept any more orders! I want my money back.

What a place, I ordered 2 pizzas there and when I called, I was treated rudely and portrayed as a liar over the phone. I don't think it's strange that everything is closing here. If you're treated like that everywhere, I don't think it's strange. You'll never see me ordering a pizza there again.

The worst service this New York Pizza location has ever provided. I placed an order, living about a mile away, and it took an hour and a half to arrive. Apparently, they had delivered it to other people; those people called me and told me. This place picked up the pizza and sent it back to me cold. I couldn't reach customer service. The worst experience these people have ever provided.

What a lousy mess. Ordered pizza, order accepted, and now it's 11:30 PM, still waiting, no pizza delivered, and lost my money. Finally, someone answers the phone and yells "Hello, sir." It's amazing how you can see that from the other end. And they hang up the phone. Hire good staff, because that's ruining your business. And this isn't the first time.

Sorry, but WHAT kind of service is this?? At 7:50 PM, we placed an order for 4 pizzas through Thuisbezorgd, saying they would be delivered within 15 minutes. After 40 minutes, we decided to call because it was taking much longer than the estimated delivery time. We called over eight times and received zero answers; they're not answering. Now, over an hour later, they STILL haven't been delivered?! What a terrible place. Please improve yourself.

We ordered food at 7:00 PM (2 pizzas). By 8:40 PM, it still hadn't arrived. We even tried calling the restaurant, but after 17 calls, there was still no response (another person also called). It's absolutely outrageous that no one answers, and especially that there's no communication whatsoever. DO NOT order from here; it's yet another example of poor service.

I changed the pizza sauce and mentioned it in the comments, but nothing was done about it. I ordered chicken with soy honey sauce and received BBQ sauce. I ordered two separate sauces, but they weren't delivered. The only thing that was correct was the dessert. They were also an hour late, and when I called, they answered the phone and immediately disconnected me.

Order never arrived but showed up as ‘Delivered’ on the Thuisbezorgd App. I made a mistake by ordering too late, having misread the closing hour - and for that I apologize. But that doesn’t mean you should report it as ‘Delivered’ and pocket my money.

Dear people in this world, I just ordered pizza from New York for the first time and I can tell you that it will definitely be my last time. I ordered my pizza at 7:16 PM and 2.5 hours later it finally arrived. First, after 1 hour and 45 minutes, the gentleman told me that I had told the delivery person my pizza was cold and I did not need it anymore. After further conversation, my pizza, which according to the gentleman was remade, arrived 45 minutes later, as I indicated earlier, cold and tough. All in all, a disgusting pizza and I strongly discourage anyone from ordering here, it looked like I was eating the bottom of my grandmother's callous!!!

I paid for a pizza online and ordered it for pickup at 5:30 PM. When I arrived at the Maarssen location, I was met with closed doors. After calling eight times, someone answered with a "yes, we were running late" message, without any communication or a note on the door. I assume my money will be refunded as soon as possible. Never again.

The taste of the food is fine, but everything I add to the pizza in the app/order is not added. This has happened every time so far, a shame. I pay extra for these ingredients and then they are not added. The basic ingredients are also stingy. The pieces of shawarma on my friend's pizza could be counted on one hand. The salads are also very falsely advertised. I had exactly 5 quarters of cherry tomatoes and 3 small balls of mozzarella.

Worthless, there is something wrong every time I order. Now ordered 2 pizzas, upon delivery 1 pizza was really cold, in the trend pizza the next day and the other one had steam coming off. Called 10 times, no answer. After not being available, I'm done with it. Maybe a tip for your team. Talk to each other about the orders, let each other know the status of an order.

The pizzas are prepared with your bare hands 🙄 The pizza is sparsely topped. Just like McDonald's, it doesn't look like the promised picture... but 10 grams of minced meat, 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of pepperoni... with some gunk hmmm then 12.50 is quite a lot of money. I did not receive part of my order at home. I contacted them about this, but after false promises and a number of emails later, I was eventually promised a free pizza. It's not really free anymore if you've already paid for things that you no longer get. I didn't go into that anymore either. I'll go one door further from now on, long live Domino's!

I was treated rudely by an employee who claimed that he had simply placed the correct order... the wrong pizzas had to be returned and the new ones were inedible (appetite had already gone, of course). A complaint was filed and then no response was made. contacted you. Very unfortunate because I have never experienced this with NYP (other branches).

Pizza is very tasty, tastes good but it is cold and that is a shame considering I live around the corner..

The worst pizza I've had in last 5 years. There was literally almost no cheese at 5 cheeses pizza and soury tomatoes pelati were predominant across both 5 cheeses and double pepperoni pizza. For this ,premium price should be a way better taste! Service was only bright point 👉 so 5 stars only for fast and polite delivery guy.

We received our order within 15 minutes. Great time, but I got a tasteless 4 cheese pizza. Several in the house have tasted and shared the same opinion. It was a lump of tasteless warm dough bite. Pizza is now in the bin!

I don't know who makes your pizzas, but the pizzas always have strange airy bumps, not small ones, but large ones, so that the entire topping is gone. I pay for a pizza with topping, not bubbles. Something isn't going well there

The owner of this place is a big scammer. Ordered pizzas with an order value of €75. Not delivered. Requested a refund. Emailed customer service, spoke to the owner. Bottom line, nothing arranged. A true feast tonight with 6 flavors of pizza, Cinnamon bread and lava cakes. Due to the weather and crowds, the pizzas were a bit late, I ordered some extras and we received the extras as a gift from the owner. What a more than sympathetic action. And such a nice delivery person who was full of cheerfulness despite the rain. Only New York Pizza for us. Thank you! 🍕🙏

Clean pizza place with a young group of hardworking guys. Something had fallen and we received the entire order warm again with something to drink. The boys work hard, so waiting a while isn't that bad! There is one boy in particular who takes the lead and really keeps the whole shop running, his name is Cas.

I have ordered here 2 days in a row, but I keep getting a grumpy delivery person at the door. Just a ''Bye'' or a ''Here, please'', but then very short. I really don't think this is a pleasant service to receive my pizza. I think the quality is good.

Ordered food and was told an hour later that it had been delivered. We have not received anything. 2 hours later and after calling 5 times I finally spoke to someone. The delivery person would have been at our door, but we didn't open it?! No one came to our door, no bell, no knock. Now 2.5 hours later, €35 poorer and an empty stomach!

Ordered pizzas + donuts at 7:28 PM and the delivery person wasn't at the door until 9:30 PM. Tried to call the branch several times in the meantime, but unfortunately no contact. Unfortunately, we received our pizzas at the door 2 hours too late and decided not to accept it. The reason was a large crowd, but make sure you report this when ordering. There is little chance that we will order from here again.

I actually wanted to order sushi, but I saw such an attractive boy standing at No York Pizza that I spontaneously went there. What delicious pizzas they have there, especially the 5 cheese pizza is incredibly tasty. Top staff.
