(review food cold, undercooked, small portion) Good evening, I placed an order today and was very shocked by what I received. First of all, all the food arrived cold. Secondly, I couldn't believe how few potato wedges were in the box for a price of 6 euros; moreover, most of them were very small. This is too small a portion even for a child. It is very frustrating that I have to cook myself because of this poor quality, even though I order precisely to avoid that. Additionally, one pizza was marked as being without tomato and mushrooms, yet these ingredients were on it and the cheese was barely melted. The other pizza was undercooked, burnt on one side and dried out on the other, but not cooked through. Lately, I have noticed more often that the food is prepared less well. It doesn't happen every time, but this order was the last straw for me. I am not paying for this. I sincerely hope that there will be improvement in the future; it would be a shame to lose long-standing customers in this way. Kind regards,

Unfortunately we have had two bad experiences with Dominos. The first time we ordered we got the wrong order and the food was 30 minutes late. Today we decided to give it another chance, but unfortunately it went wrong again. This time the pizzas were 45 minutes late and we received the wrong pizza again. When we called after 30 minutes of waiting to ask where our order was, we received a vague answer that the pizzas were already on their way or would already have been delivered. Then the phone was hung up, without further explanation or resolution.

This is a scam. You have to wait long for pizza sometimes they forget about your pizza you have to worry a lot, they dont pay their workers on time sometimes less the management is not good

Ordered through Thuisbezorgd. Part of the order wasn't delivered, but after calling, they delivered it later. The food was delicious otherwise. 👍🏻
