It was incredibly quiet tonight, and it was a Friday. Only 4 tables. I checked the reviews, and they weren't really a surprise... the food wasn't really hot, the grilled salmon tasted strange, and after my first plate, I basically just drank a Coke. What a shame! Hopefully, they don't fall into the usual trap: food quality declines and prices rise. That would make life in a small community short-lived.

We can't comment on the service and atmosphere. We only do takeout, but today we got two spring rolls and satay. Absolutely inedible. We even threw away more than half. You can't really mess up prawn crackers. The new owners have succeeded. We definitely won't be coming here again. We'll have to go back to Lucky Garden in Roosendaal then.

Sunday, 5:30 PM, prime time for Chinese takeout. There was one person waiting in front of me, and one customer came into the waiting room later. We ordered the monthly menu, which included noodles for an extra charge. The entire monthly menu, including the noodles, which were chock full of onions and contained no chicken whatsoever, was thrown in the trash along with the tough prawn crackers. What we had eaten was truly not worth selling. Everything was lukewarm, the meat was dripping with fat, the chicken was inedible, and the satay sauce had a greasy film floating on it. Since the new owner, the quality has deteriorated rapidly. Unless you enjoy stomach cramps and spending hours in the small room, both orally and rectally, I would definitely not recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered two menus. Greasy, separate meat (if you don't know what it is, look it up). Tjap tjoy, fatty, fatty, and even more fatty vegetables...???? Nothing. Satay, factory-made from separate meat. Yuck. Not really warm/hot. Leftovers from the previous day's buffet. Keep it up, you're in a village here. Everyone knows each other, and word gets around about what you dare to serve over the counter... Compliments to the chef for this greasy mess. How dare you call yourself a "chef"? Get lost... Since the new owners took over, I've had a very poor experience with the quality of the chicken dishes. I gave it another try yesterday, but ended up removing the chicken and only eating the vegetables. The chicken is inedible; it tastes like a chewy, chewy sponge...it's clear that the quality of the food has deteriorated significantly. It's a real shame, because we used to pick up at least once every two weeks for around €70-80 and regularly used the all-you-can-eat concept. But the reviews here also show that we're certainly not the only ones experiencing this. Such a shame.

Last night was absolutely terrible! We made a reservation for 6:30 pm, but no one came forward to show us to our table. We weren't asked what we wanted to drink. No explanation, nothing! We didn't find any delicious sushi or appetizers; everything was gone, except for a few half-filled bowls and some tomatoes! Many people started complaining and getting irritated. The restaurant was completely full. Finally, after an hour of waiting, some sushi appeared, but the rest wasn't replenished. No chopsticks, no sauces, no appetizers, nothing! So, stir-fry. Whole trays were completely empty there too. The hot dishes were a disaster. Empty trays. They know how many guests to expect, don't they? Reservations were made, after all. There's no supervision (anymore), no one to check and manage everything. Tables were poorly cleared. People started dumping their empty plates on tables that were already full, from guests who had already left. Robot Bella was stuffed with empty bottles, and to make matters worse, there was a major leak. Water was pouring all over the floor! Right there, where the buffet was. It was slippery, very dangerous, and it stayed that way! They were very slow to fix it; they'd never even heard of a bucket and mop?! Dessert? Fridge? There was almost nothing in it. Hardly any ice, specks on it. We've been going there for at least 25 years, and it was always a great restaurant, but after last night?! We won't be going back for a while anyway. And deducting the three beers (I think you pay €1 each) that we had to wait an hour for isn't going to help matters.

We came here regularly, but yesterday was definitely the last time. What a disgrace. After repeatedly saying they needed to restock because a lot of the food was empty, and even if it was there, it was often cold, they excused themselves by saying, "We're working on it, and we're short-staffed." When there's a staff shortage, you shouldn't plan a full restaurant. With two staff members serving a nearly full restaurant and restocking it isn't going to work. This formula shouldn't be "all you can eat and drink," but all you can wait.

