Domino's Pizza Tilburg Wagnerplein in Heikant

Unfortunately we have had two bad experiences with Dominos. The first time we ordered we got the wrong order and the food was 30 minutes late. Today we decided to give it another chance, but unfortunately it went wrong again. This time the pizzas were 45 minutes late and we received the wrong pizza again. When we called after 30 minutes of waiting to ask where our order was, we received a vague answer that the pizzas were already on their way or would already have been delivered. Then the phone was hung up, without further explanation or resolution.

Scammer. Not delivered order. Do not order!!!!

Completely unnaceptable. 1 hour for 1 25 cm pizza. I take on bike normally from my house to dominos, 5 mins max. How is possible im waiting for 1 hour for a pizza???? Never gonna order anymore from here

Yesterday I ate pizza from Domino's and then the next day 3 or more children got sick. Seems like a lot On food poisoning.

Always the same stuff. Would have already received a pizza 3 times because the service was not good, but when redeeming it there is always something, which means that I have now paid 3 times for a bad product, incomplete delivery or cold pizza, and still no compensation for that have received. The branch in Goirle is fine, it's strange that I can't order at home with peace of mind.

Very good Domino's place. The service is fast and the employees are professional. Both delivery and collection work fine and you can follow the process well. The employees work neatly according to the rules, so you are assured of good food, even if you have allergies. In addition, the pizzas are also of very good quality.

Just placed an order online but unfortunately something went wrong with Domino's app so I called. Unfortunately I get a very unfriendly person on the phone (apparently Kate, the manager) who said that this is normal and that I will receive my money in my account within 3 days. If nothing happens within 3 days, she advises to call again. No effort to try to help the customer So in the end no money, no food and no one who could help me properly and professionally on the spot.

After several orders through the application both locally, they have had errors in the preparation, they deliver me pizzas that are not the ones I ordered and I have to wait for the order again or even go back to the stores to pick up the one I really ordered. wanna. They should be more attentive to the ingredients of the pizzas and who delivers them to avoid misunderstandings. At least they recognize their mistake and help you but they should improve in those aspects

Were about maybe 8-9 people in the store. One by one, people kept coming who had ordered after me and yet received their pizza before me. I waited a literal hour and 10 minutes. I just missed the point. I literally would have gotten my fast food faster in the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam during King's Day than here. I have no idea who is responsible for deciding which pizzas are made first, but whoever did this should never work in a “fast” food chain again. This is honestly the longest time I have ever waited for food. If there is any sign of some activity in the shop, I advise you to go to appie and get some pizza ingredients yourself. You will honestly prepare your own pizza faster than these kids. Abnormal coordination this property

I ordered food After 1 hour the food still wasn't there I called the branch who indicated that the delivery scooter had broken down and I indicated that the food would not arrive cold soon. after almost 2 hours the order arrived cold. I asked the delivery person why it took so long and he indicated that he had several orders, so no scooter trouble I contacted that branch and spoke to the manager there and asked for a new order but he said the oven was already turned off. Now I have to order somewhere else, which means I lose another hour and am without food not expected

Ordered Domino's box with oven crispy fries + buffalo wings. Buffalo wings were not included, even though you paid extra for them, so I can't say much about them. The "crispy" chicken tenders were also anything but crispy. Soggy tough crap. The "crispy" oven fries may once have been quite crispy, but this stuff looked as if it had been microwaved after being fried. That's how the pizza tasted, by the way. The pizza itself was also just a disappointment. Also tasted like it was thrown in the deep fryer and then "baked" in the microwave. My expectations for fast/junk food were already low, but holy sh*t, what a mess this was.

The Taliban came to deliver my pizza, a dark man dressed in a burqa, I was shocked, unfortunately there was no tasty food left. Then I got a pizza that did not meet expectations at all, they had forgotten the olives and mushrooms, and the tomato sauce looked like red pepper, not to be eaten, much salt too thick and here too they had forgotten to add the tomatoes.

Bad delivery people, 1 delivery man put pizza in front of my door, while I opened the door and he said choke on it, he had a dark complexion with glasses and could speak Dutch well.

The food didn't arrive In the comments I provided the room number to which it should be delivered When I called later, I found out that the supplier was waiting at the reception and after a while he left without even calling where the number was provided when ordering.

I would have given them a 5 for food back then when the large cheesy bread was still on the menu, sadly they took out my fav meal. But I get the small one some times, it's good but absolutely not the same!!!

I ordered a pizza without sauce and they poured a lot of garlic sauce on me, which is a shame. I do not recommend...

Unfortunately we received 2 cold pizzas today and we live 5 minutes away, so that was a bit of a shame. Contacted us and we were helped very friendly by a young man, the new hot pizzas will be delivered shortly. Nice contact and nice employees, and normally the food is always good!

Bij hun is heel lekker eet maar als jullie eten gaan maken moet je wel handschoenen aandoen en die plek wel schoon maken 👍🏻👍🏻

soms goed, soms niet. af en toe haal ik wel eens een pizza in de middag dan zijn ze vaker goed dan in de avond.

Vriendelijke bediening. Pizza plus bodem erg lekker dus aanrader !!

Als ze gewoon de hoeveelheid beleg erop doen wat de klant besteld, is het helemaal perfect. Verder niets op aan te merken. Dit is wel de reden waarom ik vaker voor een andere pizzatent kies omdat hun wel luisteren en ik niet voor niets betaal. Verder super lekker echt waar! :-)

Gisteravond 16 Mei, hebben we 2 pizza's en en 2 cinnastix tegoed gekregen, omdat de vorige bestelling zo megaslecht bereid was. Daarentegen was deze bestelling SUPER!! Bedankt voor de service. Dat mag ook gezegd worden.👌

De Domino's Pizza is niet meer wat het vroeger was. Tegenwoordig zijn 9 van de 10 medewerkers in zo'n filiaal vaker met elkaar aan het buurten dan aan het werk. Je krijgt over het algemeen teveel van iets of te weinig van iets. Pizza's zijn bijvoorbeeld verzopen in de tomatensaus of je extra kaas topping zit er niet op. Als je iets meld dan gaat een medewerker vaak in discussie. "Dat is niet zo meneer". En kan je een troepproduct gratis krijgen. Ik wil graag fatsoenlijke pizza's. Je betaald veel maar over het algemeen krijg je zeer weinig. Als je iets thuis laat bezorgen dat heb je vaak een lauwe of koude pizza.
