Ordered today at 1:30 PM and ordered as soon as possible, now 2 hours later, I called the company. They didn't answer, and I hung up for 20 minutes. If they were to open at 4:00 PM, they should probably adjust their opening hours. Very bad experience. I don't think I'll ever pay here again after this fiasco. Edit: Part 2. I thought every company deserves a second chance. Just to be clear, I live within 5 minutes of this New York area. I ordered the gyros pizza, and it took 45 minutes. It doesn't matter, that's to be expected with home delivery. The delivery driver arrived, the pizza was cold, and unfortunately, there was no tzatziki sauce. I called to say my pizza was cold, and then I was told they were out of tzatziki sauce. It happens, and I was offered a new pizza, which should arrive in 20-30 minutes. It's now an hour later and still nothing. The delivery driver did come, but it turns out my doorbell suddenly doesn't work anymore. That's my fault, but I get a call from the company that says the delivery driver drove off and will stop by on the way back. Why didn't they call me on my phone right when he was at the door? I'm also wondering why. You can probably guess that this pizza is already cold. Second chance is also lost, don't order from here! Order from New York Pizza in Dongen, they also deliver here and the quality is excellent.

I ordered two pizzas, one lasagna, and a bubble tea. I was called to say the bubble tea was gone, but unfortunately, I never got my money back for the bubble tea.

Ordered twice in four weeks. The first time, we had a delicious meal. The second time was yesterday evening. Pizzas were immediately put in the oven upon delivery; they were cold. The crust was tough and hard. A world of difference from the first time. No more New York Oosterhout for us.

They're just ripping you off. It's about a payment I need to get back. Yes, I'll look into it with the manager. Yes, it's correct in our system. Is it the fault of Thuiszorg? I'll give the manager your phone number and they'll contact you. You're a good customer; you do get something delivered to your home for free. Didn't ask for it, but okay. Now, three or four weeks later, no proper help. They make promises they don't keep. No food, no refund. No one else has contacted me either, although I've called three times myself. No, things aren't handled properly here at the moment.

Almost €30 for a pizza delivered at home, completely gone crazy

The biggest losers in the Netherlands work here. Never completed an order where everything was right. Always missing an ingredient or a complete article, never come up with a solution. Close that tumor of a tent and quickly.

24-05-2025, ordered 2 pizzas and had to wait a total of 2.5 hours. Called twice with the story 'another fifteen minutes sir' which resulted in another full hour. Judging by the pizzas, they had already been there for the full 2.5 hours, ice cold and rock hard. Bizarre place, never order again, they just laugh it off.

We ordered three pizzas, and after half an hour, they called to say they were out of salami. How a pizza maker manages that is another matter. We didn't want an alternative pizza, so we canceled the order. After calling the store several times and contacting NYP customer service over a period of two months, we never received our money back. We won't be ordering from them again.

Had top service from this NYP location! Ordered 2x B&J ice cream of 100 ml but they no longer had it so we got 2x the 500 ml! Very neatly resolved. The pizzas are always excellent and as expected.

Picked up pizza yesterday and was served quickly by friendly staff. The food was ready quickly and also tasty. Perfect for a quick bite when you're in a hurry!!

First and last time ordering a pizza here. It's better to get a pizza from the freezer at the supermarket, it tastes better. Plus it'll probably be done faster.

Very bad experience regarding a refund, for a canceled order. Canceled the order by telephone on December 31, 2024, indicating that the amount would be refunded. After several telephone contacts and several false promises, further. Even national customer service has tried to promote the urgency of the refund at the Oosterhout branch. This did not help, as of today, February 18, 2025, still no refund. A service you can't write home about. A call to the manager of the Oosterhout branch, take action and take responsibility! Thank you in advance.

Ordered 2 pizzas on January 18. Were called, ingredient not in stock. Have the order canceled and we would get the money back within 5 working days. Long story short: tons of customer service, telephone contact with the branch and even Instagram DMs later, we still haven't received our money back. Customer service and the branch simply say that they will arrange it and that it is coming, Instagram says every time that we have to go to customer service again because unfortunately they have no choice but to refer us there. All this after we have provided proof of payment, data and order numbers. No more nypizza for us because they clearly cannot be trusted.

The delivery man handed over the steaming boxes and drove towards the horizon. But not even five minutes later: ding-dong. There he stood again. Not for a chat, but with a confession. It felt like we had touched a forbidden treasure that had to be returned to the museum. “No worries,” the delivery person said cheerfully. "Your own pizza is on its way, a colleague will bring it shortly." Ah, relief. We settled back on the couch, dreaming of melted cheese and crispy edges. Forty minutes later. No pizza. No delivery person. Just a growing suspicion that our pizza might be on a city trip. So called. On the other end of the line: total confusion. Nobody knew anything. The delivery person? Apparently had our pizza disappear in the Bermuda Triangle of pizza delivery. Ultimately it was agreed that the money would be refunded. All's well that ends well, all right? We thought. But no. We have now climbed back into the phone twice. Each time we were kindly promised that we would be called back and that the money would be forthcoming. Spoiler alert: no call, no money. PS: The other pizzas were colder than your ex's heart upon arrival. Ideal if you ever need icicles.