I used to eat here often. To my surprise, the last time the staff suddenly changed. I was actually disappointed because I thought, "There goes my favorite restaurant." Nothing could be further from the truth! The food was still excellent and the same, and they even added extra dishes. There had been a small mistake. Some people had come in "too early" and were waiting for the rest of the group. So, they weren't eating or drinking. Then the time started immediately. This was resolved promptly, so I didn't have to pay any extra. We could just pay once everyone was there! All in all, still positive!

We eat here with some regularity. All inclusive with starters, traditional Chinese dishes, European dishes, Japanese griddle, wok section and excellent desserts. All drinks, coffee and tea are included. You pay a small contribution for alcoholic drinks. The quality of the dishes is excellent. The starters department may sometimes need to be monitored more closely to ensure timely refills.

Fantastische all inclusive Chinees restaurant. Uitstekende voorgerechten; Europees en Chinees hoofdgerecht met diverse keuzemogelijkheden; een wok-afdeling samen met de Japanse bakplaat levert heerlijke verse gerechten op en tot slot allerlei desserts en een lekkere espresso of cappuccino. Alle dranken zijn inbegrepen behalve wijn, bier en sterke drank maar voor de zeer schappelijke prijs hoef je dat niet te laten.

Then you are put down somewhere without further explanation. Guests are asked to stack their plates and the plate is taken away from under your nose before you have finished your mouth. Had dinner at Kong's Garden for the first time. A very cozy wok restaurant, very friendly welcome and service, when grilling, the food is served at the table by a robot, very cute. The buffet is smaller proportions so it is replenished several times and looks fresher, tastier and does not look dried out. Highly recommended, especially when it comes to fun. Have an evening out with family and friends.

Very beautiful paintings... nice atmosphere... very good service... 1. Disadvantage is you have to wait 20 minutes each time to order and that takes up your time. And you can't choose more than a certain number. 2. You get really whole but also really small pieces of fish and meat. You get far too small pieces, actually for a 4 year old child. As far as the pastry is concerned, it is really ridiculously small that it is just as small as half a bite Unfortunately you don't have much choice, which is a shame, and the salads and pastries are from the day before. Visited this business on Wednesday February 14. It was crowded. About 100 customers inside. 1 lady serving was far too few!! Plus another robot that doesn't work. TIP: use that robot to pick up the dirtier dishes. The food: 6.5 (moderate). Almost no sushi. Pieces of steak: tough shoe sole. And then came the surprise at checkout: I had to pay almost 10 euros extra for 2 people. I asked why: today is a public holiday(...???). It was a normal Wednesday. Valentine's Day. I felt ripped off. Onze 2 jongste werden ziek van het Eten normale reactie ver te zoeken. Kregen een emmer met sop en een doekje dus m'n vrouw zo vriendelijk om her schoon te maken en dan nog commentaar ook van andere gasten. Waar is het fatsoen gebleven. En waar is het Respect voor de mede mens gebleven. Echter mochten we ook nog eens de volle pond betalen want het zou niet aan het eten kunnen liggen aldus personeel. Waar korting eigenlijk op zijn plaats was geweest omdat heel het Restaurant kon mee geniet toen de bazin vroeg wie z'n kind het was terwijl we daar bekend zijn en ze dus donders goed wisten dat onze zoon was . Wij gaan hier dus nooit meer eten nog afhalen.

Bij Kong’s Garden heeft men duidelijk gekozen voor less is more. Iets minder uitgebreide keuze, maar daarentegen wel betere kwaliteit eten. De sfeer is wat “simpeltjes” maar de erg vriendelijke mensen maken dit ruimschoots goed. Het bedienrobotje is een geinige toevoeging, maar misschien ietwat overbodig gezien het formaat restaurant. De bakplaat bestelling met QR code duurde lang en je zit dan toch weer op je telefoon. Wat er geserveerd werd was best wel goed. Biefstuk was lekker mals zelfs. Dit nog niet vaak meegemaakt in wokrestaurants. Al met al prima restaurant, prima prijs en vriendelijk personeel. Zou er weer komen.

