Halal? They advertise "HALAL," but when I order, they accidentally add pork to it, and I accidentally take a bite. If you already have one non-halal product, you should stop mentioning it as halal, because that just shows you're doing it wrong. I'm giving myself a one-star rating because, in hindsight, I should have expected this! P.S. If you call afterward, you hear "Ricky, you ruined that whole pizza" in the background, laughing and not being serious.

The manager is rude, the woman is rude, the food is cold, when I asked her to make new potatoes she said she wouldn't change anything

Most people use home delivery; the store isn't set up for pickup. The staff isn't really into that either, which is understandable and didn't bother me. The pizza was delicious, which is the most important thing. Quickly prepared and delicious.

Normally great pizzas, but today (11-8-25) the pizza tasted very soapy, I found out it was because of the tomato sauce... not tasty and spent another €35 on almost inedible pizza

Ordered their new bbq chicken pizza which you have to pay extra for. Receive a plain chicken margarita pizza. Called up to complain it’s not bbq, woman that picked up tried to gaslight saying that’s how they make them, and hung up after I said it’s now what it says on their website.

I didn't get a pizza for the points I collected, why is there a promotion to collect points, if I don't get a free pizza later, there's no point in talking, at the bottom DOMINOS... they write that the pizza is free and then they are an idiot for not knowing what they are talking about, I think that's a shame, why do you need such promotions if you get shit anyway?

I placed an order via Thuisbezorgd and called fifteen minutes later to ask if the delivery could be a little faster, since it was a chocolate pizza for dessert for my son. The employee told me the order would leave in 20 minutes. More than half an hour later I called again and was told that the pizza was only going into the oven at that moment. When I explained that her colleague had previously said that the order would already be on its way, I was dismissed as a liar and spoken to in a brutal manner. I have never experienced such bad service! If you deal with customers in this way, you will often encounter angry reactions and complaints. Finally, at 7:17 PM I received my order almost an hour and a half later!

Very tasty pizza, especially liked the half and half 40cm, for its price you can fill up three people with one pizza, which is a very good offer, thank you.

Ordering is easy via the site and the discount codes regularly make it very attractive to score a quick bite. Given that the quality can vary greatly between Domino's branches, I would like to say that this owner has it very well under control. Both Domino's branches in Schiedam deliver good quality pizzas and due to the fast delivery time, the pizza often arrives still very warm.

had ordered at 6:40 PM, had not received anything at 7:40 PM, then called to hear that we would have to wait another 2 hours... maybe let us know on the site if you can't handle your work or something... never again dominos for me...

Ordered pizza today at 9pm. It is currently 10:34 PM. After calling 5 times I finally had someone on the phone. He casually says that we can wait another 45 minutes for our pizza. Waiting more than 2 hours for one pizza? This is outrageous. On the phone no respect is shown for the situation. They just don't care. I recommend that you go somewhere else if you want to eat on time, otherwise you will be without food all evening. EDIT: Called back after more than 2 hours to hear that one of their employees simply canceled the order.... This after hearing that we had to wait another 45 minutes...

Ordered a chicken kebab pizza from Domino's last night. I order this pizza regularly and this was the first time that there was no garlic sauce on top. The sauce should simply be poured over it. Because we had to wait a long time for the pizza and it was almost 11:00 PM, we didn't call because we were hungry and didn't want to wait any longer. Very unfortunate, but pay more attention from now on!

Ordered delicious pizza via app and picked it up in the Oranjestraat. Unfortunately, I couldn't get in with my wheelchair, but luckily an employee came to me to ask if he could help me, and a little later he brought the pizza to me. Great👍🏼, thank you Domino's.

Everything was just fine, When you talk about Service and Atmosphere that is not there, it is just a delivery or takeaway business. If you want to taste Service and Atmosphere, you will definitely have to go to a Restaurant.

Half of the ordered meal was inedible. The pizza was ok. French fries and chicken included, burnt, unappetizing, dry. Poorly. Fast delivery, polite gentleman.

Normally always good and order too, but today I am quite angry with a large pizza offer for 13.99. I order this in the app and am thrown out after I have paid. I still call the store and am told that the order has arrived. No, what do you get at home, a medium? pizza for 13.50 call you about it no they say yes you can order a large one you can pay again now look at it nice I'm not that satisfied even though I order every week!!

There are no delivery fees or minimum order amount and you can pay in almost any way. That's what it said on the website.....

We ordered a pizza and it was ice cold

Great if you want to eat quickly and easily. The food is tasty, but often greasy. The service is okay, but that's to be expected at a fast food restaurant and the atmosphere is a bit boring in my opinion.

Order arrived late. They forgot lava cake. Had to wait another 15 minutes. Order was only 2 milshake, lavecake and cinneman. Also asked for leniency for waiting so long for 2 lava cakes but got a discarded one

Great Domino's branch. If you don't have time to prepare something, it is a quick solution. Our pizzas had plenty of toppings and were tasty. However, the oven fries are not recommended, they were terribly hard. Seemed more like they had been in the oven too long.

