Order number 77fa5f71-38aa-4948-ba25-d9493a7c3335 September 7, 2025 This time we took the plunge and, after an intense day out, ordered two pizzas from Domino's for the first time (and paid for them with "ideal"). When the delivery driver arrived, it turned out he only had one pizza with him. He asked me to call him; it seems to me that a dedicated delivery driver would call the store himself. As the third person I spoke to on the phone, I got to speak to "the manager." Sorry here, sorry there...but a customer-focused manager would offer a little something extra for the follow-up delivery. Apparently, I encountered a manager who was very focused on his own production process........ Besides that, this "first delivered" pizza wasn't exactly warm, which was a shame........ Perhaps a check during the order loading process (everything is clearly stated on the receipt) could have ensured we could have eaten together. Procedurally incorporating such a check isn't exactly rocket science........ Half an hour later, pizza number 2 arrived; I immediately checked its temperature upon delivery...and informed the delivery driver that this pizza wasn't warm either. In fact, I invited him to feel it himself. He apparently wasn't interested; he gave a (in my opinion) disinterested response..."I can't help it, I'm just doing my job." Normally, a delivery driver gets a tip from the container inside the front door, but they do have to show some commitment. To put it bluntly: I think they both need to hear the word "customer-focused engagement" for the first time. Now, lukewarm pizzas taste significantly worse than warm pizzas, so that's the first disappointment regarding our order. Partial deliveries seem to be accepted at Domino's, as their response and actions to my customer were rather lukewarm. All in all, a poor performance, especially in terms of logistics. Moreover, in my opinion, the organization is poorly "picking up and brushing aside" things towards the customer (me, that is). But they probably won't care; they already have my money in their pockets. I fully realize that I've posted a (perhaps too) extensive, detailed, negative review. But I did this in the hope that someone within the Domino organization will realize that there might be a customer with somewhat valid criticism. And of course, I'd like to invite Domino to contact me to discuss their perspective on the matter with me. I'm certainly dissatisfied with their product, service, and communication thus far. Alex

I would definitely recommend it. The food is standard Domino's, but it's great that the staff are smiling and chatting with you while you wait.

There was a really handsome scooter delivery guy. I think his name was Yoeri. He was still single, so I'd recommend all the ladies to go on a date with this sexy beast.

The pizzas were nice and hot and delicious. The salami was a bit burnt, which made the pizza less flavorful. Everything else was good.

Always been a regular customer, my children always loved the salami pizza. Placed an order for 3 pizzas today. They were burnt really not tasty. Also so topped that you had to search for the meat with a magnifying glass. The dough base has also suddenly become very thin which does not benefit the taste. Final conclusion: all 3 ended up in the trash. Never order a pizza there again for us. Quality has really deteriorated considerably.

The pizza americana had no minced meat, but chicken (shawarma). Too bad, the taste was not good, a waste of the money you pay for it (15.99)... and suddenly you get something on the pizza that you don't like.. And the apple pie pizza had no cinnamon sugar and a total of 5 apple cubes on the entire pizza.. very expensive for 6.99 now a salty dry pizza base without the further taste of apple and cinnamon. You can now better use the base as a frisbee.. a total of 20 euros down the drain! Shame!

Ordered food at 4:30 for a quarter to 8. I called at 8 o'clock where the food was. First I get someone who only speaks English, we still live in the Netherlands so it would be nice if they just speak Dutch. Pizzas went into the oven now, we'll be there in 20 minutes. Well the food didn't arrive until a quarter to 9 and then they also forgot the milkshake that was frozen and no straw with it

I order from Domino's every now and then, I always find it quite tasty. Today it was unfortunately a lot less. There was a thick layer of cheese on my caprese pizza. Thicker than the dough itself. It was inedible. I didn't add any extra cheese when ordering. It was super greasy and salty because of the cheese. It was also elastic. Too bad I had to throw it away.. The lava cake was fine. A bit like pudding instead of cake.

Ridiculous times it takes them to deliver at Domino O'hout on the weekend. Rest assured it will take 1.5 hours plus. Then you cancel because it takes too long, they promise that the money paid will be refunded in a few days. But it has been taking much longer. You can get food even faster during the weekend by cycling to the KFC in Breda and back.

The delivery arrived 1.5 hours later than expected. Very little understanding and poor service. No more Domino's for us.

We picked the pizza up from the shop and it was delicious. Not sure why other reviewer are upset with the delivery as that has nothing to do with the restaurant or the quality of the food.

Delicious pizzas, you can choose from a lot. The atmosphere is a bit quieter, which is nice for me, and the service is also good.

The delivery person did not arrive at 7:00 PM as stated in the confirmation, so I called at 7:20 PM. The food was supposed to be delivered at 7:45 PM, but it wasn't until 8:10 PM that a delivery person showed up at the neighbors' door... In the end he gives me 2 pizzas, but no box for my daughter. When he asks where the rest is, he doesn't know anything, even when he looks at the receipt. "Yes, I can deliver it later" was the only thing. For me that was quite the last straw, so I asked him if he is really such a l*l who doesn't check what he takes with him, but he just shrugged his shoulders, really unbelievable. So I went straight to the store to deal with it there. First I was offered a pizza as compensation and the money would be refunded, Then another employee comes and gets involved and he says you won't get your money because you swore at him, it's too bizarre for words how customers are treated here. In the end I was given a pizza as compensation, in consultation with I think the manager at that time, the money would be refunded (I took a photo of it), but now 3 weeks later nothing has been refunded. Conclusion: Absolutely not recommended, unreliable and very customer unfriendly

Hi, I visited this place with my friends and you know the best thing was that, I could get the veg pizza. Which was very hard to find anywhere else. And the pizza was good with fresh toppings and cheese of course. I would suggest to come, but remember there is no place to sit and eat. As usual dominos is for takeaway only. Or you can order

Delivery man stood in front of the door with his helmet on and a scarf around his face. He didn't greet directly either. I was a bit shocked by this and it felt very uncomfortable. Next time please take off your helmet, especially at night.

