My boyfriend and I ordered a pizza from Domino’s Pizza. Fortunately, the pizza was ready quickly, which I really appreciated. However, there were a few things that disappointed me. When I entered the store, I didn't see a single employee. Additionally, the door to the staff room was open, which I found quite strange. The most annoying thing was finding a hair in my pizza. That is absolutely not hygienic and shouldn't happen. I hope that more attention is paid to hygiene and service so that future customers have a better experience.

One employee kept eating the chocolate pieces from the shake and licking his fingers clean before making the shake. The other one kept reaching into his pants and then cut my delicious pizza. Ordered online from our holiday accommodation in Venlo. Paid by credit card. The order was then confirmed and you could track the driver on a map online. He was always in a completely different area and then drove back to the store. Then came the request to rate the order. But we never received the pizza and no one in the store can be reached by phone. It's a shame and really bad. I hope I can get my money back

The order arrived incomplete, I called and informed that one item was missing from the order (I ordered 2 items), the gentleman said that it would be sent to me within 15 minutes. After an hour, I called again and the lady said that they would place the order because no one knew anything... And I decided to additionally emphasize that the guys prepared the pizza under the knife from fresh ingredients, this is all in plain sight. Even preparing drinks takes 5-10 minutes. Just came in and was excited to get a pizza. Asked for receipt and he gave us after we got our pizza. We had some luggage so maybe he assumed we were travelers. Well sure enough he over charged us. So we went back to say something and supposedly we are going to get our money back on my card. This was a big inconvenience for us and I'm guessing this is not the first time this has happened to people passing through. Around 20% overcharge. It's just the principle of it honestly. The guys name was Ayman. We are to be calling to talk to you boss dude...don't do stuff like that. He looked me right in the face and LIED TO ME. We kept receipt and have bank account record. The guy looked guilty when we caught him. So ridiculous. This isn't how you do things.

We always order pizzas at Dominos, probably once every 2 weeks, at the beginning we picked them up but it is difficult to get nearby stations. Now we order with delivery. The prices are a bit high for the pizzas but they always have some offer. They are careful when it comes to orders with any changes.

Not really recommended. Staff overwhelmed, I ordered on site and took 30 minutes to evaluate and then one pizza was faulty, toppings were missing. 1 time and never again. You could eat pizza but it doesn't fill you up, 2 pizzas cost €27 more.

Ordered pizza once, which was delivered and delicious. We thought the service and speed of delivery were excellent. Domino's apologized for the delay in delivery and we were therefore entitled to free Cinna sticks. Later, by regular mail, a card with a code for a free pizza. Now suddenly I can no longer order online because my address is outside the delivery area!!! Would be willing to pay a little more for delivery. I'm so angry now that I will never order from Domino's again. Pity!!!
