I'd had negative experiences before (it took hours, didn't arrive at all, etc.), but I tried again. What an improvement! The pizzas and cheesy bread arrived within 30 minutes and were still nice and warm. The delivery driver was also friendly. Fantastic!

We arrived at the pizzeria at the stated opening hours, but the opening hours listed online were false. We were very disappointed.

Waited 2 1/2 hours for a delivery... I called twice and finally drove to the store myself, only to be told he was the only one there and couldn't fix anything! What terrible and awful service! Now I just hope I get my money back! This is definitely the last time I've been here!

Placed an order through Thuisbezorgd at 5:55 PM. After an hour and a half, I called to ask where my food was. The young man said it was busier than usual, but I was the third one on the line and it would be there in fifteen to half an hour. After that, I called several more times but was simply hung up on! In the meantime, I ordered food elsewhere and have now finished it. It's already a quarter past 9! I haven't seen a delivery person yet, and no one answers the phone. I'll never order from here again!

I've been waiting over two hours for a pizza; they're impossible to reach, and when I do get someone on the phone, they just cut me off. I think I'll just pick up my order myself after waiting over three hours, which makes me think they're closed. They took my money and didn't deliver anything, and they closed well before closing time.

Placed an order at 6 p.m. and patiently waited until 8 p.m. No one answered the phone, so I drove there myself. Upon arrival, the place was closed because the pizza maker had left. So, after a long wait, I didn't even receive the order, but I did pay and had to pick up food elsewhere. Now let's hope we get our money back...

Tonight I ordered only two pizzas. After an hour, nothing had been delivered. I tried calling ten times in half an hour and was hung up on. After almost two hours, we finally got our food. Unreachable by phone, and truly outrageous!

Ordered a pizza from the shop today. The staff was very young. They were busy preparing orders. It was very chaotic and disorganized. I heard orders were delivered incorrectly. They were all fighting each other. Everyone was in a mess. One girl was wearing gloves, and the other two boys weren't. Very unhygienic. They're on the phone, then they grab the dough, then they touch your ears and hair. No one is taking charge or taking charge. Maybe they should remove someone, especially on a Saturday night, who's over 16? It was a chaotic mess. The boys were doing their best, but this is really unacceptable. Such a shame.

I ordered on Friday around dinner time, so at a busy time. The pizza arrived right on time (even a little earlier than indicated), was hot, looked good, and the delivery driver was friendly and polite. All this despite living in Rucphen, which is quite a drive. Five stars isn't enough for today.

I've ended up disappointed so many times, and I keep falling for it. Pizzas that aren't delivered after hours, the phone is pushed away, and (far too young) staff are at their wits' end. Now, another order placed, and the phone isn't answered, even though the order was placed an hour ago. This is a terrible example of business management; it can't continue.

Verschrikkelijke tent. Staat enkel jeugd die niks kunnen. Niet eens een beetje lezen. Keer op keer krijgen wij verkeerde pizza's, het ergste is dat ze tegenwoordig zelfs geen telefoon aan nemen dus het is fout en je kan het niet eens melden!! BALLENTENT. Elke euro die je hier besteed is teveel.

Horrible company. If you order two pizzas, they take an hour and a half to even make them. Delivery takes over two and a half hours. When you call, they don't answer, just hang up. Etten-Leur always answers but can't connect you.

On December 19th at 18:45 placed an order. An hour later still nothing, the tracker doesn't work either. Calling is useless because you are pushed away. I will never order here again this way and domino's....I want my money back!

One of my favourite place to order whenever i am hungry, i think their pizza are best in sint willebrord and they are always super fast to deliver specially last night i got in pizza in literaly 10-15mins of delivery i was so happy

I ordered 2 pizzas with some extras. Now I ordered somewhere around a quarter to 6, at 10 to 7 someone called that it was delayed, no problem, we could pick it up and it would be ready in no time, otherwise it would take half an hour. After 40 minutes I called again, it finally arrived just before 8. All that waiting wasn't the worst, but the fact that it wasn't good was a shame.

1 star is actually too much, just don't order here if you want to eat the same day. Delivery here takes just over 2 hours, even though we live practically around the corner. When you call them you are told that the pizzas are just going into the oven" and then 1 hour later you still don't have anything to eat, so they also like to lie.

I received a very rude young person on the phone with a foreign background. He was not a machine and we just had to be patient. He also didn't like calling because it cost him time. At half past eight there was still no pizza. There was no point in calling anymore because we were simply pushed away. We had to leave so waiting was not an option. Paid but no pizzas received! We want our money back and will of course never order from here again.

Small shop, pizza was freshly prepared, dough very crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, only the toppings were really not good, the chicken kebab had it, it didn't taste like kebab or chicken at all, the sauce on it was also inedible. Ordered on Saturday evening at 6:00 PM, delivered at 7:15 PM. According to the app, it had already been ready for delivery in the store for 55 minutes. And you guessed it, pizzas were cold. Called immediately and new ones would be delivered, this could take half an hour to 45 minutes. This turned out to be a little longer, because they arrived at 9.15 pm (2 hours later). I did call at 8.15pm but they would be there shortly. Clearly this was the last time, so I don't plan on waiting another 3 hours for pizza!

Up to 3 times I had to wait 1.5 hours for my order to be ready. Opted for delivery (for which you pay extra money), but could not be delivered due to too few delivery people. Super aardige mensen en altijd klantvriendelijk. De leidinggevenden zijn ook heel erg goed (ik hoor vaak dat ze trots zijn). Eten is ook super lekker en altijd warm en perfecte klantvriendelijkheid!

De jonge heer Cass van Esveld heeft mijn pizza FANTASTISCH gemaakt! Hij was heerlijk. Ik vond het ook leuk dat het een open sfeer waardoor ik Cass en Tycho kon waarderen!!! Ik vind dat hun salaris omhoog moet!!!

Ik had een slechte review staan maar vond dat ik die nu wel aan moest passen. Waarschijnlijk wisten ze die dag niet hoe ze om moesten gaan met de drukte. Nog een paar keer opnieuw besteld en is altijd lekker. Helaas is er bijna altijd wel iets dat vergeten is of hebben ze te weinig wisselgeld bij. Als het word gebracht moeten ze terug rijden en als ik het ophaal moet ik altijd checken of alles klopt want er mist altijd wel 1 ding. Door hierop te letten kunnen we toch altijd genieten van onze volledige bestelling (het is namelijk altijd wel gemaakt maar word vergeten)

Wisselende service maar de pizza's smaken altijd goed. Vaak worden er foutjes gemaakt waardoor een van de pizza's opnieuw gemaakt moeten worden. Daardoor moet je langer wachten en wordt de rest van de bestelling lauw. Laatst hebben we een uur moeten wachten omdat het te druk was en ze de bestellingen en niet konden bijhouden. Gelukkig ook vaak genoeg gehad dat we aankwamen en de pizza's al klaar stonden.

Eens in het jaar probeer je het weer omdat het lekker makkelijk is, en elke keer valt het weer tegen. Sterretje extra is voor het eten dat altijd warm is.
