Things often go wrong with orders, but this time it was such a disaster that I wanted to share my thoughts. After ordering online, they first called to say something was out of stock. It happens, of course, so the order was adjusted. Then, one pizza wasn't delivered. After calling, they promised it would be delivered. After an hour, still no one, so I called again. They initially said a delivery driver had been at the door but no one was home. Besides the fact that it was already very strange since we'd called beforehand, they didn't even try to contact us by phone. Strangely enough, they just assumed we'd be gone by then. Then, another time later (for the supposedly third time, 2.5 hours after the first order), the delivery driver arrived again, still with the wrong pizza. A small 25cm, while I'd paid for a large Italian pizza. I didn't call again this fourth time and cut my losses. This was definitely the last time I'll order from here, especially with these costs. Next time it will be New York pizza again.

I'm really bummed about this. After calling back because orders without onions have gone wrong so many times. And then after waiting over half an hour for our pizzas to arrive with onions... then someone answered the phone - "Thanks, sir," that took 45 minutes to an hour - completely fed up with it. After having to give my address five times, and then finally asking for "without onions?" Sorry, but this is taking the cake.

It's still tricky. You place an order, specify a time, and your food arrives 30 minutes later than you ordered. Of course, it might be busy and take a little longer, but come on... just fix it!

The pizza tasted good and was ready quickly. There's some seating inside. There's a large, free parking lot in the back.

I accidentally placed an order at the wrong Domino's on the other side of Oss. They immediately processed the order at this location. Super sweet! Thank you!

Paid online at 19:38, received pizza and drinks at 22:15, so waited almost 3 hours, called after 2:15, I got the answer that it will take another 30/45, otherwise you have to cancel your order, maybe call yourself next time and say that it is very busy and that there is no staff or turn off online ordering. I ordered a thin and crispy pizza, the pizza base was made from wraps and not proper pizza dough. Ridiculous!! I should have ordered my usual at Newyork pizza. I will not be ordering from here again! Very poor!!

I am very disappointed by the poor service from this company. After an incorrectly delivered order, I contacted the manager, who promised to compensate me, but in the end nothing happened. This is not only unprofessional, but also disrespectful to customers who make their money and expect a company to fulfill its obligations. It seems like this company would rather disappoint customers than take responsibility for its mistakes. If you're looking for reliable service, be warned: you're better off ordering somewhere else. This company has lost my trust because you are not allowed to steal.

Ordered yesterday, the crust was absolutely huge. Half of the pizza was just dough with no toppings.

İf there was 0 star ı would give that as a review. We got 2 pizza so called italian size and a medium fries ( 10-15 pieces ) and the bill was 37 euro for that. İt is not only unacceptable pricing but also ridiculous. Who asks 17 euro for veggie pizza with 3 pieces of tomato some leftover spinach and a little bit of paprika. Sorry for the review but that was the worse place ı ever ate at every aspect.

37 euros for 10 sticks of hard-fried fries, a veggie pizza and a spicy chicken pizza. The pizzas were mediocre and definitely not Italian size, and they didn't taste good! This was my first time and certainly my very last time. I don't recommend this to anyone!

No one took orders for 20 minutes

Worst Dominos ever, everything, food service and system are having major problems…. Living within 300 meters away ordering every now and then and I always have problems, either the side with service and with food, literally I am tea fed up with this place that was my last order, ex worker in dominos in NJ at US and the whole franchise is the same problematic network. Regretting to count on this place for my diner, I suggest to reconsider before you choose this location….

Waited 3 hours for the order and still not delivered. Called after 2 hours and said I would be called back about the order, but that didn't happen. Lousy service. No more Dominos for me!

Mijn advies is om lekker ergens anders te bestellen. Na 2 uur gebeld en zou worden teruggebeld, niet gebeurd. Na 3 uur nog niet geleverd en de bestelling geannuleerd. Nu hopen dat ik mijn geld terug krijg. Dit is niet de eerste keer dat ik dit mee maak bij dominos, voor mij nooit meer. U bent gewaarschuwd!

So I recently ordered a pizza, waited 2 hours, and then got an arrogant guy on the phone who told me that they would no longer deliver. so I couldn't eat anything, very unprofessional.

Very unfriendly staff, delivery took more than an hour, pizzas were cold and delivered incorrectly, indicated that I wanted to pay by card at the door, but they didn't know that, what a ball tent.

the food was disgusting but there was a nice guy with a nice mat, he gave me a kiss on the cheek and he told me he would make the pizza again. well, what a service! so that was the best pizza of my life. I LOVE DOMINOS!

Domino's Pizza Oss Schaepmanlaan, 4 pizzas picked up, the pizzas are freshly prepared, were ready quickly and were very tasty. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is really designed as a take-away restaurant so there is no atmosphere, but that doesn't spoil the fun!