Ordered from domino’s pizza Schiedam twice and both times I have issues with my order, However Robert Schouten offered me after the second order a 50% discount on my next order… So I’d like to thank him a lot I really appreciate it🙏 ..

Ordered the pizza and something went wrong with my order but money was paid. In the end Restaurant manager explained me the situation and told that I will get my money back in one day but now it’s already 30+ days and they still didn’t refund my money. Conclusion: terrible costumer service. 👎🏻

I just ordered 2 pizzas for me and my girlfriend but the pizzas were both undercooked, half cold and poorly covered in toppings. This wasn't my first time ordering here but it will be my last since they always make me wait atleast 30 minutes longer than told on the website. This time was an exception but the delivery guy didn't come across very enthusiastic either. He just gave us our food, said goodbye and left. This experience compared to the one from Vlaardingen is extremely bad and I do not recommend ordering here if you're expecting to have a good pizza to forfill your needs.

Ordered 2 pizzas on December 3....what a bad piece of junk. Pizza was undercooked, just good enough for the garbage bin! We contacted the branch by telephone to complain. The money paid would be refunded... unfortunately this did not happen... wasted money, (literally and figuratively) euro 39.45... never order again!!!

Very good and attractive prices, the pizza was also very tasty and, of course, made quickly. I'm giving it 3 stars because - I know it's probably shameful - but I hate eating pizza with my hands, especially when it's hot, and unfortunately this pizzeria doesn't offer cutlery to eat the pizza with. I am aware that this is probably a feature of all restaurants in this chain, but I only ate at this particular one.

Always a pleasure to order from Domino's in Vlaardingen. Now that we live in Schiedam, we unfortunately cannot choose a location, so it automatically becomes Schiedam. Domino's has a delivery time of 21 minutes, but my last 3 orders take about 1.5 hours. Every time you answer the phone you will be told that it is busy. And then you get free Cinnastix with your next order (which you must spend within two weeks). All in all, it's a shame if you have to wait so long for your order in the evening and there is little to no understanding.

Ordered a pizza, still no pizza after 50 minutes. Trying to call dominos they push me away and don't answer the phone. Then I called again, same situation, I was pushed away. Then just post a review publicly. Is that pizza still coming? - The phone was answered on the 3rd time? No pizza for 55 minutes. I asked if it was busy (Saturday afternoon, no rain, Father's Day doesn't seem like a reason to be busy at domino's). It wasn't busy. But there is 1 baker and 1 delivery person... Somehow I feel sorry for the people who work there. But isn't it better to close delivery if you can't deliver? No pizza for 70 minutes now, I'm really hungry now! My pizza isn't here yet

The price of fries has increased by 16.67%. There wasn't that much in it. For the same price I get much more at a snack bar.

At first we were very satisfied with this location. Called just after an hour to find out where the order was. A bit busy, takes a little longer, goes into the oven in half an hour, could take a little longer... This is now the 3rd time this has happened. We will never, ever order from here again...

Ordered 2 pizzas, heard nothing after 50 minutes, called the store and was then told to wait another 30 minutes. Even after those 30 minutes no pizza and when I called again there was no answer. Bad service and way too long a wait, wouldn't order from here!

We usually order from here. For the 3rd time, they brought our order in 2 hours. They don't care anymore. We are looking for them, they say you can come to us and pick them up. Then they send an e-mail where we can get free cheese bread, which is ridiculous. I do not recommend anyone else to buy pizza from you.

Ordered today at 3:23 PM for delivery before 5:30 PM. It's 5:45 PM and still no pizza. You had more than 2 hours to get it right. And the pizza tracker says at 5:45 PM that it won't be ready in the store until 5:45 PM. How do you do it.... very poor service. Won't recommend it to anyone else.

UPDATE September 8. We contacted the branch and they resolved this for us. We will definitely give them another chance. --- Ordered 5 pizzas via the app on Sunday evening 29/08. After paying, I received an error message and a note to call the branch. They indicated that the order for 5 pizzas had been received correctly, but that due to the crowds it would take a little more than half an hour for the pizzas to be delivered. After waiting for more than 45 minutes, I called to see where they were. They were still in the oven but would be delivered soon. 20 minutes later the delivery person at the door with 4 pizzas. The 5th pizza would be delivered later. When the boxes were opened, 2 of them turned out to be so greasy that it came through the bottom, see photos. Called again and 2 new pizzas were delivered with the 5th. After waiting almost an hour, 3 pizzas were delivered. Slightly better than the previous one, but still very cool. Not really a good improvement and certainly not worth repeating.

Price/quality ratio wise, it's not the best. But it's a very decent place to get a pizza.

Accidentally ordered the vegan margarita online. This one wasn't very tasty. I called that the pizza was not very tasty, then the manager explained to me that we had ordered vegan. I received a new normal margarita at home without any problem! What a service!
