Waiting an hour and a half and finally getting cold pizza

We ordered 2 pizzas today, the pizza was really tasty and the staff were friendly.

We ordered four pizzas, all with Italian crust, but they all had different thicknesses, and frankly, they're still a long way from being Italian. All the pizzas were delicious, though. I also asked for garlic sauce, which was sold separately and was sitting in little bags right in front of the order counter. It's a terrible sauce, sour and tasteless, and it ruined half our pizzas. We ordered takeout, so I can't really comment on the atmosphere, but it looks just like any other fast-food pizza place—come, eat, and go.

Fast service, good food for a good price. Friendly staff, and a nice restaurant, though you probably won't eat there.

Pizza is fine, but the atmosphere is messy. Sometimes the music is too loud.

What's this? Oh yeah, they forgot my shake, and it was cold too. They suggested adding some extra fries and chicken if they brought my shake, but they didn't. Crap.

I ordered a pizza for takeout. I arrived a bit early, and while waiting, I was quite annoyed by the young staff behind the counter, who were complaining loudly and arguing with each other. Meanwhile, quite a few people came to pick up their orders, but I wasn't called. Finally, I asked, and sure enough, my pizza was already waiting on the rack. Even though they'd asked my name several times, so they knew I was there. What chaos there.

We were helped by a very friendly boy, his name was Bas, we received a very warm welcome and the food was served quickly and was good, hence the 5 stars!

A large children's playground. The staff consists entirely of children who just play around and shout and do very little work. In all the times I've been, I've never seen an adult there to take orders. Long wait times for both delivery and pickup.

Young staff standing around the kitchen shouting at each other, especially the young man with the dark, slightly curly hair. No kind words, no respect for each other, absolutely no professionalism.

Long wait, call because it turns out that the order has been cancelled. and then you get a very unfriendly person on the phone who is barely understandable. Never again!!!!

This place makes me wait 2 hours for my pizza and then you cycle there yourself and then you have to deliver it to yourself. You can call as much as you want but the phone no it is not answered and then they also lie about how many deliveries there are and not even a discount or something of compensation for waiting 2 hours.

After an hour and a half, I called to ask where my order was and received a very poor response. The woman didn't know what to do or what to do. She was clearly irritated that I asked. The order was supposedly canceled because the thick shakes couldn't be delivered because the machine was broken. I was promised a refund. Now the app says it's been delivered. That's clearly not the case! I won't be ordering again anytime soon. A very, very bad experience.

Top Domino's good food and service

Friendly staff & very tasty food! There is a good atmosphere and it is always nice and quiet there. Food was also ready quickly and we only had to wait 7 minutes after ordering at Bali. Best dominoes in Gelderland!

Pizza for 2 ordered by an older lady turned out to be a very small one, so there were 3 pieces each. It seems like a missed opportunity to me... selling bigger is a small effort. The employee clearly did not enjoy his work. Uninterested and customer unfriendly, which is a shame because the food itself was absolutely great and nothing to complain about

Ordered pizza from Domino's Putten on November 2. O.a. Chicken Kebab. Food poisoning two hours later, vomiting until the next day. Called the branch, had a hard time on the phone. Filed a general complaint with Domino's but did not even receive a call from the owner. At the very least I expected my money back. Bad service and bad food. I will never order/buy from here again.

Delicious pizzas ready exactly when you indicated in the app. You can eat your takeaway pizzas at the tables in the seating area. There are even children's toys for while you wait!

As teenagers, we wanted to order a pizza from a campsite 9 minutes (!) away because we don't have a driver's license to pick it up, but Dominos doesn't deliver there😡😡

So we were thrilled with the store. No comparison to German shops.

Erg duur voor pizza's die niet lekker zijn, de tomatensaus is waarschijnlijk heel goedkoop want dat is wat je vooral proeft. De americana met 1 eetlepel gecremeerd gehakt, 10 plakjes salami en 1 plakje ham. Het was lang geleden dat we bij domino hadden gegeten en nu weten we weer waarom, zelfs bij een pizzeria ben je goedkoper uit en heb je betere kwaliteit.

Hello, we also ordered there. Our order was not delivered, it was a mistake on our part, we provided the wrong address or house number. But the road was right. Instead of a call we ended up waiting 1.5 hours. When I called we were told to pick up our pizza. This stood there for another 30 minutes. At the end of the song we got cold pizzas and paid €70 and were very disappointed with the communication and the accommodating approach. We don't order anymore. Thank you.

Order 14-4-24 Unfortunately, the chicken combo was cold/lukewarm and not the indicated 12pcs. Ordered pizza with extra jalapenos, but did not receive payment. Medium pizza was disappointing in size. Feedback given but unfortunately no response received.

Excellent pizzas But if the pizza falls on the floor, it just needs to be tidied up and then goes into the box to go on to the customer. That was a strange thing to see how they deal with it.