Ontvangst zeer goed, concept, bestellen via qr code op tel is geen vooruitgang. Eten wat van de bakplaat komt smaakt allemaal hetzelfde zowel vlees als vis wordt overheerst door knoflooksmaak. Het eten viel vandaag een beetje tegen. De kip in satesaus bijvoorbeeld was taai en erg droog. Veel van wat in de bakken ligt heeft dit. Bami/nasi etc is wel erg goed en de wok is ook erg goed. De bakplaat viel ook wat tegen, erg veel knoflook en de bestelling was niet compleet. (Vervelend aangezien je lang moet wachten) Jammer dat het nu wat minder is als vorige keer. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Er zit voor iedereen wel wat lekkers tussen. Genoeg keuze en het eten is altijd warm ondanks dat het een lopend buffet is. Eten wordt optijd aangevuld als het op is. Verder makkelijk mogelijk om met je telefoon te bestellen. Mooie prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Meestal is het wel koud binnen door de airco dus een vestje is wel aan te raden.

Op een zaterdag om 17.30 u telefonisch gereserveerd om om 19.00 u dezelfde avond te eten. Dit was goed kregen aan de tafel te horen dat we 2,5 uur de tijd hadden om te eten. Om 20.00 uur hadden ze al 4 keer gevraagd of we klaar waren met het warm eten tussendoor vroeg de ober of hij het bestek al mee kon nemen bij de vraag of we nieuw konden krijgen zei hij dat dit niet kon omdat ze bezig waren met de tafels dekken voor morgen. Al met al was het een enorme tegenvaller en voelde wij ons buiten gekeken. Voor ons niet meer Kongs Garden terwijl wij voorheen hier graag kwamen!

Normaal gezien gaan wij, als we wat te vieren hebben, met een wat grotere groep naar een ‘Japanner’ in Roosendaal. Tijd voor verandering vonden we, mede na het lezen van de goede reviews over deze zaak. Niets teveel gezegd. Erg smaakvol eten, zalig dat je een extra drankje kon pakken, supervriendelijke en behulpzame bediening. Een gezellige ronde tafel waardoor je met iedereen kon praten. Als pluspunten ook nog eens de grappige bedieningsrobot die mijn jarige broer met syndroom van Down voorzag van een verjaardagsliedje, ijscoupe met vuurwerk en cadeautje. Van puur enthousiasme ging hij op zijn stoel staan (waarschijnlijk niet de bedoeling). Nog wat bonussen: het wokbuffet en de mogelijkheid om een pokebowl te bestellen. Iets kleiner minpuntje, maarcwel begrijpelijk: de voorgerechten werden niet meer bijgevuld doordat de zaak niet helemaal vol was en het al wat later was (en ik ben gek van sashimi en gefrituurde garnalen, maar gelukkig ook van pokebowl!) we zullen hier nog geregeld te gast zijn.

Bediening is erg vriendelijk. Eten is redelijk tot goed. Jammer dat er zoveel lege bakken ijs in de koeling stonden keuze daardoor wat beperkt. Verder een prima avond gehad!

Heerlijk rustig op de maandag. Lekker buffet en wok en op de plaat. De " juffrouw " van de bediening is ook heel leuk.

Het eten was goed maar warme buffet was te koud en erg jammer dat we, ondanks dat we gereserveerd hadden , half uur moesten wachten voordat er een tafel vrij was. Parkeren ook problematisch.

Assortiment sterk gereduceerd tov voor coronatijd. Eten was koud, buffetbakken niet aangevuld, temperatuur in restaurant was zo kil, dat mijn ouders hun jas aan moesten houden. Wij gaan er niet meer heen, terwijl we vroeger regelmatig kwamen.

Vanwege de corona was het concept iets anders, maar zeker niet minder. Normaal middels een buffet, nu via een kaart alles kunnen bestellen wat we maar wilden. Alles vers bereid en ontzettend lekker. Ook het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en deed erg goed hun best!

Goed restaurant. Zowel afhaal als plaats om te dineren. Ruime keuze, verse bereiding. Aardig personeel. Je kunt er zelfs sushi afhalen.