Been ordering here for years. Lately it has become increasingly common that an extra (paid) ingredient is forgotten or that it takes an extremely long time to make and deliver 1 pizza.

One word for this Domino's branch, downright 'Ridiculous', now for the 2nd time in a row it has simply not been delivered. Our children were disappointed again. Then you call this branch and you will be told that it is now going into the oven. Well it should have been delivered 30 minutes ago. Last time I ordered something here!!

Waiting 2 hours for a pizza. No message. Finally called, it took another hour. Canceled, go get it somewhere else. What bad service. Now just waiting for the money....

Dominos has been forgetting some additive or ingredient for a while now. One time I didn't get extra sauce another time there was no cheese bread, but I noticed it from the number of boxes, so I immediately reported it to the man who delivered the order. Yet another time there was no ingredient on the pizza. Ok... but the last order is overkill. Wrong size pizza, no extra ingredient. The pizza came torn into 3 parts, when I tried to put it together it turned out to have a triangle cut out and it was impossible to put the pizza together. I have been ordering from them quite regularly for 2 years, but the decline in reviews on Thuisbezorgd is no coincidence. It's getting worse and worse, I don't recommend it!!!

Ordered at 7pm, no message that it was busy on the site or in the email. It is now 9:30 PM. Called an hour ago, the order was at the front of the queue, and it would take a maximum of 45 minutes. Not so. Just called again, it is still the first one ready to go into the oven, and "yes, then we will wait until a delivery person is available, no idea how long it will take, but I hope it will be there soon, haha!" Often order pizza here, last time we had to wait a little longer, and almost as standard they forget the after dinner dip, but this beats everything. Unfortunately, this is the last time we ordered something here. If it's even going to happen today. I understand that you are understaffed, because it seems that way, but close the place for orders if you can't handle it, Mr. or Mrs. Manager.... Or call/email your customers, after all, you have the data.

DO NOT ORDER VERY BAD!!!! 0.0 CUSTOMER FRIENDLY YOU CAN WAIT FOR A JOB OF 3 HOURS FOR YOUR FOOD AND THEN HEARD THAT IT WILL ONLY TAKE ANOTHER HOUR AND THAT YOU'D BETTER ORDER SOMETHING ELSE AND THAT'S BAD.

2 hours after order and my order dont arrived yet

Unfortunately we had to wait more than 2.5 hours for our pizzas for the third time. In the future, just order from Newyork Pizza.

Terrible pizza. Dough and sauce. Toppings you pay for are forgotten. Order a real Italian pizza. But these commercial companies like dominos is fast fast fast. Never again

Yesterday we waited more than 1.5 hours for 4 pizzas again, it seems to be becoming the standard. Last time it also took a little longer than 1.5 hours. This time the pizzas were more like lukewarm than warm. So not edible. Called Domino's and we were told a lame excuse. Busy, understaffed, and something with stunts... I have no problem with Domino's. I pay and you must deliver within a significant amount of time. And deliver WARM food. This is bad.

Delicious pizza, but delivery problems :(

We ordered pizza, an hour has passed and we still haven’t received the pizza. A courier arrived with an incorrect order, to which he replied that his colleague would come to us soon. About half an hour passed and we did not receive any call. We called Domino's and then they told us that they mixed up the receipts and the person with our order went to another address and now he has returned back and the pizza is now cold, so they will remake it and deliver a new one. I am absolutely not satisfied with the level of service. We paid €25.50 for the pizza and an extra tip. The only apology was “sorry” and something like we understand that you would not like cold pizza. I probably won't order from here again.

Had to wait longer than 1.5 hours for 2 pizzas. No word that they were busy! Please let us know on the site that it will take longer or adjust the times you can expect your pizza! We have had problems with delivery before. This was the last time!

Always satisfied before, but it was so bad; Waited 30 minutes for 4 milkshakes (paid 19 euros and service was worthless). In the meantime, the staff was busy walking around the store, playing drums everywhere, drinking soft drinks and talking on the phone outside. 1 employee was working in his own clothes, his long hair hung loosely around his face. Oh yeah and I haven't washed my hands once 🤮🤢, you won't see me here again, what a disgusting thing.

I ordered a pizza at 6:00 PM, it was supposed to be delivered at 6:27 PM, it's 7:27 PM, the pizza still hasn't been delivered. I called the service and they promised to call me back, but they didn't call me back.

