(review food cold, undercooked, small portion) Good evening, I placed an order today and was very shocked by what I received. First of all, all the food arrived cold. Secondly, I couldn't believe how few potato wedges were in the box for a price of 6 euros; moreover, most of them were very small. This is too small a portion even for a child. It is very frustrating that I have to cook myself because of this poor quality, even though I order precisely to avoid that. Additionally, one pizza was marked as being without tomato and mushrooms, yet these ingredients were on it and the cheese was barely melted. The other pizza was undercooked, burnt on one side and dried out on the other, but not cooked through. Lately, I have noticed more often that the food is prepared less well. It doesn't happen every time, but this order was the last straw for me. I am not paying for this. I sincerely hope that there will be improvement in the future; it would be a shame to lose long-standing customers in this way. Kind regards,

As shown in the photo, I received this pizza yesterday. I do not think pizzas like this should be delivered. It looks terrible. I contacted them but unfortunately received no response.

I always order here, never had any problems. Always fast delivery and tasty, hot food. In all those dozens of times I ordered, I didn't have a single problem.

The food was 45 minutes late. My drink wasn't even delivered, nor was my sauce. The delivery person was laughing obliviously, even though he knew full well he was messing around. I definitely won't be ordering from here again.

Lots of young people bringing your food. Grumpy delivery drivers, you can't even crack a smile or a friendly word. They rudely throw your straw on top of your pizza box. Just throw it down, man. I often get calls asking, "Where am I supposed to go?" and I have to go to them. Chappie, it's literally just ringing the doorbell 😭 Make an effort, do your job, you chose to be a delivery driver. I've had them forget my drink four times now. They paid for it, though. There's one older delivery driver who's actually friendly, kudos to him. The rest should just find something else to do to save up for their fat bike.

One star is too many. What a lifeless, unprofessional establishment this is. I've been inside for 15 minutes without anyone saying anything about what I want or anything. If I say anything to the staff, they're told they're "just people too." Meanwhile, they're cursing and swearing, and even throwing things around in front of CUSTOMERS!!! That's no way to treat your staff and customers. This is the very last time I'll ever come here for my pizzas. A textbook example of how NOT to do it!! 🤬🤬

Never again. You call an hour after the expected delivery time and they still can't say what time the pizza will arrive. Scandalous.

It used to be good, now the quality is bad, the staff is unfriendly and it is apparently very difficult to make a pizza as ordered.

We won't be ordering from here again; it took an hour and a half longer than the "expected" time. We have already eaten by now, as there was no indication whatsoever of when we could expect the chicken (impossible to reach by phone, probably understaffed at this branch). Just be honest about how long it takes; this is practically a scam, considering we wouldn't have placed an order if we had received honest information. From previous reviews, I gather that this is not an "incident" but poor management. That being said, I was satisfied with the polite, friendly delivery driver! & the chicken was tasty after all 😉

Order placed at 8:15 PM, now 9:34 PM, still haven't received your food. This is truly outrageously long.

Ordered Sunday evening just after 6 p.m. Received a message that the pizzas would be delivered between 6:35 and 6:55 p.m. We were in a group, and others ordered fries. Both were supposed to arrive around 7 p.m. The fries arrived, but at 7:20 p.m., the pizzas still hadn't arrived. I called...it was busy, they still had to go in the oven, and it would take a while. Finally, they were delivered just before 8 p.m. Where did the days go when your pizza was free if it wasn't delivered within 30 minutes? Received no compensation whatsoever. Absolutely worthless.

My delivery was late 45 min and they also forgot the sauce.

Last Tuesday I ordered a pizza, it was very busy... understandable... ordered a pizza at 6:50 PM... unfortunately, by 8:45 PM, still nothing... called to ask where the pizza was... it takes another 35-40 minutes to bake a pizza🙄😳... finally delivered at 10:15 PM... 3 hours later for a pizza. Spoke to the manager; the pizza still had to be made... unfortunately, no compensation, or a discount on my €18.45... I think that would have been appropriate... first time ordering here and last time... too bad!

If you order a pizza from another country, it will arrive even sooner than here. (The food is good, though.)

I had to wait 2 hours for my order and it was also cold. After waiting an hour, I called to ask where my order was. They said it would arrive in 15 minutes, but I still had to wait a whole hour. Poor service. I could have gone to the supermarket for a frozen pizza in that time, then at least I would have had hot food, which was also tasty and 10 times cheaper.

On the website, they stated 15-40 minutes, which took almost an hour and a half. After a good 50-60 minutes, it finally went into the oven. Then you think, after an hour and a half, can they actually make something tasty? Dry chicken, fries taste like nothing, and pizza with burnt bits. The strawberry milkshake turned into a banana; I think they ran out of strawberries. In short, 1 star.