After waiting 1.5 hours for the order, the order appears to have been canceled without any communication due to the crowds. Pizza tracker indicates that the order is being made, hopeless story. It is best to ignore this pizzeria in Oosterhout. Now we just have to wait and see when the money will be refunded...

Outrageous 18 euros for a pizza

I don't know who made my pizzas tonight, but BRAVO! 👌🔥😋 They tasted identical to the way that they're made at the Domino's in my hometown in the USA. (Most "American" things just aren't the same abroad, so it's a nice comfort to have here.)

Ordered today from Domino's Oosterhout for €34.95 and was supposed to get the boneless bucket with a 50% discount, but unfortunately I received a call and the bucket was no longer available!. The only thing they happened to be able to give was a small box of boneless chicken and then had to call again to get the remaining amount back. Really a disappointment and it feels like it's just a bait and switch! It often happens here that products with a discount are not available! Next time I will order somewhere else.

I called last Friday to ask when it was best to place a large order (21 pizzas for a meeting) due to preparation time. Meeting was 5 days later. Answer: Please call me on Sunday between 1230 and 1930. Called on Sunday at 1600; sorry too busy, please call at 1930. Called at 1930; sorry the manager is not there but will call you back in 20 minutes. Called again at 2030: unfortunately the manager had left and had indicated not to call anymore and to pick it up the next day. It's a shame that this wasn't passed on to me. Waited until 2:30 PM on Monday and then called again. And sure enough: I was allowed to place my order. Wednesday during the meeting...a phone call from Domino's with the comment: We have not received which pizzas you want... Seriously: Domino's thinks I am placing an order for 21 pizzas without specifying which pizzas I want. you don't ask for that during the order... Then just say that you no longer have the order. Anyway...next time we'll have Chinese.

Order food well in advance (5:15 PM), check! At 6 p.m. the timer is still ready, check! Call and receive zero empathy when asked how long the order will take, check! Being told it could take another 45 minutes, check! Still nothing at 6.15pm, called again, check! An indifferent nothing with a big mouth on the other end of the line who then tells us that they can't and don't want to do anything about it, check! Utterly ridiculous service. Ordered at 5:13 PM, received nothing more than an hour later. When you call, they don't answer and when you finally speak to them, the service is very poor. Never again. Do go to NewYork pizza.

First time ordering pizza here for takeaway. When we arrive we receive our pizzas, we check the order and it turns out that 1 pizza is missing. We indicate this and it will be corrected. When it was ready, our pizzas that we had already ordered were cold because they had not turned on the heat bridge. With a lot of effort they made our order from scratch so that it was nice and warm. Unfortunately, 2 frustrated mothers at home because the Kids had to wait more than an hour for their food (it was indicated over the telephone that pickup would be ready within 15 minutes) Now after a long time I ordered dominoes again, this time having them delivered to my home. After 1 hour nothing, we call. It turns out to be "busy" and our order is only now being made?!?! Delivery takes half an hour, collection 15 minutes. So thank you Domino's, we will order pizza from New York from now on!!

Just received our pizzas from Domino's Oosterhout. My wife likes spicy so she ordered, just like last time, with Chili flakes. Now there was an absurd amount of chili that the pizza was unedible so hot! That's the first time my wife has found something too hot, so that says something about the amount they used at Domino's, absurd. Called and was actually called a liar because they had used normal amount. As a good company you at least say sorry and accommodate a customer. But no. Last order for us.

Ordered 2 pizzas worth 27 euros, and the pizzas were comparable to a sponge full of grease. I called to say that this is not quality and that I would like to see a solution. Answer was you can make them again but will they be as greasy again. Product very poor in my opinion and customer service completely poor. Domino's in Oosterhout is a very bad business. Not so much the quality of the pizza, but the employees. Orders often not delivered correctly. After indicating by telephone 3 times what the order is and it finally being repeated correctly by the operator, the wrong thing was delivered. Or like today, being told that you have to wait at least an hour if you pick up your pizza yourself.

Ordering and paying was simple and fast. Pizza was made and then it took a long time before it went into the oven. In the end, the pizza went with the delivery person and we were able to follow his route. When he was almost at our street, he continued in the other direction. It ultimately took more than 15 minutes for the delivery person to deliver the pizza. The pizza tasted good but it was lukewarm. From the moment we ordered to the moment we received the pizza it took almost 1 hour. This is not what I'm used to from you and there is certainly a lot of room for improvement.

This branch is very variable in the quality they deliver. Sometimes a delicious hot pizza, other times a soggy, cold and greasy creation that should pass as pizza.

I will never buy pizza from Domino's again because of my experience at this location. I once got really sick from one of their pizzas because it was way too greasy. I only ate a quarter of it and then immediately threw it away. It's so rancid. I had also been quite nauseous during the day

Placed order on Sunday October 28 around 6:15 PM. This would be delivered around 7 p.m. After calling a few times, everything was delivered at 8:30 PM without batting an eyelid. The customer is clearly not king here, but a simple number.

Difficult to find a parking space for your car on a Saturday evening around half past seven, the shop was very busy, but the employees helped us quickly and well.

The pizza is great, served fast, only you have to look out for the price, which raises with the preferences.

The pizza cheeseburger is highly recommended!