Via de app besteld en betaald. Na een tijdje nog geen eten. Wel van de rekening af. Bellen naar 2 filialen , er was niks binnen gekomen daar. Ik moest maar opnieuw bestellen en het eerder betaalde geld zou vast wel worden terugbetaald. Dit kwam kennelijk wel vaker voor.en als dat niet was moest ik nog maar even terugbellen. Juist ja… nooit meer domino’s voor ons. Overigens nog geen geld terug

Eating has already taken an hour

Strange thing, I've already been twice, YES twice! Lured in by prices displayed on the window. They call this offers. At the checkout the price suddenly appears to be much higher because the offer has supposedly expired. However, it is advertised. The staff looks at me strangely if I find this strange. From now on I will drive to the competitor.

A few tables because the restaurant is small. But the atmosphere and the energy there is friendly and nice. When the guy was making pizzas he were very careful and clean. The taste of pizza was amazing and the quality of ingredients also!!! I definitely recommend to visit this awesome place or order. Yum yum!!!

Food is fine, but delivery has really been substandard lately. Waiting 2 hours for 1 pizza is not special.

If you suffer from allergies, do not order here!! Order pizza without tomato, but still have a red bottom. According to the manager, I'm pretty sure there's no tomato in it. In other words, give it a try and we will hear from the hospital whether we made a mistake.

Excellent service and pizza and great offers from time to time. We usually pick up our pizzas and hardly have to wait because of the smart app/website. So far I have always been satisfied with the food and with a single comment it is resolved promptly. In my opinion, the fellow reviewers who immediately award 1 star in the event of a disappointment are doing the team a disservice. You can go here.

Waited 2.5 hours for order. I then canceled the order and asked for a refund. But no money was refunded. Officially filed a complaint with Domino's. But all I get is a stupid gift voucher that doesn't even cover the cost of my order. Always satisfied for this. But this has now dropped to a low point. Pay tip order in cash. In any case, you will not lose any money if you do not receive your order.

It's a bit of a shame that if you want to take advantage of the 2nd Pizza promotion, it costs €2 for delivery and collection. If you want to order this by telephone, they indicate that this only applies online. But the new pizzas also do not apply to this, while nothing is stated about this on the site as only (excl. Promotions). On the site the pizza says "New" and not "Promotion"

This is very bad I placed an order on October 28, 2020 I do not receive 1 product because they forgot it... and the receipt is so black that almost no one can read it. I also received the wrong thickshake and without whipped cream... I didn't accept this because I don't pay for it! a wrong and half delivered product. Delivery person went back for the product they forgot and to fix the thickshake.. Then another delivery person delivers the forgotten product and forgets the thickshake. I thought this was poor service from you and I said that I will not wait again until my order is completely complete. I contacted one of the employees and it was agreed to refund the money from the thickshake. I waited patiently and filed a complaint on 11/10/2020. I received a response that they had contacted the branch and this would be resolved as quickly as possible... now it has already been eight days and still I have not received my money back and no further response from Domino's. I find this very bad and very dissatisfied. This is not the 1st time that I have had to experience this with the company... and I am also going to find out whether this is the case. can legally take that long!

Requested a pizza without pepper. But I still got it with pepper, even though I am allergic to pepper.

The food is extremely tasty. You can even see from the table how they make the pizza and how the dessert is made. About 5 to 8 minutes and a great pizza or dessert is deliciously creamy and ready on the table. In the afternoon you can order delicious panini sandwiches that are one euro cheaper for 4 hours. These are created in different ways in terms of content. Delicious!!!

The pizza was delivered after almost 2 hours. Via home delivery. Worthless, they said it was busy. Then they no longer have to accept orders online. And state how long it will take. After 1 hour I called to see how long it would take. Perhaps hire additional staff. Furthermore, I received no compensation or anything, it was a large order. This was just on a weekday on Wednesday

Puking after pizza is guaranteed

Pizzas are as they should be. Delivery is reasonable, but something is often forgotten! Especially younger employees.

As I sit there waiting for my pizza. I see that dozens of cross-contaminations are being made. Hygiene is hard to find. The floor is never tidy either. Fish pizzas are cut with the same pizza cutter as a meat or vegetable pizza. Gloves are never changed.

Tasty pizzas, thankfully. However, I would not order here on a Sunday again. It was extremely busy and the staff was lagging behind. Employees were shouting that they were done with it and didn't feel like it anymore. As a customer, that is not pleasant to hear. There were also several customers who received wrong orders and had already been waiting for their pizza for an hour and a half, which was quite a fuss. I myself had to wait 40 minutes. So it was not a pleasant experience, step up your game Dominos!

Delicious freshly made pizzas. On the spot you can see the division of tasks of everyone, with everyone contributing something to your pizza. Pick-up prices are reasonable. A bit of a shame is that with delivery you pay separate delivery costs for each pizza. I understand that it has to cover the costs, but picking it up yourself is a lot cheaper. So that's what we do now :)

Only money has been debited from my account twice. After a lot of effort I got the money back. Ordered today at 6pm to receive the order at 7pm. It is now 8:00 PM and I have now received my order.
