I ordered pizza through thuisbezorgd.nl, dominos cancelled my order and didnt send my money back... This happend almost two months ago and I still dont have my money back

Ordered a pizza at 4:15 PM. It still needed to be started. Two people were walking around, one of whom was wearing a thick coat, probably a delivery driver. They said everything was in the oven, but I could clearly see the pizza still needed to be made. The order slip was still attached to the printer. I ordered a thin-crust pizza, but it was very dark on one side. Not really recommended.

Really awful. Staff spends all day just hanging out/smoking in front of the door. They even have friends who take up the entire sidewalk. One asshole after another walks by. It's crazy that all this is happening, and I don't think there's a manager. Even if there was, they've never heard of working. It's strange that this branch is still open, because that's all they do.

The paid order was placed and unfortunately it didn't arrive after 2 hours of waiting. I went to pick it up in person and it turned out that no one remembered it. I didn't get any compensation, not a word of apology, just if I still want the pizza :( The money for the delivery wasn't refunded even though I paid for it in advance. The pizza is okay, although I've had better ones. They need to work on managing the situation there and taking care of the customer because it's bad 🥹

What a horror. The buffalo wings have a taste that scares me, the pizza is extremely greasy, so bad that the crust slides out from under the cheese. I asked for extra pepperoni and even gave a 3 euro tip with my order for it and I get 5 kilos of cheese and maybe 30 pieces of pepperoni on a 40cm pizza. Never had such a bad pizza from a dominos.

Those pan pizzas are an attack on your stomach, intestines and heart. Mega fat and super salty. Never experienced such a greasy mess at a pizzeria and for almost 17 euros, yes. If you want to die quickly, get some of those pan pizzas here.

After online ordering (and delivery) did not go correctly and so we drove to this branch, they eventually delivered it quickly despite prime time. Well Done 👌 Update; Placed an order a few weeks ago which was far from correct, correct, good. Please inform the head office in NL by email (including photos) "you will be called by the relevant branch" Weeks later and nothing heard, Great, then I won't let you know anymore, a waste of the savings (6 free pizzas). For me it's over and done with Domino's.

You can do something or you can't do anything and if you can't do anything, you clearly work here. Time and time again cold pizzas that you have to put them back in the oven yourself, barely any toppings, delivery times that are too long (not surprising that it is cold every time) and all this while you live 10 minutes away from the location, and every time no straws with your boba milkshakes. This Dominos location has become 10x worse, better not order here, New York pizza is much better

Ordered from Domino's for the 2nd week in a row. during the shopping evening of our store in Oss order is incorrect, if you add a comment it will not be processed. we had the mixbox pizza with 2 snacks of your choice. pizza poor quality, not really tasty. the fries were overcooked, virtually inedible and the chicken pieces (3x) were small and we doubted whether they were done. this was x2 for both orders. let's not even start about the delivery person. couldn't find the address (it was a store with flags and a billboard hanging in front of it, couldn't really miss it.) he finally called way too late (saw driving past twice) eventually a colleague was able to walk to the delivery person (was further down the street) the order was in hand pressed and she still had to say that she missed things that he then added and quietly continued vaping (smoking), this also happened both times. In short, very poor food, quality and quantity, 2 boxes with 2 milkshakes for more than 35 euros is also quite pricey and on top of that very bad, rude delivery people, we will certainly never go there again.

Ordered 4 pizzas yesterday. Okay, there was an offer, there were too few people and there was a delivery person who had had an accident. But having to wait 3 and a half hours for your pizzas without them even letting you know that it will be later is very customer unfriendly!!!! Some compensation would have been very nice.

My last order experience was not the best. Ordered at 5.30 at 7 it didn't reach. Called on the phone they said it was busy and if we like I can pick it up.... Despite paying delivery. Waited still no show. Around 7.30 I decided to go there. Found out they didn't even start. Saw pizzas being made and ready to go. They said I can wait 10 minutes more. Came back for the food it was not hot out the oven. I was disappointed in this experience but understood as I saw that it was indeed busy. However it could have been handled better. This is my second time ordering from this place and did not have an issue. I think because I ordered hours in advance for a get together. I'll see how it goes next time and whether I need to update it.

Ordered a pizza and the delivery person delivered relatively late. Also forgot a milkshake. Not a problem in itself and we agreed to have the money from the Shake refunded. Things happen and no problem. The disappointment is also reflected in the review at Domino's. I get a response from them that I should have called and that I will receive a coupon for a medium pizza in compensation. Free for collection only and a minimum order amount applies for delivery. Money and I have not seen it in my account until now. This was the text they sent me: “As a thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback and to provide some relief, we would like to offer you a coupon entitling you to a free medium pizza with your next order.” I pay 4.75 for a shake that you do not deliver and to accommodate me 'somewhat' is to pay that back and if you are still customer friendly then you do something extra. Unless they really show customer friendliness, this was the last time.

Pizza in 30 minutes was not possible. Pizza in 45 minutes was not possible. Pizza in 1 hour and 35 minutes was possible. It's not what I'm used to from Domino's and if you are short on staff please put it on the site. Eating a quick pizza is no longer funny. We will no longer order here for the time being and will pick up from Domino's on the Rauwaard Compliments for the friendly employees. They gave a clear answer and the delivery lady was also friendly.

We just ate the cruncy chicken, but there was nothing CRUNCY about it, it was soft and some pieces were not cooked properly. The pizza tonno was only sparsely topped. And these two things cost almost 31 euros. We think this is out of proportion, not good. So we will never order anything again.

Dredge pizzas. They even manage to ruin a margarita with ham (as an extra). You pay €1.50 extra for a few pieces of rectangularly cut ham, the size of a postage stamp. Pizza veggie: short-cut spinach on top, a good puzzler can make just 1 leaf out of it. Last time I order something here.

On 17th of November, I was waiting for one pizza, 1 hour and 50min. In case that I live 2min away, this is absolutely ridiculous! Such a amateurish done, even if you are busy, 2 hours for medium pizza, unreal. At the end of the story they call me to say that they ran out of some ingredients and AFTER THAT, the cherry of the cake, food was cold! I've eaten from Domino's in Washington DC, Gold Coast Australia, Jersey Channel Islands, but never met such a amateurish store! That's shame for the brand! Never again!

Pizzas have very meager toppings, it doesn't matter whether it is a more expensive or a cheaper variant. Baked-off/ready-made pizzas from the supermarket have better toppings. I'd rather go to the competitor. Positive: Pizzas are ready within 10 minutes while you wait. Staff are friendly. Tip for kitchen staff: Replace gloves in time!