A waste of my money! Hot chicken pizza with a swirl of sweet chili sauce.. It was more like a pool of sweet chili sauce. Also 6 chicken nuggets were only 5. And unfortunately the entire order was cold :)

Tonight after a 75 minute wait I called Oosterhout where my pizza is staying. It's coming ma'am. I got a call back that I would get a free Ben and Jerry's ice cream for the long wait. After waiting 2 hours the pizza finally arrives, albeit burnt and without free ice cream. Really worthless. Never order from there again!

Never order here, Order was an hour late, and not complete. Had to call belle twice before the missing part finally arrived 1.5 hours later, ice cold. On the phone you are treated in a disinterested and borderingly unfriendly manner. When you comment that this is probably the last time we will order from them, you will receive an answer. The 2nd time we order, it is lukewarm and no present with the funny meal for children. I ordered here once and it was the last time. You have to search for the toppings and the order arrived late and cold. Some of the staff also seems extremely young, no attention is paid to the traffic at the speeds of the fat bikes and there is no customer friendliness. Better order somewhere else.

Ridiculous service Pizza ordered at 6:15 PM, pizza didn't arrive until 7:45 PM. Were lousy, cold, poorly filled and completely mixed up. The person on the phone promises you a new pizza, but it never comes. Now I asked for my money back, let's see if it comes back. It's better to order in Breda, this nyp is really the worst I've had in the Netherlands so far.

Besides the fact that they put too much sauce on their pizzas, the service is also nothing to write home about. Twice they delivered the wrong pizza, which took more than an hour and a call from the manager to tell them that the mistake was not theirs and to cover themselves with some shitty excuse, and then still dare to offer to deliver a 3rd. Because then suddenly things can work out well? This is not the first time this has happened at this branch and the manager's arrogance does not exactly work in their favor. Pizza comes pretty quickly. However, no cheese on the pizza, way too much tomato sauce, no garlic and just 11 pieces of kebab, not even kebab on every piece. Shame. Usually it's 'okay' but this one was really disappointing.

I order a pizza and a bread , result that the pizza what was delivered was the wrong one and also the bread wasnt on the order, so i call to fix the problem (that something that can happen) they said they gonna fixed, but the problem is they dont delivered what i order, they cost me that and when you call they dont pick you up the phone, very nice attention for the clients… Never more new york pizza for sure.

I was wondering, since I've been trying without success since October to get my money back for a pizza that you couldn't deliver (because there were no delivery people)... Isn't it perhaps better to order a pizza now and not pay for it? Then you actually only delivered the pizza six months late, and you also have a record.

Ordered pizzas and waited two hours for them. Then called to inquire, they would look into it. Then had to call again to find out that the order had not even been taken. Finally got my dinner at 11 o'clock. The service is terribly organized, I had to chase my own pizza otherwise I wouldn't have even gotten one.

Ceyda goes live on TikTok during working hours. Hygiene is hard to find. She makes the pizzas with long fake nails and jewelry. Ridiculous. And no colleague speaks to her.

There were chicken bones in my hot chicken pizza!!!! I called the restaurant back and the gentleman said they would send a new pizza. Never happened. Very disgusting, I seriously don't think this is possible!!! Would order here if you want tasty hard pieces of bone in your pizza. The pulled chicken pizza, on the other hand, was very tasty, but I would never order from here again.

Been waiting four weeks for an order to be processed that could have been canceled due to suddenly having no delivery staff, that can happen, no issue. The order costs would be refunded by the manager with a few days. Ordered October 18 and still waiting for the money to be returned. Even called after a week to say that they could still place the order at that time. Waiting on hold for minutes, nothing or no one. Then take the corporate route via NYP's service department. Until now, complaints have always been sent to this location via this 'service department', without any sign of life. I just keep reminding them that I don't hear anything. And they have all my contact details and account info. Ignoring a customer for 4 weeks for 2 euros? Have been ordering from NYP for at least 20 years, but never again because of this New York Pizza location in Oosterhout. The level certainly deteriorated, especially at this location. The fast service was still a USP, but apparently that has disappeared too. Oh well, it will eventually be settled with a corporate response and the customer will be happy. Nice people, doing well.

Ordered and paid for 3 pizzas for over €47, via home delivery on Saturday. After waiting for a while I received a message that delivery could not be made due to crowds. Annoying in itself, but nothing can be done about it. It said money would be refunded within a few business days. Didn't receive anything after a few days. 6 working days later and still no refund despite multiple telephone requests. Very customer unfriendly!!!

This is a terrible thing, I was going to order, the food is dirty, I have to wait a long time for my order and the staff are unfriendly, especially the makeup box blonde lady behind the cash register with her arrogant attitude, is not customer friendly, I do not recommend this place!

Fifteen minutes to prepare my order. Oosterhout does not deliver to Teteringen. Do I have to be at the Breda branch? Delicious pizzas, on time, crusts are even tasty. The taste itself is also good and the pizzas are well seasoned. The website is also very nice because you can remove and add toppings yourself.

Because they are new in Oosterhout, I ordered here to try. Once but not again, pizza was lukewarm and the base was like a piece of leather. I am not exaggerating. Never received such a bad pizza and paid for it. That's a shame, I hope I was an exception.