I placed my order well in advance for 7:30 PM, but the pizza arrived over 20 minutes late. The woman on the phone lied, saying the driver would be there in a minute, then hung up on me after completely ignoring my request to call the driver and find out where he was. Total lack of respect for the customer and zero professionalism. Never again.

Received the wrong pizza, called, I have never been treated so antisocially as with this domino's pizza. The phone is thrown twice by 2 brats. The 3rd time I get the top brat on the phone, the "manager". It's busy, it's just new meat, let's move on. Well, if you treat customers like this, I hope the entire Reeshof will get their pizza somewhere else.

Ordered a pizza at 9:30 am on a friday, for delivery at 12:30. At 13:00 I decided to call them as it was past lunch break, and no pizza yet. Good evening, This store has recurring problems. Incompetent staff who have no empathy at all. After ordering, there is a pizza tracker on the site. I ordered two pizzas for my son at 6:36 PM. The tracker indicated that the pizzas would be delivered between 7:36 PM and 7:55 PM. No pizzas at 8:05 PM, so I called. After a while a boy answered “one moment” and before I could answer I was put on hold. After 5:30 minutes a girl took over. I explained my story and asked when I could expect my pizzas. She also indicated “one moment” and before I could answer I was put on hold again. After half a minute she came back on the line and indicated that it was very busy and that the pizzas would be delivered half an hour later. I explained that I had 2 boys who would have to wait 2 hours for their food, but I noticed no sympathy. At 8:30 PM my girlfriend went into the store to tell her story and pick up the pizzas. First she asked if it was busy, to which the employee replied “no, it's not that bad”. Well then my pants are falling off! My advice to Domino's Netherlands is not to continue with this franchisee. Or, Structural changes, offering communication training to staff, and no longer taking orders when crowds skyrocket. And have a competent manager present. All the best! But never again for us

Ordered a "build it yourself" tonight. Because cheese allergy. Chose various toppings, of course no cheese. Pizza comes: full of cheese. Called of course. Response: my own fault. There are a lot of napkins and receipts lying on the floor inside the pizzeria. Not a very clean floor. The pizza is very tasty. Some of the staff is very friendly, some of the staff is unfriendly.

We ordered a portion of loaded fries (€6.99)...so substandard! Now I know that photos are often a better representation than what you ultimately get, but this didn't look anything like it. I believe at most 10 fries, topped with rock-hard pulled pork. It just wasn't worth $6.99, not even half of it. Never again for us!

Pizza had 18.30 uur klaar moeten zijn voor afhalen, 19.03 was hij pas klaar. Waardeloos. Vervolgens in 10 min tijd thuis de pizza moeten opeten, gezien we afspraken hadden staan. Dat was ook de reden om voor t gemak van een pizza afhalen te gaan.

32 pizza's besteld en netjes op tijd en alles in orde. Vooraf was ik wat sceptisch vanwege eerdere reviews, maar alles was top geregeld!

Prima zaak zoals je verwacht bij Domino's

Een enkele keer is er een foutje gemaakt maar dit wordt altijd netjes opgelost. Erg vriendelijk personeel en de bezorging is bij ons nog nooit te laat geweest.

Bezorging was heel goed niks te klagen

2x een klacht ingediend en 2x netjes opgelost.

Helaas is het personeel niet zo heel snugger... Pizza s zijn prima.

Smaczna pizza i niesamowity shake

Domino's pizza in de reeshof (Tilburg) scoort bij ons hoog. Hoewel het een standaard pizzatent is, zijn de medewerkers uiterst behulpzaam en denken wel mee. Had vouchers van Social Deal en het lukte maar niet om pizza's daarmee te bestellen. Zonder blikken of blozen liet de werknemer weten dat ze het voor mij zouden fiksen en dat deden zij ook. De pizza's zijn goed gevuld en goed van smaak. Wel klein. Maar je kunt ook grotere nemen en zelfs een xxl. Op de muur zie je duidelijkde afmetingen staan, zodat jij jouw keuze goed kunt maken. De cheesypuffs zijn ook echt lekker. De garlic knots verschillen voor mij van tijd tot tijd. De ene keer erg lekker, terwijl een anderr keer tegenvalt. Ze hebben ook leuke acties, waardoor hrt niet te duur wordt om pizza te kopen

In het begin was de kwaliteit beter dan nu

Bij bestelling via internet leek dat de voorbereidingen al gereed waren en dat de pizza de oven in ging. Bij aankomst bij domino's moest de pizza nog gemaakt worden. Dat duurde vervolgens erg lang. Bij thuiskomst ontbrak de knoflooksaus... alle klanten waren aan het mopperen omdat het erg lang duurde.