There was a lot wrong with the customer's order in front of me. It took them 5 to 10 minutes to get his order right. All this time I thought my pizza was still being prepared. However, it turned out that they had switched pizzas. They had difficulty communicating with each other due to the language barrier. When everything was resolved, my pizza had already been getting cold for 10 minutes before I finally got it in my hands.

Quality is variable, often poor during peak times. During the week as it should be. It is noticeable that pizzas are left on a warming rack for too long during busy periods or have been in the oven for too long and are therefore more burnt. In the event of complaints, the branch manager(?) will act and respond appropriately. Furthermore, I find it unprofessional that music can be heard when picking up (quite loudly) music that employees like (with a JBL box?) and not everyone is interested in that. That's a shame because I like to order a pizza every now and then, but I always wait to see what you will receive.

Ordered and picked up via Lieferando. Food was almost ready when I arrived, but it was also there earlier than stated in the app. Pizza was really tasty and well topped.

Clean and tidy, easy to order, good taste

Ordered pizza Margharita. Pizza was inedible! Used way too much tomato sauce and very dry grated cheese. This pizza cost €13.00!!! Where other fast food chains or restaurants come up with a solution when you call with a complaint. Domino's Putten does not do this. I just drove there. I was simply made fun of and laughed at by the staff there. If you ask about the manager, a shot-up teenager will tell you, laughing, that this is him. He said it was very funny. Complaints are not taken seriously at all. My son buys at least €50 from Domino's Putten every week, but that is now a thing of the past. No more Domino's for us!

Ordered pizza here from the holiday park nearby, it seemed as if the delivery instructions had not gone through and I called again, very nice employee who could tell that it had gone through well and that he could deliver the pizza to the house. Great service and the pizza was tasty too!

We regularly get pizza here. the pizzas are always very tasty. And we always receive good and quick help. What we found strange is that the person was sitting with his feet on the bar. Not very hygienic and not at all when food is being made on the other side.

Large nasty organization ordered several times, delivered cold a few times, they come with a weak 50 percent discount for the next time and then deliver it cold again, worthless

I ordered a margaritha pizza tonight and they were already 20 minutes late even though I ordered 2 hours in advance. Then it arrives and the box is all crumpled, but that's not all. I was eating my pizza and I suddenly tasted something sweet 😖. Was there cinnamon sugar under my pizza 🤮. I really don't think that's possible. I hope they pay more attention to that next time!

Never order!!! Order is simply not delivered. Every time they say on the phone that they are coming. But they just don't come. Waiting for hours for nothing. Let's hope I get my money back via home delivery.

Pizzas were tasty. However, the discount promotion does not apply to collection at the counter (2nd pizza -50%). We were not helped in this. Employee cannot arrange this. There is no button on the cash register for this. A bit of a shame with 4 pizzas.

Prima om snel even een pizza of andere snack te scoren. Altijd vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers ter plaatse. Snelle service. Geen uitgebalanceerde gerechten natuurlijk, maar prima voor een luie avond zonder keuken. Minpuntje: bezorging buiten Putten geen optie, dus altijd zelf halen voor ons. Wel centraal gesitueerd en zeer makkelijk bereikbaar. Ter plekke eten kan wel maar is totaal sfeerloos dus af te raden.

Always hot and tasty. I'm American so I'm familiar with this brand and I'd say this one is actually better than my store at home. Friendly kids working hard and doing it right...Note: Cash NOT accepted -- not even Euros! (started during C19 I guess and just stayed that way)

Great pizza. Too bad they don't deliver in Koudhoorn while Japas delivers all the way from Ermelo Must come that does.

Very friendly staff. We ate here in the 'dinning' section. It is a big advantage that where you can eat your pizza is fairly separate from where the pizzas are ordered. So you don't have the feeling that the next to the cash register and all takeaway orders will continue as usual. It looks cozy and the pizzas were ready quickly. The atmosphere is modern and industrial which fits well with the type of food. There are also sockets available and some tables even have wireless chargers for your phone. (very useful and I have not come across this before.)

Delicious food! We ordered takeaway and had to wait a little longer on location because the pizzas were freshly made. The staff was very nice and did not sit idle, it was quite busy but the staff remained friendly and social. In the photo you see a self-made pizza with vegan cheese and ham.

Waited 3 hours for 2 pizzas, got nothing, called 3 times and everything went wrong, filed a complaint...

Pretty place with delicious pizzas. They have a few vegan options too that I can highly recommend.

Ordered from Domino's for the first time last week. But unfortunately the cheap price doesn't make up for the pizzas. Dripping in grease and also got the wrong pizza! Unfortunately, not for me anymore.

Unfortunately the pizzas were not ready at the agreed time. That in itself is of course not a problem, but when the order was handed over, one pizza turned out to be missing... Oops... another fifteen minute wait... when we got home the pizzas were no longer really warm. Tasted fine, but not a great experience. Hopefully better next time...

Too bad they didn't want to deliver to Strand Nulde even though it advertises "wherever you want". Disappointing that we now had to pick them up in Putten Centrum ourselves. Also forgot to bring the drinks... Not the best experience, but the pizzas themselves are fine.
